I was able to complete 9 hours yesterday. I finished the week with 65 hours, 9 hours higher than my previous best week since resuming my routine. My average this week was just under 9.3 hours per day, the first week above 9 hours/day.

Week 1: 42 hours total (averaging 6.0 hours per day)
Week 2: 44 hours total (averaging 6.3 hours per day)
Week 3: 48 hours total (averaging 6.9 hours per day)
Week 4: 44 hours total (averaging 6.3 hours per day)
Week 5: 56 hours total (averaging 8.0 hours per day)
Week 6: 51 hours total (averaging 7.3 hours per day)
Week 7: 65 hours total (averaging 9.3 hours per day)

I have family events again today, so my time might be down to start the new week. I've also been struggling with loss of suction. I'm using an old silicone sleeve that I had to cut down when it got a hole, so it's too short now and every so often I get to a certain position where some air slips through into the vacuum. This has meant having to restart a couple of my sessions today and reset my timer. I'll switch to a new sleeve soon, but I'm trying to get as much use out of this one as I can. I am now less than 50 hours from taking an official measurement, which should come sometime this week.

Day 50
Running Hours Tally: 352
Daily Extending Hours Percentage: 9/24= 37.5%

I was only able to reach 6 hours yesterday, with family activities that are continuing today. I switched out my old, short sleeve for a new one after having to restart three of my sessions yesterday because of suction loss, and set back the clock probably more than an hour in total. You forget how good a secure stretch feels until you put on a new sleeve. If not for the expense, I would change more frequently.

Day 51
Running Hours Tally: 358

Weekly Extending Hours Percentage: 6/24= 25.0%

10 hours yesterday. 32 hours left in this measurement interval. It took me 57 days to complete 400 hours during the last measurement interval before my extended break (an average of 7.0 hours per day). It looks like I should be able to beat that time.

Over the past few days I have read through all of traderace's phallosan thread. He gained 1.25" in fewer hours than it took me to gain 0.5". It seems like combining the bathmate with his phallosan routine really enhanced his results. He was also extremely dedicated, consistently reaching above 12 hours per day without intentional rest days. Aside from inspiring me to reach for more hours each day, traderace also emphasizes the importance of longer consecutive sessions with only short toilet breaks in between. He says one long ten hour session in a day is worth more than two five hour sessions because you get a more intense feeling of fatigue. This nuance isn't really reflected in the "extending hours percentage" stat I keep track of. It got me to thinking, on a typical day, I usually complete one consecutive period of about 4 hours earlier in the day and then another of about 6 hours after dinner, but I almost always have to take a longer break around dinner when I am spending time with friends or family and don't feel comfortable being seen in the device. Like traderace, I achieve fatigue sooner during sessions later in the day, and days when I am alone and can wear the device without interruption do seem more satisfying. I suspect he is right that my break of several hours in the middle of the day is less than optimal, but it can't really be avoided with my current level of privacy. I have found that using my rod-extender adapter for a session helps induce that feeling quicker in subsequent sets using the belt system.

Hey pudendal, if you want to have a longer training session, can you try putting Phallosan on when you go to bed? I heard it may be a bit risky but if you sleep with it on, it is not hard to achieve 8+ hours per day.

Also, I've read your posts and other people's posts on Phallosan because I am deciding whether or not I should purchase one. It is expensive so I want to spend a bit more time thinking about it. May I know how you feel about this investment so far?

Also, did you order it in the US. Do you remember how long it took to receive it?

Thanks

Hi Potato, I typically go to sleep wearing the phallosan, but wake up a couple hours later and remove the device. Occasionally I wake up because of discomfort from the foam ring chaffing or an erection constricted by the bell and sleeve, but usually I just wake up because I have that sensation of tissue fatigue. I could restart a new session, but I'm often too groggy to put it back on, and I don't want to keep interrupting my sleep, so I just remove the device for the rest of the night. As I mentioned in the post you quoted, the feeling of fatigue seems to set in sooner during sessions later in the day, and I think fatigue is a desirable sign that the process is working. I can go for five hours without a break unless I need to use the toilet during my early sessions, but by the end of the night, I usually feel the need to take off the device after just a couple hours. Many users who wear the phallosan through the night haven't already had a full day of extending so they are able to sleep longer in the device. If I remember correctly, Kickinthemebs, and other users have also tried reducing their tension during the night so that their sleep isn't disturbed.

I bought the phallosan almost four years ago, and I've generally been satisfied that it was worth the investment because it is so much easier to put in the hours than it is with a traditional extender. If I remember correctly, at that time they didn't have distribution centers in the US, so my package came from Europe, but didn't take too long. I gained about 1/2" before having to take a couple years off because of changes in my employment. My growth rate was slower than what other users and the clinical study have reported, but I think this was due to my years of prior conditioning with a traditional rod extender, and because I wasn't as consistent as I would have liked due to injury breaks and other responsibilities. Let me know if you decide to get the phallosan and if you have any other questions about it!

12 hours yesterday. I am now 20 hours away from taking a measurement, so I should be able to finish that in the next 2 or 3 days. So far this week, I am averaging just over 9.3 hours per day, after a slow start on Sunday. I went back and read the posts in my old phallosan review thread from before I started logging my hours. At the time I estimated that I had worn the device for about 600 hours during my first measurement interval. I had wanted to take a measurement two months after I started, but then delayed that because of an injury break from my lymphatic congestion. However, I made the estimate based on what eventually amounted to the equivalent of about 60 days averaging what I thought to be around 10 hours per day. I wasn't setting a timer like I do now, but I was watching the clock. So those 10 hours included rounding off break times etc. I definitely wasn't reaching 10 hours during the first few weeks but I was sometimes exceeding 10 hours during subsequent weeks. When I took that first measurement, I had gained about 1/8" in erect length. During the 3 subsequent measurement intervals that I fastidiously recorded in my log, I gained at a rate of about 1/8" for every 400 hours. This all goes to say that I think it is likely I only completed around 400 hours during that first measurement interval rather than the 600 that I initially estimated. I have decided to revise my total number of hours down. For the sake of being simple and conservative, I will count my first measurement interval as 400 hours like all of the others, meaning that I am currently at 1,980 hours total and will reach 2,000 hours at the end of this (my fifth) measurement interval.

Day 53

Hey pudental,

Thanks for your advice. May I know before you purchased Phallosan, did you practice any other jelqing exercises? Did you make any gains?

To be honest, the biggest reason that I want to purchase a Phallosan is I am very lazy (I do not want to sit and jelq in the bathroom for over 40 minutes every day) and I want to see gains ASAP. I know it sounds ridiculous but it is the way I am. Maybe I should pick up jelqing and do it for a while, and then purchase a Phallosan.

I know it sounds ridiculous but it is the way I am. Maybe I should pick up jelqing and do it for a while, and then purchase a Phallosan.

I dedicated about a year to consistent manual exercises including jelqing and stretching and didn't see any real results besides temporary expansion and a better flaccid hang. Other users have reported significant gains from manual PE, but I decided it wasn't working for me, and switched to a traditional rod extender with a noose attachment. I got about 1/2" increase in my BPEL from a few inconsistent years. Wanting to increase my time under tension, by extending discretely in public and not having to take breaks because of discomfort or to restore perfusion, I decided to get the phallosan. I was much more consistent with the phallosan and gained another 1/2" quicker than I did with the rod extender, but still slower than what others have reported. I would suggest you choose a routine that works with your lifestyle. You say you're lazy and want gains ASAP. In my experience, the phallosan is a long-term commitment and still requires dedication to complete the number of hours each day to achieve discernible gains. If you are interested in manual exercises, you could try them for a while and see if you get some fast newbie results. Regardless, it might help you get better conditioned and in tune with your body before starting to use the phallosan.

11 hours yesterday. I am now 9 hours away from completing my 400 hour measurement interval. I should be able to reach that target today and take a measurement tomorrow morning before starting my routine. So far this week, I am averaging 9.75 hours per day. It is looking like I will have more privacy for the next few days.

I finished my first 400 hour measurement interval since resuming my routine. It took me 55 days to complete, averaging just over 7.3 hours per day. This included my gradual readjustment to the vacuum and was still 2 days faster than the last measurement interval before I took 2 years off. Hopefully I can complete the next 400 hours even faster. So far this week, I am averaging 10.2 hours per day. I've been trying to sprint to the finish. The good news is that I completed 12 hours yesterday. The bad news is that I think my PIs might be suffering a little from the increased intensity of my routine. I didn't have a spontaneous erection when I woke up this morning, and I didn't feel like I was able to maintain 100% eq when I tried to take a measurement. So I don't have an official update yet, and I always like to measure a few times for confirmation anyway. As a reminder, my previous maximum BPEL was just over 7", but dropped down during my two years off to around 6-7/8". In the past I gained at a rate of about 1/8" per 400 hours. I can say that it appears as though my BPEL is now above 7" again. If I had to guess I'd say around 7-1/16", so more than 1/8" above the baseline when I restarted my routine, but less than 1/8" above my previous maximum. I wasn't able to keep my erection rigid long enough to measure NBPEL or girth. I will take a few more measurements when I am feeling more aroused and make an official update to my stats then.

12 hours again yesterday. I woke up with an erection this morning and my eq seems improved, so I took another measurement before starting my routine for today and felt that it was more reliable than yesterday's. I was really hoping, after such a long deconditioning break, that my growth rate would be faster during this measurement interval than the 1/8" per 400 hours I was seeing in the past. Since I regressed about 1/8" in my 2 years off, I wanted to more than make up the lost ground. However, if I am going to be dispassionate and conservative, my current BPEL looks to be back at just over 7". This means I gained at about the same rate that I did in the past. I am basically back at my previous maximum length. My NBPEL is about 6.5" (the same as it was before my time off). I will check on my BPFSL later. RedWilly requested that I start to keep track of my girth. At about 100 hours, I measured 5-1/8" at mid shaft. When I measured this morning, it was less than that, closer to 5". I think this is because I took the previous measurement later in the day when I was more engorged with fluid from the vacuum. I've had a lot of trouble recently with the silicone sleeves which I had saved in storage, they keep getting holes and then loosing suction once I cut them short. I think this is because they are old and deteriorating. Rather than ordering new, I decided to try one of the medium phallosan sleeves I had on hand. It is definitely working better than I remember. I still get some occasional air leaking into the vacuum but not too bad. I'll use this for now unless it gets worse. So far this week I am averaging 10.5 hours per day.

I completed 12 hours again yesterday for a total of 75 hours this week. This is 10 hours more than last week's previous best tally (since resuming my routine), and 19 hours more than the second best week.

Week 1: 42 hours total (averaging 6.0 hours per day)
Week 2: 44 hours total (averaging 6.3 hours per day)
Week 3: 48 hours total (averaging 6.9 hours per day)
Week 4: 44 hours total (averaging 6.3 hours per day)
Week 5: 56 hours total (averaging 8.0 hours per day)
Week 6: 51 hours total (averaging 7.3 hours per day)
Week 7: 65 hours total (averaging 9.3 hours per day)
Week 8: 75 hours total (averaging 10.7 hours per day)

This is the first week to reach my goal of a 10+ hours per day average. I took advantage of a lot of extra privacy for the past few days, but unfortunately my schedule will be back to normal tomorrow. After trying the medium phallosan sleeve for a couple days, it stretched out and was not holding the seal as securely as I would like, so I have gone back to using an alternative silicone sleeve. I've been reading through Kickinthemebs log. There was a period where he was regularly completing 20+ hour days supplemented with manual exercises. If I can keep my average up above 10 hours per day, maybe my growth rate will increase for this measurement interval.

My BPFSL is slightly more than 1/2" greater than my BPEL. I struggle to achieve and maintain a 100% rigid erection and would say I'm typically around a 7 or 8 out of 10. Based on the TGC Theory, these signs would suggest that smooth muscle is the factor limiting my growth. While the phallosan's vacuum might engage the internal smooth muscle more than a traditional noose extender, I think it is safe to say that it predominately targets the tunica. If I accept the TGC premise, I should add some kind of girth-oriented component to my routine. I haven't done this since 2008, when manual exercises alone didn't give me any results. I have been reluctant to add any girth exercises for a number of reasons: 1) they didn't work for me in the past; 2) I'm not really interested in much more girth because of the prominence of my coronal ridge that already sometimes makes oral uncomfortable; 3) jelqing, squeezes, and I suspect pumping and clamping (although I've never tried them) all seem to provoke the induration of a lymph vessel at the base of my penis; 4) I wanted to see what I could achieve with extending alone. It is possible that manual exercises did nothing for me in the past (besides improved eq) because at that point I was limited by my tunica. I've gained 1" in BPEL since then. Perhaps now manual exercises would be worthwhile. I'm not really interested to try pumping because of the expense and for fear of injury. I am open to the idea of trying to incorporate some manual exercises into my phallosan routine, although this would take away time from extending, and the datawonk analysis suggested that they do not significantly improve phallosan results. I am also worried about injuring my lymph vessel to the extent that I would have to stop all activities while I healed. I am just a little crestfallen that I didn't see a bigger gain from my first 400 hours after a long deconditioning break. I would appreciate any opinions about adding in manuals to my routine and recommendations for what exercises to try.

I kicked off the week with 13 hours yesterday. This is my best time since resuming my routine. I think 14 hours is my all-time record for a single day. My schedule is back to normal starting today and I won't have as much privacy as I've enjoyed for most of the past week. I am going to do my best to keep my average up above 10 hours per day. I took an informal BPEL measurement last night toward the end of the day's extending and it was at least 1/8" greater than what I had been seeing the past couple days in the morning before starting my routine. I'm not going to count this as a real measurement, but it was encouraging to see. I have probably taken enough readings now to get a reliable sense of where I stand at the end of this past measurement interval and I should now resist measuring again until I reach 800 hours.

12 hours yesterday. I have been thinking more about the TGC theory and adding manual exercises to my routine if smooth muscle is the factor limiting my growth rate and I want to improve my eq. My primary concern is the inflammation of my lymph vessel. After hours wearing the phallosan and some edema in the tissue, light masturbation alone causes the lymph vessel to become hard and swollen, and sometimes painful. I think if I was going to add any manual exercises, even something as mild as edging, I would have to do it first thing in the morning before starting my extending hours. I don't know if this is practical given my schedule and privacy. For now, I am going to continue focusing on keeping my average hours per day up and see if that helps increase my growth rate. I have finished about 1/8 of this measurement interval in 4 days. At this rate, it would take me less than 29 more days to reach 800 hours.

Very exciting to follow your Phallosan usage. Do you use the protector cap at all? If not, did you start with it and then gradually reduce usage? Interested to hear your methods since you seem to have quite a lot of experience.

I always use the protector cap because it makes it easier to fit my prominent glans inside the bell. I also think it helps reduce edema and prevent blisters. After I got acclimated to the vacuum, I tried a couple sessions without the cap but decided that I prefer to use it and have continued for all of my 2000+ total hours of use. I would definitely recommend using it initially and after any breaks of more than a few days to prevent injury.

I saw in the support thread that your phallosan order just arrived. How is it going? Let me know if you have any questions.

12 hours again yesterday, but I got a later start today and will have more interruptions. I've noticed that I'm able to extend my rod extender out a little farther and I'm getting closer to having the whole glans protruding beyond the width of both hands wrapped around my erect shaft. So far this week, I am averaging 12.3 hours per day.
