I have been reading this site for the last six weeks, I have learned alot already. I started out last July at a paid site, made all the mistakes mentioned in a previous post and never made any gains until I started trying the tips mentioned here, I have gained 3/4 inch in lenth and very little in girth, but hey I am new to this and patients is the word to remember. It sounds like we are all in this together and I hope to be able to input some bits of wisdom over time.

Hi Everyone!

Mr. Sneakypants has lurked for about a month and decided he wanted to track his progress log here to hopefully gain some insight, and maybe learn some stuff to pass on to other members. He understands success isn't a given, but Mr. Sneakypants is a disciplined guy, so we shall see! His starting stats (below) probably fall within the average range, though psychologically, he always felt below par.

Mr. Sneakypants' plan is to abstain from doing anything with his girl for one month, and then hopefully show enough gains to surprise his girl!

Mr. Sneakypants also likes to refer to himself in the third person, so tell him if it gets too annoying :)

Hi to everyone,

I have just heard about your site from a friend and wanted to join your community. I have some issues related to my toy :)
I tried to measure it correctly and it seems like my length is 5.3" (not bone pressed) and erect girth is 5.7". As you can see my major issue is about length. I want it to get longer.

But EQ and stamina is more important then size for me. I loose my erection so fast. I mean when I stop direct interaction it goes down after a few seconds. It gets worse with girls because I get anxious because I think I wont get erect enough to get inside.

So what am I supposed to do for my EQ issue and what exercises do you recommend for length. I am also planing to start a regular fitness program to loose some fat.(I am 1.83m tall and 85kg)

Hi everyone.
I hope I'm in the right place, I know I'm on the right sight because all the comments, the questions, the excercises, the testamonies are absolutely brilliant. I'm 54years old and I wish someone had told me this years ago. I have only been jelquing for 3 weeks now and the results are wonderful. My wife and I are having the best sex of our lives. definately my favourite sight.

Hi everyone. My name is the TheBulge. I've always felt like I was a little on the small side, even though I'm average. I'm looking to gain some length and more importantly girth. Hopefully, it doesn't take that long, but if it does I'll just enjoy the journey.

Staring Stats:

FL-3 1/2 in.
BPFL-4 1/2 in.
FG-4 1/4 in.
BPEL-6 1/8 in.
BPEG-5 in.

Goal:

BPEL-8.5 in.
BPEG-6.5 in.

Once I reach my goal, anything else is gravy.

Hi everyone xfactor31 here. I am guessing my measurements here but i am roughly between 6-6.5 in length and anywhere from 4.5-5inches in girth, which is circumference right?
I was going to start JP begginner routine 5 days on 2 days off
I am currently weightlifting in a powerlifting style which means heavy weights will this affect gains?
I will probably start a log and start the program tonight

Hi everyone !
I'm an 18 year-old french newbie in the NPE community and hope to learn a lot from all of you ! I've seen big gains with weight training and expect it to be the same with PE training.
My current stats are : 6" NBPEL/7.3" BPEL (goddamn fat pad ! Since I'm only around 15% body fat, I'm assuming it's genetic in nature) - 4.7" MSEG. My current goals are (I think they may change according to my results) : 7.5" to 8" NBPEL (and about the same measurement in BPEL but I've read elsewhere that I could just lose 1" of fat pad maximum) - 6" or 7" would be perfect ! Also, I have a baseball bat-like penis with a big glans (but a narrower base.Does anyone know how to fix that ?) that would put many adult film actors to shame (for lack of something else to put them to shame for !) .

PS : For guys that would like to delay their ejaculation, I would recommend you look up "Penis of Steel formula" on Google. Their food supplements, advices and exercises helped me go from a 3 min ejaculation to a 15 min one at my fastest pace ! I can go as long as one hour before ejaculation, and get back "to work" just seconds after my first ejaculation (without priapism contrarily to people using sildenafil citrate or Viagra), reducing the "Petite Mort" from 5 minutes to half a minute generally. Then again I'm only 18 which is said to be the male sexual peak...

@going411by7 : If I understand correctly, you are 70 ? And sport a 10.5" x 6.5" ?? I mean no disrecspect sir, but isn't it hard (it would be, even for me I guess) to raise all of that to the occasion ?
(Wow, I just realised 6.5" is past my NBPEL !)
Does BPFLS stand for Bone Pressed Flaccid Length Stretched ?

Anyway, great job sir !

Hi X and tbs welcome to pe gym.
Weight training drug free should not effect pe.
You can change the shape of your penis, from memory Jp recomends 3 part jelq for baseball bat, AFTER A CONDITIONING period.
There are many thread here on delaying ejaculation , male multi orgasm etc.

Hey I'm Agoge! Totally new to this PE thing and starting JP's routine today! So excited!

I thought my name would be rather appropriate - the agoge being the intensive training that the Spartan's endured daily in order to perfect themselves (geeky I know!).

Nice to meet you all and I hope to share successful gaining with you - and maybe in a year or two I can help some people who are just joining!

Rest assured - I rigourously search forums before I ask questions!

My primary target is length (you can see my measurements in my sig if they have appeared) and I would ideally like to achieve an inch by the end of my PE year.
