Hey, so I thought I would post this thread as a way to track top PE Gym performers from the site, both in relation to BPEL increases and MEG increases.

Only people who have gained 1.5 inches in length or more, and/or members who have gained at least an inch in girth, to make the list.

The bread and butter for most big gainers is manual work yeh. I remember Miami-Cock saying that extenders etc never worked for him and he only saw his big gains with manual work. Although the list above is very preliminary at this stage, so hopefully we can add to the list soon enough :)

It is good to have this as a motivation ;)
I just got to find those exercises that work for me in the girth department cause months of regular jelqing has so far showed it isn't working for me, but with stretching and jelqing I have gained in length. I kind of figured a few months ago that I am just a really hard girth gainer but a decent gainer in length.

Yes but you need to take into account the time they dedicated to PE to accomplish those gains. I'm a newbie here but I think that clamping and pumping may be ways to accelerate the PE process.

I think this will definitely help out those that are having trouble gaining to look and see what exercises worked for some people. It will help give selections to those people to try out but I wouldn't recommend anyone to copy anyone's routine from their log posted here for the fact that the person's original routine was set to their own dick's tolerance of intensity. Chances of overtraining are likely and gains from said routine won't be likely if it isn't match to the intensity that your dick can tolerate.

Stretches, Dry OK Jelqs, Edging/Ballooning, & ULI's.
1.5" BPEL × .5" EG.
21 weeks; 5 on 2 off, yet 7 on of Edging/Ballooning.

Sure can't wait to be able to tug and jelq again. Damn injury.

You just hit it right, man. Time and patience. Understanding it takes time for any part of the body not meant for deformation to deform and stay that way. The issue we mostly have it is impatiences and lack of true dedication to the art of Jelging. Most gainers in girth on a permanent level were all jelged based with hard work. It took me hard work with in a 2 years of just working on girth (which I need to update my stats) to gain what I have with cementing to boot.
I will say jelging has always been the reason for it. Yes, I do clamp and still do squeezes, compressions, etc but very little compared to the amount of time in jelging.

I am impressed by the girth gains! It is nice to see such large gains in the girth area. Great work with this thread and great motivation for all.

Thanks :) I agree, I am seriously impressed by the girth gains, and I am sure there are plenty more on here who have gained well too, I will try to add to the list myself by finding profiles from people who don't post here as much. Hopefully the thread can work as an easy-access resource, because the amount of newbies that ask the same questions in relation to this is unreal. "How much girth can I expect" "how much length can I expect" "how long" "what exercises" etc etc. MrB8 can just link them up ;)

I am impressed by the girth gains! It is nice to see such large gains in the girth area. Great work with this thread and great motivation for all.

Haha, going to try to keep this thread for legitimate claims. 2 inches in 2 months is just ludicrous.

I agree unless he is suffering from major ED and he had significant EQ gains, then maybe. But not pure gains.

I made most of my gains from manual stretches and Aided stretches using a mini bat, gauze and a silicon sleeve for grip. I gained about .25 from jelqing. I've tried using a water pump, air pump, all day stretcher and a extender for 3-4 months and 600 hours and gained nothing. I am now on a girth hunt only doing manual squeezes.

I've been peing on and off since 2008 but consistent for maybe 3 years
