oh yeah, measurements are not BP. Just put the ruler next to the penis and measure. For girth I use a string or floss or whatever is handy and wrap it around, mark it, then use the ruler. Gotta get a tape measure, lol. And I do my workouts 5 days on, 2 days off. Sat and Sun are my days off. Work out every day that I work my peeper as well. Routine changes weekly (adding a bit more on). Started with warmup, stretching for 5 minutes, 150 jelqs. after two weeks i added some extra stretching (making it about 8 minutes worth) and up to 300 jelqs. After my next post (so one month after starting my first step up in workouts) I will up it just slightly more, then keep at that for at least 6 more weeks, then I'll add some more advanced teqniqes. MINDSET.... I WILL GAIN! Helping me, should help you. Come on guys, lets have fun fucking up the statistics for 'average size'.
EDIT: I also wanted to add that my quick girth gains were most likely do to a bad measurement. I am at 5" now, but I think I was closer to 5 before and measured wrong. I know there have been gains, but not half an inch in one month. It could happen, but believe me, it doesn't look THAT much thicker.
EDIT TWO!: I started real light with kegels the first week (30 total). Now I'm up to 3 sets of 25 during warm up. Number will go up soon. Start slow, finish strong!
