A small dull ache but nothing too bad. It has probably been with me for a while but it was easy to ignore. I would probably still be ignoring it except that I got it about 10 years ago.
It was probably originally related to my vasectomy and it cleared up after two rounds of antibiotics so I assume it was some sort of bacterial infection (but not an STD (I asked and was tested for all that stuff)).
Epididymitis can become chronic so I am treating this seriously.
