Well ive been kegeling for awhile now and started a month ago reverse kegeling, but I noticed maybe 2 or 3 weeks ago when its time for me to kegel I noticed im almost ALWAYS kegeling. I think this is hurting my performance big time and dont know how to stop. Whatever it is im almost always kegeling without even trying. Now I dont even know anymore if I should still TRY to kegel since somehow my body does it itself. My routine is kegel and reverse kegel every other day.

Whatever im doing whether im at work or eating at a dinner, somehow my body kegels itself and when I notice it, I try to release it. But when im about my business I forget about everything and then notice im kegeling again lol. I hope this makes sense.

Anybody have any idea why this happens or if this is normal or if I should still continue my kegel process? My main concern right now is to master the reverse kegel so I will still do reverse every other day.

Stop kegeling for a while (2 to 3 months). Focus on very light reverse kegels and gentle massages of your pelvic area. You are developing pelvic tension that can lead to a number of problems, but it sounds like it isn't a problem yet, so you caught it early. Remember that the reverse kegels need to be very light.

You should feel the light pushing out feeling in the back (near the anus) as well as in the front part (near the genetalia) when doing reverse kegels. DO NOT OVEREXTEND THIS PUSH! It should be a light push, and you should imagine your muscles relaxing and spreading out as you do this.

You may have overextended your reverse kegels and caused a light injury that is making your muscles tense up. By relaxing your pelvic muscles, you can allow it to heal naturally and avoid being stuck in a hypertense state.

Questions: Have you noticed any changes to your penis as a result to this tension? Does masturbation feel any different? Does your orgasm? Is your penis firm while flaccid? When pressing lightly on your pelvis with your thumb (try moving your thumb around different spots), do you notice any spots that ache or sting?

Recommend increase rk %. Injury from rk is very rare.

Yes, I kegel without even thinking about it. It makes such a difference in my
temporary length and girth gains.

Ok now that im noticing that I kegel without trying, I havent realized how bad it is. I believe the ONLY time I dont kegel is probably when I sleep. Its really annoying.

To your questions, masturbation does feel different. My orgasm isnt as good. My penis is firm when flaccid and no ache while pressing with my thumb on my pelvis

You try and stop a reverse kegel????

You're lucky your body automatically wants to do a reverse keg all the time. You need to keep it that way. Dont fight that. Is that happening to you because you're doing them all the time now or what?

Do you have delayed ejaculation?

I guess it's a good thing.

Yes Ofcouse it's a good thing! Do you watch porn? Do you use lube? Do you use a tight or loose grip? Do you do regular or reverse kegel exercises?
You don't need regular kegels right now unless you need them for better erections of if you chose to use regular kegels as opposed to reverse kegels for dry orgasms or controlling PONR's/ejaculation.

Hi James,
I dont watch porn, I always use lube when edging. I switch between tight and loose grip. I only do reverse kegels.
The only time I really do regular kegels is when I am reaching PONR and I am trying to control ejaculation. I can hold hard regular kegels and achieve dry orgasm this way, but usually only about 3 or 4 times. Then I usually allow myself to ejaculate, or end my session without ejaculating.

Havent been able to achieve DO through reverse kegels.
My experience holding reverse kegels at PONR is a flowing ejaculation without the muscle spasms. I don't know that there's really any benefits for me in doing this so, I don't do it often. I mean if I'm going to ejaculate, I'd rather enjoy the whole ejaculation experience and let it explode lol.

Well lucky you steve, your reverse kegels is pretty damn good. For some reason I feel like I have to force myself to do reverse kegels everyday now. I dont know what I did but now my regular kegels sometimes start to hurt. Mind you I try to stop kegeling but its like it has a mind of its own. I really hope this isnt serious.

So, I was concentrating yesterday on the constant kegel I seem to hold and all throughout the day I was pushing it harder than usual. Only because it was on my mind I guess.
Anyhow I was doing them as I walked through the shops yesterday too and I managed to isolate front and back ones as I was walking. I've tried to isolate them before without much success, but yesterday I actually found it easier to isolate them as I was walking.
Just thought I'd mention this for anyone who has been having trouble isolating them. try pushing an RK while you walk.
