interesting, you went back to Bib hanger - I used one for a couple years & it's the only hanger I ever used. I"ve got stealthformen (you're the one who first made me notice that device); I've only been using ADS since my return to PE towards the end of 2023.

Also are you saying the last 2000 hours hanging you haven't gained length (girth only)?

What do you use for ads?

Tried ads stealthformen ads , silicon cup once in glans, very brief time. Would like to experiment more with hanging go past 33 lbs . Then, stay in ads for extended healing theory but not sure it if works. Would have to experiment for @PEispossible as one thing does 🚫 t work for everyone.

Yes , have not gained length last 2000 hrs of hanging

Been experimenting with penis pump 2.0 ,which is quite tight, especially lower shaft and middle. Haven't gotten in a routine ...

Probably if I want to increase length I'll need to try something consistent, dedicated for maybe you to a year of the same routine. Maybe less

You may need a decon break, but be really careful if you do / you'll get injured if you use a lot of weight after (this happened to me a few times in early days with my bib hanger; I would take 1-2 months off & tried got hurt with just 5-6 lbs after being up to 10 or 12lbs).

I'm using StealthForMen as ADS (although I use the "total man" strap to attach it to my foot/ leg). I'm up to 1 hour per day, 2 days on, 1 day off. Gains have stalled, been slowly increasing ADS time. I want to see how far I can get with very little weight.

Been consistant with 2.0 cylinder. Do not know if length has improved. Total volume size has. May be more girth. It is for sure heavier after pumping. Girth is tempoaily bigger for sure, it appears. Do manual shower stretches mostly, 3 20 min sets, and pull hard , while backing pelvis up, it stretches it out nicely. Doing like only five minutes pumping at a time, sometimes twice a day, like today. Hitting 0.25, almost 0.5 above bpel. Its become easier to get above 7 inches consistently. Lots of lube

I'm also using StealthForMen ADS -- I actually noticed you were using it before I bought mine. It's a bit expensive but a really nice device. I've tried to use an extender, but I've been running into issues because it's way too small for the base of my shaft, so I've had to go back to VAC ADS.

What device do you use for pumping?

Stealths customer service has been top tier for @PEispossible . Didnt seem to gain length while using it, not sure about girth. Remember before Stealth vac hanger, was using Bib starter for four years, 7-10 hours a week, cocsistently. Have used LeLUv slider, and bought JES parts for it , from Germany. Didnt work for me, having to sit with tht thing on, 3-6 hours a day is not for me

Le luv smallest cylinder that you can get for your girth. A hose, and basic hand held pump. Their customer service has top tier, with a person writing me rather than AI, like Doordash emails do

Here is a good chart for your girth size. Mine is 6.3 and can fit into 2.0, its tight and almost halfway up the tube is full and packed. its very tight when taking it off, hurts a lil bit on a scale of 1-10 , a 4 -5-6 depending how far pumping. As long as you get above bpel, I think its okay. 0.25 even better and more than that, takes conditioning, and pressure tolerance

I saw you measured like 6.5 at base . Ive measured 7.0 before with thumb and finger pushing down base hard. Moreover ive measured again, and didnt get it. idk...Id say 6.12 girth to be humble, without tempory gains from pumping, it causes female to make nice intense noises, one was mixed.black, other half mexican and half black, looks peiuco rican , white skin. Woman do prefer a thick medium penis over a thin longer one. Of course both length and girth, increased volume of penis is what most males are after

I see, so you use a Le Luv pump (I use a bathmate myself). Yeah, the impact of my thicker girth on my wife is pretty dramatic.. I'm able to please her more now than when we first met.

I see, so you use a Le Luv pump (I use a bathmate myself). Yeah, the impact of my thicker girth on my wife is pretty dramatic.. I'm able to please her more now than when we first met.
Mainly a Le luv 2.0 to get length up to 7 + usually. Have a bathmate and used it yesterday with a hot bath, laying in epsum salt hot water tub. Don't use BM much, it does seem to increase girth possibly more than 2.0. think BM is 2.25

I dont know how many months if its been six, that said, Ive been hanging 5 , 20 minute sets a day, with compression and vac hanger combined, for 100 mins on average 5 days a week, pumping for one day, past bpel, and then one day hanging a set or two. No growth that I can see , 18.5 cm bpfsl . Girth is something ive never been focused on increasing just bc the fact its always been 6 inches, and now its 6.25 , at its largest point , on my dick. When I pump it gets to 6.75 and close to or even 7 after those intense sessions. Last time I had sex I used it on a soulmate, and she commented how girthier it was

I dont like to always write stuff out but for records to come back to and help others this is what I am doing . My naturally big girth has prevented normal pe routines from working. I have gained maybe half an inch in length and quarter an inch base girth.

Do a girth exercise like clamping before the hanging for five minutes, maybe ten. If you dont want more base girth, then use something like clamping bc hanging heavy can weaken like a girth exercise, it can also add more base girth, which ive already got a chode. The short girth exercise before hanging supposed to weaken something I forget, then hang, extend, ads, doesnt matter for a long time, the more time the better

as for hanging im at 13-16 lbs , and go down to 8 lbs. So for this to work I would probally need this kind of weight, since ive tried a lot for gaining length 4000 plus hours, and just do it a long time every day maybe aiming something like 15-20 hours if possible, and after the weight goes down , going lighter and longer, or what I can do. Not sure if itll work bc again, natural gigantic girth seems to have limited a good length increase , but I must do and see

Im still thankful I have gained some

hey, i hope you don't mind sharing my thoughts.

first, any gains are fantastic, its amazing PE works at all. second, i feel like i've had very similar struggles to yours, so here's a little of what i have experienced.

i have always been a slow gainer.. my first few years of PE ended up stalling out where gains stopped (and I was eventually using 10-15lbs hanging weight). my memory has faded, but i believe it was a total of around 3 years, and although i had great newbie gains, my gains stalled when I was hanging.

after a 10+ year break from PE, I had this theory that my first attempts used too much weight ... i decided to try a minimum force approach, and with nothing but the basic tension provided by a vac attachment ADS, I made great BPFSL gains during 2024 -- my biggest BPFSL gains in my PE experience yet.

i could be wrong, but i suspect at some lesser weight you'll gain more, but you probably need at least a month of deconditioning for that to work

I have been doing usually shorter timed girth work pre hanging. Pumping 5-10 mins

I use heat before every set of hanging , even afterwards, then do some manual work. Heating pad works best for me

Was doing 2-3 hours. Recently its more like 1.5-2 hrs hanging, manual

Recently came off a nandrolone cycle and erection quality definately suffered. Oh well it was nice not having hard ons everytime I seen a slew of young woman for a whiles. Pumping does seem to work for erection quality. Did not use cialis during this time

no real progress on ruler 18.5 cm bpfel is furthest ive gotten

For heat I find it easier to just wrap with an infrared pad (my wife adapted it -- by default it was clunky) -- the downside is I need to plug it in

I joined Mp, in 1999 or 2000 a pe site. Then the forum opened and BigAl was a moderator, I remember talking with him, did manual stretches, dedicated jelqs many times a week, and at least 45-70 minutes once a week for nine months , and other exercises I dont know the name of

There was another forum in 2001 called cheekycherry. it may have been a uk forum

may have gained a small amount but from measuring for the first time not much

Ive used Dr Joel Kaplins penis and scotum pump 2002, temporly girth, maybe a lil length, not sure

in end of 2018 bought a fake bathmate that broke in two months , tried to return it and found out it was a knockoff company

decide to go with hanging after reading a lot of Bibs posts -went with A sock hanger with cable clamps, and I gained maybe 1/3 maybe 2/5 th of an inch on the ruler , my first 500 hours of hanger (dec 18-dec19)

had an injury

The ideal is that hardgainers or thick guys need to expand the tunica first through girth like clamping or pumping then the additonal stretching will cause more tunica length to be stretched, and not girth gained. Its worth a shot , as ive tried just about everything else

Cant say Ive gained anything, although have not measured. it feels girthier sometimes, esp after 3-10 hours after pumping , and of course immedtaly after pumping with 100% erection quality or close to it, it feels and even looks bigger. Thankful Ive got the time every day to do this. If Im exhausted ill take a day off, id say five days a week is consistent, maybe ten hours a week. Liking this heat idea, and relaxing

I switch chairs, putting more hours in straight down, as ive done btc for most of my hours done hanging

Thanks for posting this detailed personal history. You basically were around from the beginning of Internet PE as we know it. The first pay sites selling familiar manual techniques info appeared in 1998.

A slight injury occured last night. I hung 16 lbs from a higher attachment point, midway , as that area isnt used to it. I thought it would be okay bc a few years ago I would hang at the base, via Bibs recommendation of stretching skin, and could hang heavy, but thinking back I was hanging 18-23 lbs on average from a standard attachment point

I am able to get a quality erection and ejaculate fine

I would have been best to start lighter at the attachment point and go up. Ive done this before with no slight strain or bruise. It appears a but more discolored, like a bruise, blue er than the rest of discolored penis being brown and black dots even from years of stretching skin, and hanging causing discoloration

Im hanging with a vac hanger 8 lbs as I type

Ive been consistant , not always getting in hang time every day, or some days only a heavy sey of a compression style hanger, or another day an hour of a vac hanger but a few days a week, have been one and a half hours , occasionally longer

Into 2026, Ill be doing the same, continued expirementaion with hanging , as if I could change one thing about this penis it would be length increase. To you guys m that have increased length, and girth, congrats and are nice to be inspired by yall

Using heat before every set. Up to 18 lbs, and did 31 lbs two days ago. Today 18 lbs for two sets 16 reduced the 13 for another

Vac hanger slipped off at 13 lbs with ten minutes, as these sleeves have to be the correct length, too little and they won't work , same with too large. For vac hanging the silicon sleeves for me 2.5-3 inches seem to work best

I'm staying with it and haven't used pumping much via my experimenting , which I dont write everything down
