Hes right Steve . Dont do any squeezes till your in your 4th or 5th week atleast . Other wise soreness and possible injury will slow your overall PE gains. Start a log and lets see you stick to it


Also , I did 2 weeks of mild PE thats not in the log just testing different stretches and jelqs , so it helped to condition me for a more advanced start . Good luck

Hello everyone,

Finally doing something about it. I started Monday (Sep 21st) with my beginner program. Never tried any kind of PE before. Always thought I had an average size until I got into an argument with the old lady and she came back at me with ( you and your little puney dick !) I mean I knew I was never big but little?
Currently just a bit over 5" erect and just over 4" in girth. I am really hoping this works. Today was my second day and I am really excited.

I have three questions that I hope someone could answer:

- Would age affect the results (I am 33) and would these results be permanent? or would I need to keep excercising to maintain?

After a while you'll train your unit to response and keeping a 40-60% erection will be easy for you.

many of us use Vitamin E and Aloe lotion so jergens is fine.

Hi All,

Just thought I would say Hi. I've only just registered and i'm a little sceptical about the whole Penis Enlargement theory but I'm feeling really insecure after a breakup from my girlfriend. She said that I wasn't that "Big" at the end of the relationship and to be honest it's really hurting me at the moment and I can't get it out of my head. I am not completely new to PE. I've used a vacuum pump off and on over many years. I'm not interested in continuing that much at all. I just started the beginners routine here at the PE Gym. It is absolutely AMAZING! I've already noticed that my cock is larger all day long. And, I really do get very horney at times where I will need to either allow myself to become fully hard or even get a full release--just depends. So that is VERY encouraging already!

I'm starting with a rather decent sized cock. I'm 7 to 7 1/8 inches long when fully erect (just depends on how full I get/how completely excited I am) and that is a bone pressed measurement. My erect girth is 5.5 inches. My girth does not bother me at all. I'm just interested in gaining more length; although I know I will also gain girth, which is completely fine--it will just be a bonus! I am hoping to get somewhere between 8 and 9 inches (bone pressed) when hard. Based on what I've experienced just after starting the beginners routine, I am feeling very confident that I can get there, especially starting PE with a 7 incher.

Ok then, Where do i do a log ? First day i did 15 mins hot rag warm up, 5 mins v-stretch, 15 mins stretching in all directions, and then 15 mins jelqing, but found it hard sustaining erection. i did the same yesterday pretty much. Could anyone explain kegeling to me ? i stop urinating mid flow but dont know what to do after that ?

Also, i am always stretching it around and that throughout the day i don't play with it i stretch it Lol. I have also got an Andro-Penis extender which i used for 10 days and dicided its not for me, i couldnt wear it for 9 hours a day i would prefer to do exercises for an hour a day. So if i am successful in gaining 0.5 then i will happily send it to somebody if anyones interested ? Only if gains happen in next 2 months

She probably said that because she was pissed off or hurt over the breakup and had to say something mean and nasty to get even................it's what alot of girls do. Don't let her insignificant comment get you down man. Learn the PE process, get big and before long, she'll be a distant memory and you'll have so many women you won't even remember her freakin' name.

Thanks guys I appreciate the support. I'm going to stick to the workouts as it obviously works judging from the success stories.

Ideally I would be very happy if I can reach my short term goal but girth is the most important thing for me. I would be ecstatic with BPEL: 7.00' EG: 5.5' so hopefully i can get there.

One question - I've been doing 2days on and 1 day off. I suppose I judge it via the body indicators whether to do more or less. One thing that i've noticed people stress about on these forums and the book is that "Less is more"

When doing the V-Jelq, use your other hand to grab the ball sack with a circle hold using the thumb and index finger. Pull the v-jelq up toward your belly, and push down on the sack in opposite directions. This will keep the ball sack from being stretched. By the way if you have a large ball sack, that's a huge advantage in the over all scheme of things. I can't imagine having a sack that is too large.

I've been lurking at the forum for a while and I decided to register and write my prensentation.

Hi, I am also a newbie. Even though I had no idea what the average size is, I never felt like I was particularly large, nor small. Only after my wife finally admitted to me after several years together that she thought I was small did I have any concern about my size. It was crushing to hear that, but after doing some research and discovering PE I became excited at what seemed like a legitimate chance to increase my size without pills, torture devices, or invasive surgery. I have the first edition of Aaron's book and have been following the basic beginner's routine, while carefully monitoring my PIs. I am in week 5 now and am pleased to see that I have actually gained already (1/4" girth, 1/2" length). More importantly she has already exclaimed "wow!" after our last couple of lovemaking sessions. She can feel the difference already! I can feel it too in terms of strength and stamina. Although I am sure the entire beginner's routine has helped, I would actually credit kegeling for most of the benefits I have seen so far. I thought I had decent erections before PEing, but kegeling has really made it rock hard and helped me last longer too. Needless to say I am pleased with my progress so far and plan to continue until I reach my goals.

Hello, I was not intending to make this into a post but I would like to share in my experiences with PE. It is a bit lengthy, and I apologize for that. In the future I will try to keep it down to only methods used, and personal stats. I was planning on keeping this portion in a private journal but what the heck.

This will be my official PE journal, but not my first. In the past I have seen some success with PE exercising, but I’ve often let myself become lazy and then fallen out of a routine. The longest true routine that I have managed to have may have been three weeks. And it seems that there have been numerous burst of on and off again attempts at this. One reason might be that I’ve been looking for ways to enlarge my member since high school, and have wasted a lot of money on bogus products; however I have also had some progress with some that I have used (like my extender device). The problem with the extender is that it is too much for too little for me (12hrs is impossible for me to do) and I have tried to sleep with it but most of the time it slips off or I would wake up with my dick in pain. I paid way too much for the damn thing; I think around 300 or 400 for the package. Anyway when I reflect on my journey it seems that when I followed an exercise routine of jelqing and stretches with the extender (usually 4-6 hours throughout my day) I experienced the most significant amount of gain. And over the years of attempting PE I have gained some length and girth, slowly I might add... I kick myself from time to time for not remaining consistent, but it is difficult to do. I lead a very active lifestyle and have become a fairly new parent often I have just been too busy and tired to pull on my peter.
I have wanted to have a decently large penis before I even became sexually active; the lack of being endowed as I would like has been a thorn in my self esteem for a long time. At some point I was climbing off the trailer I had a slip and fell on top of a license plate that was protruding upwards, and I suffered a pretty bad laceration on my testies. Sorry if that made any readers wince. Anyway I am fortunate enough to still be in possession of both of my testicals, but my left nut is still disfigured and it was pretty much cut in half. One good thing from this is my pain tolerance is very high. I do feel that it has affected my functionality with my penis, and my sack is bit discomfited. Currently I find that I have to take an erection aid to get good quality, always have. I have tried Viagra, but am too embarrassed to see a doctor. So I do the non-prescription stuff and a lot of it is junk, the stuff that works carries some side effects but still worth the discomfort to me. Someday I might get the courage to go, because I am spending way too much on boner pills that give me gnarly headaches and congestion. Maybe I just need to do some damn exercises.
I have spent a lot of cash on junk, like three pumps for instance that wound up to be junk. Although I have kept one and might decide to sometimes perform the underwater pumping while in the bath, I guess that might aid a bit. Pills don’t work alone, but they can make it look better sometimes feel better, and supplements are important in any fitness regiment. The extender is decent, but I don’t like to do it often and I think hanging is more productive when it comes to lengthening. It looks like a bib is the one to go with. Might try a jelqing device but meh looks like it is more novelty, but I will probably buy it to try it. Chemical PE is very interesting to me, I won’t get drug tested for bed room enhancing supplements (when it comes to PE for me, substance laws will be broken if it gets in the way of progress). I know Chemical PE can be risky, and that’s why I’m still researching it. For me the idea of using chemical PE is akin to taking a good supplement in conjunction with exercises, I’m just trying to find the one that will really amplify my gains the most. HGH types seem to be the most plausible, but finding a good quality of this substance is difficult and dangerous. I really think that it could produce some impressive gains if administered properly. Also the last product I bought may have been the best, and that was the book about exercising the penis called “Exercising the Penis”. Another great resource has been internet forum sites such as PEGYM.COM, I have spent hours upon hours reading all kinds of post and articles, and it has become a huge source of motivation and hope that a silly dream like making my dumb dick bigger can become true. I have not been the most successful person throughout my life, and I’m still kind of in limbo. I have quit a lot of things, and procrastinated, and slacked off, the world is still kicking my ass... But I want this for myself pretty bad, ask me to choose between having a million bucks or grow a 9x7 penis then I would have to pick choice two hands down. Money can’t buy happiness, but being the F-ing man is priceless! Confidence is what needs to make its way into my life and making my hang down into a multi-orgasm producing machine would be a nice boost, and it might be something that could change the whole direction of where I'm headed.

In addition I will be using the extender at nights, and will later apply some andactrim cream as a supplement with my routine (but I’m going to get good and going first), later on I will also begin hanging (but only until I can get a bib, because my homemade ones have sucked). I plan on mixing things up quite a bit as time goes on and develop a PE 90x philosophy (and yea that’s going to be trademarked ha-ha). Well this personal journal crud is eating into valuable PE time so I am going to call it all practice and begin an official routine and gain chart on October 1, 2009. I will continue reading and research as I find that to be vital in so many ways, also I will be posting q/a mainly q’s on forums. Pegym.com is my favorite amongst the others due to the high response rate and support of its members. Anyhow when I started writing I did not really intend to make this out to be something I was going to post, I think I was just having some self confession and examination of my personal experiences. But I will post this up; I would love some feedback, especially if someone out there knows any good (BEST) methods for gaining excluding surgery. I really hope it does not come to that… posting might help me stay on track and motivate others who want to improve the quality of their lives.

Reading run on posts like this, are very difficult.

Try breaking your post up into paragraphs, make it easier to read.

Anyway no worries, it is all personal vent garbage.

I'm on the JP 90 day routine (with my own personal modifications and additions), and so far it is pretty good. I tried just the JP90 out last night and woke up with a permachub that was like nothing I have seen. Believe me I am a skeptic when it comes to most of the PE methods out there, but the guys that have been running the pegym know their stuff. Thanks guys for all of your work, and sharing what you have found. F-ing stoked man.

Green but not too green

Greetings everyone, let me tell you a little about me.

First thing's first, my name is Pete n' I am 18 years old . I have been at this for 5 months but have never been committed for more than a week. At the moment mine is 6" length and 5" girth, and I am 100% satisfied with it.

The way I think of it, I think 7" and wide is awesome but I don't know if I would want it (if you know what I mean). At the moment, my goal is 6.5" and 6" girth (but I realise that this might not be possible as length could happen easier...depending on the exercises). I have a conditioned cock, everything works ^^

I have tried LOT and I tug back towards the centre in all "hours". For example, if it is 6 O'clock, I tug along the top of it (like standing on the end of a rake that's on the ground to make it vertical). Some advice on exercises would be awesome. Would helicoptering (or whatever it is called) loosen this, so I can get easier gains?

As a last note, I would also be interested in being a guinea pig and reporting back stats, like a little science project. Or if someone can point me towards a good routine for my "build" that would be fantastic (but if you are not 100% sure, please don't).

Lastly, I am looking to gain stamina. I was thinking of doing "the squeeze technique" with myself, I am in a long distance relationship (but a real one, not a purely cyber thing).
