Hey Pirate, if I can ask what is your routine, I have tried your link a few times and it wont let me look. I get some weird message every time, if its top secret I understand. Nice consistency you have going there. Yarrr!

PNF Stretch Routine
The link is to the description of the PNF stretch routine on maleenhancementcoach.com. It may be that you have to be a member for the link to work.
Basically, you kegel to exhaustion and then stretch straight up for 30 seconds while focusing on relaxing, then 30 seconds more while you kegel hard, and then finish with another 30 seconds while relaxing. I follow that up with wearing my xsleeve to prevent turtling. Big Al can give you all the theory behind it. He is The Man.

Mael-matie! Thanks for checking in. Let me know what you think of the PNFs. The trick seems to be to make sure your pc/bc is exhausted and then keep your unit nice and warm after the stretch.
Yarrrr!

Ahoy Pirateyman - matie !!
Well , I finally found the post about the PNF Stretch .
Been wanting to try them and wasn't sure what they were .

Thanks matey, I asked then forgot to check back. I may give that a try, kegel till failure as in one hard long kegel or several till you cant do any more. Sorry, had to ask but I would bet if you fail your PC muscle the relaxing stretch must be a great stretch.

My main thrusts, so to speak are:
1) EQ
2) MMO
3) Length
4) Girth
