Soo, It's been almost a month since my PE restart. In the past month I think I only took 3 days 'off'. Actually they were rather light training days, where I did not push so much. Today is one of those days as my glans and skin on penis feel a bit worn out...
I don't keep track, but on average I think I trained 60+mins a day. I will measure soon, but we'll see. On Friday we have a Christmas party, so I think I will only measure after the weekend.
Visually I can't tell much of a difference, so fingers crossed I gained at least 2mm.
My routine currently consists of side stretches, some downward stretches, hanging around 7-10lbs, jelq-stretches. And on some days pumping and ULIs for girth.
