I'm still doing heating pad before every set, sometimes hair dryer but that can burn skin so not too much of that, mainly heating pad

Up to 20-21 lbs compression hanger. iming for five 20 min sets a day or a few 30-45 sets on the vac hanger, sometimes one hour if its lighter

been upping weight, then backing off, because in the past I would go keep going up in weight . Like today was a lighter day, 8 lbs a few sets. There's a theory that you cant go too heavy for too long, and have to back off , go lighter for a time being , then go back to that weight slower, than surpass it , but it takes months to do this, which is fine, this is what I'm experimenting with

Its worth doing poorly until I find what works, and this is the theory in trying. Got it from someone on Thunders forum that hs a log back in 2006 where others commented and how they've gained, its worth doing

Mid April update

I don't see anyone on any forum hanging consistently for years on end with little measurements reported hanging like I have

I have been hanging all of this time since my last post. I have taken a two or three week break from all pe , this is the longest I have taken , since when I started in 2018. As everyone can see I have put in thousands of hours with little length increases since I first gained from dec 18 to dec 19

I'm experimenting with heating and hanging straight down only. I am more skeptical about increasing my length than before. Bibs reported four inch length increase and one and a half girth increases I once believed and am skeptical. He was also obese, and everyone knows , and if you haven't I recommend to get down to ten percent bodyfat or less and you will see a difference, even if its a smaller one your penis will appear larger from say fifteen to ten percent. Erect length , fully erect can easily make an inch difference in bpel.

My penis does feel girthier , as in almost too thick. Remember I started out at six inches in girth, and may be 6.3 inches , thats without pumping what so ever. The btc does target the ligs and base penis more so those three plus thousand hours of hanging mostly btc could have contributed , along with pumping super intensely every week for a year and a half, clamping and pumping as well, before hanging, which m9ter I think his handle on reddit is, claims fatigues the tunica so it can length better. He claims to have gained a couple or few inches in length, and he sells pe equipment. Stealth owner, Ill keep his name private, claimed half an inch or so length gain , he also when I had to choose my sizes for the kit, mentioned my girth is unusually large, as I sent him pictures as well, this is not to brag but I felt i might as well put it in here since im writing this. Im aware my girth is large and very large. my goal has been length.

As the weight of penis is what determines how big is it, my chode dick appears much less than say a 8x5 yet I have more actually penis. That lengthener less girhtier penis is much more visually impressive. If he has length and girth, say 8 x 6 game over , more than likely depending where the girth is, hes got me beat in pe

so this is simple I heat then hang, and see what happens. I may continue pre fatiguing with a small amount of girth work before, as m9ter could be correct, and he may not be. I have hung for fifteen hours a week with the vaccum hanger, sometimes three hours a day, for two to three months and didnt gain. weight used 13-16 lbs, and yes my silicon sleeves finally broke , over and over. The best silicon sleeve for heavier weights has been the saber skin; however after 2-3 months it does stretch and eventually break.

Now I start off with compression hanging , then use vacuum hanging to finish. two or three sets compression then an hour set hanging. Or one set compression, one forty five minute set vacuum, then a set compression. According to bib, who I have a log and consistently hung for three years on bib forum, most people gain at ten plus hours. When I first started I made my own sock hanger and hung 5-6 , sometimes more , 20 min sets a day and hung 500 hours from dec 18 to dec 19, straight down, and ths was the most length ive gained. weight started at 2-lbs went to 17 lbs.

This is first day hanging from break , I started at 5 lbs today and hung for forty minutes , compression, using bib starter, and now am hanging 8 lbs second set. Remember when hanging lighter on compression hanging, you can hang a longer and a bit longer. Its those difficult sets on compression that better safe than sorry to take it off at twenty minutes. Ive tried bundled hanging, flucrums, bundled fulcrums for many hours for months on end. Straight out, over the shoulder. As far as over the leg left or right, Ive gotten injured doing this, and straight down is all thats needed in this position.

There is so much information you can read on thunders when pe was way more popular . There's a guy named Big Girtha that couldn't seem to get past 7.25, who was also overweight and lost a good amount of fat, and his girth was 7 inches. he enlarged his girth first , and cautioned people to do length first , using the analogy of the rubber band, a thicker rubber band is harder to stretch than a thinner rubber band. There are so many theories and things you can try, I say try about , one thing at a time like I'm doing with heat then sd solely

As far as AI saying that only extenders work, that is bullocks imo, any lengthening movement would work, as that seems to indicate the so is the best position. Some guys have increased length with extenders, or said they did. Some guys , more, have said hanging. Some fewer , have said they lengthened from pumping

Sorry to hear you're not gaining. Personally, I've been on a long decon break, because my gains stalled for an entire year. I've been on my break 4 months, I may go to 6, just to make sure I get a good reset (I'm outside the bounds of any theory I'm aware of also, most guides I think advise 6-8 weeks is enough for a reset in theory). But if you already tried a decon break in recent times, then I'm not sure what to say...

Thank you Blink. You've been around pe a long time. Some of your articles are around on Thunders, and Bib forum. You have contributed a lot and more than likely want to see guys succeed. You're also a great writer. You are an outlier in the penis lengthening world for sure, Girth too

If you truly have increased length by 1.75 inches ,that is inspiring. Bib may be correct on his theory that some guys, on a bell curve for collagenous tissue in their penis are a 1-2, average a 5 and some difficult gainers an 8 or above. Ive hung this weight for hours many time's before, sd, and 13-16 lbs and got nothing . Ive tried to lower weight , longer time without it working. This time its 100% sd.

im sitting here hanging eight lbs on the vac hanger after three sets of compression hanging 8-13 lbs, the closer it is to the glans , lighter weight must be used for me bc it hurts, I mean like almost right on the coronal ridge like 1/8 inches away. I know technically it s supposed to be 1/4 according to bib but Bigal says the closer the more tunica will deform. Ive tried everything , except going past 33 lbs. I once could hang 33 lbs uncomfortably, and 31 lbs very comfortable doin three 15 minute sets with 31 lbs then reducing riding the fatigue" which all the means is feeling a certain level of strain. It is possible I may have to go to 33, 35,37, 39, or 40 lbs comfortably, maybe even 45 lbs. That is what bib recommended , as he says hes had reports of guys gaining only after they had to go to this poundage, and they reported length increases

Bib is not the only teacher, and the literature, or forum posts is all we have as far as that. Im not surprised if some guys over reported , or had a 90 % erection one time and at their biggest an 100 %, which can make a difference obviously. Many guys lost fat as well. Ruler differences as well. I know Ive bought a westcott ruler , as it didnt start at baseline it has 1/4 or so of an inch before the black starting line started

I use a black inches ruler from second grade a plastic dare to keep kids of drugs, Nancy Reagon era, and a wooden cm ruler. i measure the same way each time when going for a trackable measurement. Bpel, seated

I have an extender leluv slider which I bought three years ago, and bought these expensive parts from Europe jes extender pads, foam pads , metal add on rods. Im not saying ill never use it but it falls apart somewhat easily when I move or walk around. Im doing this same thing with hanging. After the extender i tried low weights , 8-13 lbs for three hours on the vac hanger.

my goal is 100 minutes to 120 minutes daily hanging, if I can not get this in I will hang , 1-4 twenty minutes sets or close to it if using vac hanger, stretching the penis. Heat before every set. If I do more than 120 minutes, two hours, two and a half hours, which I have done , cool

Im thankful I can do this exploration, I have the space and time to do this, and do active relaxation while hanging with a youtube nature video in the backround

Im going to give five months untill beginning of October then take a longer decon break, if nothing happens

how long was your last decon break & did you observe measirable gains after (BPEL or BPFSL)?

I didn't exactly count but about three weeks.

I haven't measured bc in the moment I don't like to, and the distraction has caused eq to go down. I can reach over 6.5 relatively comfortable.

The last time I measured 17.5 was maybe six months ago.

I read your post in your journal about how some guys tissues are different than bibs. How some guys need a longer break

Since I was under tutorialage from bib I went by what he recommended to never let the collagen tissue slack, even one set a day, all the time. Then big Al said it's okay to rest a day so I kind of did in between those two ideas, with sometimes a day or two off a week or just one or two sets.

To me it made sense to not take breaks , and now I am thinking to take more and longer ones after your posts.

I haven't noticed measurable gains in bpfsl and haven't really attempted max bpel in maybe six months bc some times it would be a lil past 6.5 , 17 cm

Girth has seemed to improve ,and is easy to measure bc I don't have to be extremely erect like length for girth measurements

I do feel I have more tissue . Hanging alone has added the skin stretch which sometimes covers my glans

You are very inspiring and I know some envy they say happens, I don't seem to feel it towards you, when someone is excelling moreso than you, however deep down I'm truly inspired by you
