Hi gah and ire, welcome to pe gym. You both have some background ,which should help your condition. Even so, I recomend you start on JP's 90day newbie program which is in this very forum(beginer).
There are some supplements that we think may help pe ,such as arginine, but the main thing is the training, so get to it.
Gah might I suggest 7" is a worthy length goal and 1.5" is attainable over a long period, however 7" girth is huge, check the cockzilla thread.
Perhaps 6" girth is more reasonable, my girlfriend got me to stop girth work at 6" because it was all she could handle, also this is 1.5" more than your present size.

thanks for the tip, I really have this ideal of a monster cock, barely 'unhandable' lol
I'm pretty patient, I'm going for 6", I measured with a tape for comparison with my current size, it's pretty big already, fits my penis + 2 fingers beside in the tape :(

Hello everyone I stumbled across this website a few months ago and did not give it much thought to sign up. I have been "PEing" for quite some time and thought I knew everything, after a lengthy plateau and a busy life I almost threw the towel in but I went back to this website one night and was inspired to keep going.

I started in june of 2006 at 5.5 bpel
currently 7.5 bpel

My current routine is consists of a 5min warmup with a blow dryer than a standard manual stretch with 15 sec's in each direction. I follow up with a downward jelq 10 sec's per stroke 30 jelqs total. I use the blow dryer through out the manual stretch but not during the jelq. My routine is one day on one day off.

Welcome wump.
How interesting, a brother pe'er, come in from the cold wasteland.
There is much info on this site and many pe brothers to discuss it with.
I see you have grown 2 inches and do 10 second jelq.
Perhaps we have to learn from you also.

Hello everyone!

First of all, I have to apologise that I haven't introduced myself here. I have been Peing since September. I have a progress log here too but I never have found time to introduce myself properly. So here it goes.

I am 27 years old and I have experienced those 'sorry baby, this has never happened to me before' -situations more than once. Four times to be exact. With three different girls. The first one was when I was 17 and the three other times were when I was 22. You can imagine that it pretty much is a kick to your balls when you are in your prime sexual age and you cannot get it up!

So you start thinking that why? The first one might have been because of lack of experience. So freaking nervous I was. But the other situations. I don't know. Alcohol? Yes one time I was drunk but I have had sex before when drunk. The girl? Yeah but I liked the girl and I found her attractive so I reckon it was not totally her fault. Gay? No because I do like girls and I do want to marry one someday. Mental? Most likely yes. The first failure kept on haunting me and it still does. Physical? Maybe.

But it really puts you off. When out with friends, they keep asking 'why you don't go and talk to that girl who is looking at you'? Because I know I could take her home but what I don't know is if I could get it up! And I don't want to add her name to my 'almost did her' -list.

But things to get better. I don't smoke anything anymore. I drink only once a month or even more seldom. I don't think I am a bodybuilder although my friends sometimes call me that but yeah, gym exercise is close to my heart. Now I kegel, I stretch, I jeqel, I gain and most importantly, I fuck successfully! It is a sum of everything I reckon.

You can read my progress log if you want. I am a university master student so if my writing seems a bit too academic and freaking correct, it is because it probably is too academic! My sincere apologies for that.

Peace.

Elias

Welcome Elias, Senior and Duncan. You are all no doubt at different points, keep an eye on each other for motivation.

I started at the same time as a few blokes and we sound things off each other.

The site is a great source of information and motivation, so good luck!!

Elias, being a writer and a stickler for the "Forum Guidelines", I very much appreciate a well written post, as I know, do the long time members here.

Hey guys, thanks for all the info you're throwing out here for us. I started JP's 90 day beginner routine about a week ago and I'm already noticing differences and improvements. Im gona stay pretty much to the routine aside from adding a little edging here and there.. but thats just for fun really, although from what I've read it seems that may help with some growth as well.

Somewhere deep inside myself...
Well decided to finally introduce myself, instead of laying in the background soaking all the information up. Plan on making a progress log tomorrow, or the next day. Have to get some measuring tape, and the rest of the gear I need for this adventure. Do it right or not at all, right? Anyway, glad to have found this site. From the outside looking in, everyone seems to be pretty understanding about anything you throw at them. Besides when you ask a question that has been asked a 101 times, but thats understandable. In the end, glad to be here!!!

Welcome busybee. Glad you are here with us. Looking forward to seeing that progress log flourish into another success story. And if you have any questions at all, you just go ahead and ask them. We don't frown upon questions here at the PE Gym. We encourage them. Good luck!

Hello everyone,

first I'll start by saying that I am warming up with a rice sock (15 minutes) as I write this, so I can begin my third session. My previous two sessions were great, though I still have to get the right techniques down a bit more.

Anyway, the reason I ended up on this site wasn't even to enlarge my penis. I was actually looking for a good kegel routine, as I was having some trouble keeping it up while having sex (and lasting more then 5 minutes when I did manage to keep it up haha). I then found a kegel guide on this site. This was about a month ago actually, and I'm very happy to say that I pretty much never lose my erections now, and can last long enough to make my girlfriend orgasm.

Though I was also a bit sceptical about the whole PE concept at first, going through the success stories (and realising what kegels had already done for me) I decided to give it a go. I didn't start until about a month after discovering this website, as I wanted to educate myself on the subject first.

My goal is the infamous 8x6. my current stats are 6.6 bpel and 4.8 EG. I know I'm in it for the long run, but I consider myself quite a patient person. When I'm one month in, I will be starting my own progress log, in which I can hopefully post some interesting gains :D.

I'd like to close off by saying this is a great community as far as I've seen. Everyone is very supportive and helping around here. Well I have to get going now because I'm already a bit past my 15 minute warm up haha.
