I joined Mp, in 1999 or 2000 a pe site. Then the forum opened and BigAl was a moderator, I remember talking with him, did manual stretches, dedicated jelqs many times a week, and at least 45-70 minutes once a week for nine months , and other exercises I dont know the name of
There was another forum in 2001 called cheekycherry. it may have been a uk forum
may have gained a small amount but from measuring for the first time not much
Ive used Dr Joel Kaplins penis and scotum pump 2002, temporly girth, maybe a lil length, not sure
in end of 2018 bought a fake bathmate that broke in two months , tried to return it and found out it was a knockoff company
decide to go with hanging after reading a lot of Bibs posts -went with A sock hanger with cable clamps, and I gained maybe 1/3 maybe 2/5 th of an inch on the ruler , my first 500 hours of hanger (dec 18-dec19)

Bib hanger Jan 2020- current first three years got in 2000 hours, maybe some base girth , no length on the ruler ...went from 2 lbs to 31 lbs at 7-9 hours every week in those three years
bought a bathmate-not a fan, bc its shower or bath only use
tried an extender, leluvslider, not into sitting at one place for a long time so stopped that
2023 same type of injury as 2020, black blood clot came out meatus. Went to Dr for porostate check PSA test and levels were fine
have tried pre clamping before and after hagning, bundled hanging, forcum hanging
feb 23 Stealths vac hanger, hanging now with that. Tried two hours a day sometimes three , lower weights 13 lbs and lower and gained not much if at all
Currently am using leluv hand held pump, bib and stealth hanger usually within the same session. Heat, hang pump, hang, heat , hang
@blink2000 am doing the heat most days, making sure p is heated, usually two or three times a day , before, or between sessions, sometimes after
At 3500 hours or over of hanging time , Kind of lost count , but its a lot of hours, maybe 4000 now
I Heat first then hang , compression , then when head shrinks, ill pump, then vac hang an hour or even longer, lower weights 8-10 lbs, 12 lbs at most but dont want to make silicon sleeves, as heavier weight seems to break sleeves on vacuum hangers
The ideal is that hardgainers or thick guys need to expand the tunica first through girth like clamping or pumping then the additonal stretching will cause more tunica length to be stretched, and not girth gained. Its worth a shot , as ive tried just about everything else
Cant say Ive gained anything, although have not measured. it feels girthier sometimes, esp after 3-10 hours after pumping , and of course immedtaly after pumping with 100% erection quality or close to it, it feels and even looks bigger. Thankful Ive got the time every day to do this. If Im exhausted ill take a day off, id say five days a week is consistent, maybe ten hours a week. Liking this heat idea, and relaxing
