I am going to adjust my whole approach to PE a lot. At least I will try to and we will see how it goes.
Basically last few training months I've been training mainly at work and it's been affecting my performance for sure. Plus it's getting here pretty busy lately - more work, more people walking around = less privacy to pull on my penis.
So starting today I will limit PE in the office and instead I will do something similar to LAS. I don't feel like putting my penis in between my cheeks though as there there is too much bacteria in there IMHO, so I am going to do what I've described
HERE already. And I will do 20-40 minutes of active PE before sleep.
I have also ordered a TPE condom and if it will fit well, I will try to use it for stretching during nights. There should be 5cm extra length at the tip, that I will use for attaching theraband, so in theory there should be no blood restriction whatsoever. Of course I will try everything first multiple times while awake. The only blood flow restrictions I am afraid of is if I will be attaching it to my calf or thigh. That could put pressure on my veins below skin on my leg. So I will probably attach the other end rather to my bed, than my leg.
Last concern is my three kids. I really don't want them to see me stretching with TPE condom. Not sure yet how to prevent this properly.
I won't be tracking hours of doing the "side LAS", I will just keep track of the active PE training.
