Hi, again from my phone. After my past post I managed to train for about a month and got to about 18.2cm BPEL with mainly hanging and manual stretching.
But then didn't find recently time to do much PE. Now I am back. I don't have enough privacy to do hanging, but I can do some hours long stretching sessions with my vac ads under my sweatpants from my home office (tested this today). Plus some manuals in the evening.
Also I read Hydeaways85s thread and will do 2-3 times a week 30-60min ULIs session before sleep in bed.
I did one session 2 days ago and my MEG 24h later was 5.51" (14cm) which Is 2mm above my normal. Not too bad given it was after 24hours and not related to skin swelling (like from pumping).
I will not measure now until 2022. Hoping to get to 18.5cm x 14.2cm (7.3" x 5.6") BPEL x MEG by January (currently at about 7.13" x 5.43")

Note: I overdid it with ULIs two days ago and I believe I ruptured one of the veins on my penis. Now I am left with small purple bruise in that place. So I will wait a bit before doing them again...

Just a quick update.
The bruise from the ruptured vein (I believe) went away within days, so I am ready to do some heavier girth workouts again now.
Anyway, it is difficult fór me not to measure. I did measure once more on an off day, to see if I had some initial gains, to understand, what the real gains will be in the next 2 or 3 months...
But seriously no more measuring for next 2months at least.
Latest stats are: 7.165" (18.2cm) BPEL x 5.51" (14cm) MEG.

Still PEing on regular basis usually 5-6days a week.
Currently the regime is 2-3h stretching or 30+min vac hanging with 3.5Kg during work hours, and in the evening 20+mins stretching behind legs followed by 30+mins of jelqing. Sometimes I do some ULI's. Successfully staying away from a measuring tape.

Just want to mention, after my update yesterday I pumped to 20+ inHg and ended with multiple purple bruises on my penis. Very silly. I will stay away from any girth workout for a few days.

Still at it. Usually I just do some stretching with higher intensity for 20-30mins at night watching Netflix, followed by either jelqing or ULIs. Usually once a week I do pump for about 10mins. I haven't measured myself, but today in the pump (there is an in-built ruler) I think I saw some gains. We'll see in January or February once I measure officially.

Hey guys, I'm still alive. Currently ill a bit, but planning to get back on track. I have not stopped doing PE completely, but never did it consistently anymore since my last post and that's what I want to change.
Current stats are roughly 18cm x 13.7cm ~ (7.1” x 5.4”).
Goal is to regain lost size a and try to push it beyond a bit.
However I will probably exercise less than before. Will aim for 30mins a day.
Mainly stretching, maybe some hanging and jelqing.

Haha, so I ended up having bronchitis and am currently on antibiotics. On the bright side I do have some time to do stretching while laying in bed.
Pretty good is to lay down on your back, place your penis in-between legs and grab it with your hand from behind of your leg. The pull is strong even without really putting any effort into pulling, you just need to have a good grip (I currently use a sheet of toilet paper for better friction). So I am still able to put in at least 30mins of PE a day. Next measurement day will be around December 1st (one month mark).
Some notes:
Good thing is, about 4days ago I did do some hanging with 9.9lbs (4.5kg) and till today I can still feel the fatigue when stretching.
I will try to do PE for 3 months straight and see where it takes me this time.

Two days ago had a rest day, where I just did some edging and light squeezing.
On 'work' days I usually do about 60mins of PE - stretches, hanging, pumping (only some days), dry jelqing, ULIs (only some days).
However my glans and penis skin are a bit sore (not used to the routine yet). I might tackle this by doing some more wet jelqing with oil these days..

Current suplements:
Ginkgo biloba
L-citrulline (on empty stomach, no meal till at least one hour later)
Soy protein (sporadically)
Vitamin C
Askorutin (reduces veins ruptures)
Creatine
Vegetables and fruit
Beef collagen

One observation. In past year or two I used to pump at quite high levels 10-15+inHg for 5mins (1 or 2 sets). It seems I have far better and longer lasting results when pumping between 4-7inHg for 2x10mins.

Soo, It's been almost a month since my PE restart. In the past month I think I only took 3 days 'off'. Actually they were rather light training days, where I did not push so much. Today is one of those days as my glans and skin on penis feel a bit worn out...
I don't keep track, but on average I think I trained 60+mins a day. I will measure soon, but we'll see. On Friday we have a Christmas party, so I think I will only measure after the weekend.
Visually I can't tell much of a difference, so fingers crossed I gained at least 2mm.

My routine currently consists of side stretches, some downward stretches, hanging around 7-10lbs, jelq-stretches. And on some days pumping and ULIs for girth.

Short update. I have not measured BPEL, but measured BPFSL and it was 20.3-20.4cm which is 8". This is my new maximum, so that's quite motivating.
I will just need some short break soon, because my glans feels seriously warn out from all the intense stretching.
Also yesterday I did some erect bends and I can definitely feel it in my shaft today..

1 MONTH UPDATE

Hey guys, finally managed to measure my BPEL.
Past three days were rather light days and some girth exercises to give my glans some rest...
I'm currently at around 18.3 - 18.4cm (around 7.225"). This my new maximum compared to my previous one at 18.2cm.
This also means I finally grew a full inch in BPEL, yaay.

Plan si to persist until the end of January based on how much progress there will be in the next two months (I'm hoping to get to 18.6cm (7.325") by then). Then I think I will copy Goingto10 by taking 7-8months off and then come back around October 2025.

I measured BPFSL today before any warm up or exercise this time first thing in the morning and it was still 8".

I have to say until recently despite my gains, I still wasn't convinced PE really worked. I had my doubts thinking that due to lower angle of an erect penis, naturally you will measure longer when measuring from the top.
But given that bpfsl is always measured straight out (same angle), clearly it must be something else that allows you to stretch further and so this finally got me convinced it's the increased long-term length or elasticity of the penis. And both will result in greater erect volume in the end.

So... We as a family moved again, then I had some health issue after this summer. Currently I've been on a hanging routine for about two weeks now. BPEL is somewhere around 18.4cm (7.25"). Max BPFSL is 20.5cm (8.05").
I started with just 10-15 mins a day with 3.5kg (7.7lbs).
Currently I do 20+ mins a day and some stretching. I will also go 0.5kg up soon.
Goal is to stick with this routine at least until Christmas, then maybe small break and then continue throughout January at least.
I know I made small progress in the past few years. But the effort has not been so big really. And given I was plateauing around 17.6cm in the past, I won't complain.
I have a feeling doing PE diligently for 2months (in row) a year results into some steady gains for me.

I added some intense stretches in since my last post. I can feel the fatigue from those for sure. Just need to stick with the routine for 3 more weeks till Christmas and then we'll see. Also on some days I do low pressure pumping.

The downside is that my glans is starting to feel warn out and became quite sensitive. I guess I will do more jelq-stretching, pumping and less hanging and no stretching for a few days...

Today and yesterday were just light training days (only some stretching) as I am away from home. Had sex with my wife today and right after I looked at my penis and it seemed really big (even girth wise). I guess the pumping must have worked to some extent.
Tomorrow I'll be back at my routine.
Also good news is gland is starting to feel better.
Next week I will aim for 30+ mins of hanging at 7.7lbs (3.5kg) and 8.8lbs(4kg) plus stretching and some pumping below 5inHg.

1 MONTH UPDATE

Hello guys, after a month of hanging with mainly 7.7lbs or some times 8.8lbs and some intense side stretching (holding stretch to each side for 1-2min repeatedly) these are my stats:

BPEL: 18.6cm (7.32")
MSEG: ~14cm (5.5")

I did 10min sessions at a time to prevent glans fluid build-up and bruising. Also I did around 4-5inHg pumping sessions from time to time. In the beginning I'd do 20+mins a day of hanging only, later I added stretching and would do 40+mins of training a day.
I will still carry on until about Christmas, then privacy will become an issue for about two weeks.

Still going hard, to the point I think my penis will need one or two day break. Currently I don't do days off. So I think I might take weekend off.
Just a note for future myself: my max BPFSL after training session was 21cm (8.26") which is a new maximum.

In the end I was able to train pretty much every day during Christmas break, though I did less stretching, no hanging, and more jelqing, erect bends, erect squeezes, etc... I will do my next measurement either around mid January or end of January..
