For the record, I am still PEing though my routine has been minimized to accommodate my work schedule as a self employed consultant with two kids in college and ship load of debt.
I wear my ADS most days and stretch or edge when I can.

Life took me away from the beloved beaches of the PEGym but I found myself in these waters and am here to check in!
My current routine is pretty minimal although I do still kegel regularly and seriously. When time permits, I wear my ADS preferably with a kilt. While I can wear it with some loose fitting pants, it is not nearly as comfortable as with a kilt.
