After a week off yesterday and today I did 30 mn of tunica stretches + 30 mn of lovely squeezes.
Tomorrow will be off.

Hi Popol, I've been incorporating tunica stretches into my workouts and I've really enjoyed the effect of them. However by the time I've done 4 or 5 my hands get sore enough that it's uncomfortable to continue. Did you have to work up to doing them for such an extended period of time (hand wise) or would you assume that I'm gripping too tightly?

YOu don't need to grip tight at the base, and I use a piece of toilet paper for better grip under the glans. Also you can use V grips and inverted V grips ( make a V with your fingers) , and stretch your pen over an item (tunica stretch to the left, right, downards and upwards) . You should try light stretch (just feel a stretch) but longer holds. I use heat throughout and like it.
How do you do them?
Again, long duration and low reps is better imo.
Same as jelqing, you'll build some strength along the way.

I admit I have been tempted to use a (homemade) hanger in order to do the laziest tunica stretches ever created.

I begin by getting both of my hands in position, one just below glans and the other in a V (usually sideways is most comfortable or at a 45 angle) I then start to apply both and reposition a bit as I pull it out to the stretched length, then I tighten down and hold. I do these after the JP90 stretch sequence and then move on to jelqs and squeezes.

Are you applying heat throughout with a lamp? I seem to remember reading that that was your preferred method, but I'm not sure.

I have been gripping really tightly at the base, squeezing the fingers together to isolate the stretch to the tunica itself. When I do them later today I'll try lighter but longer.

Yes I use an IR lamp throughout. It's easy and hands free.

Ok I use a v grip/inverter v grip/ok grip (switch between them) to grip under the glans. I just tighten an ok grip at the base (I grab above the hairy part to avoid more hair creeping up the shaft, I even roll some skin under the base grip).
You don't need to grip too hard at the base to create the proper stretch, what I find tiring is to keep stretching with the grip under the glans for a long period of time.
YOu can also grip higher on the shaft (instead of the base) , to focus the stretches on different parts.
