Dont worry about it mate. I can guarantee that probably 95% of people posting here would have had the off week. HotRod had a family tragedy, I;ve had exams, and you'll just get times when other things get in the way. For instance your not going to pe if you go out on a hot date and one thing leads to another are you?
I think the important thing is you need to make pe a lifestyle choice, like exercise where it becomes an essential part of your life over time, but where if you miss a day or two, meh, whatever, you probably needed the rest anyway. And your should have a week or so every now and then when you do nothing, its another form of shocking your body and getting great recovery.

So this has been my worst week in PE. Missed a day and now two less than stellar workouts. Hopefully next week will will be far more productive. Either way today I got in all my stretches and my squeezes.... but I didn't have time to do a very good jelq routine. Much like yesterday, quicker and not as erect as I would have liked. At least I didn't miss it completely.
Added in bed fowfers as well. Not really as a warmup/warmdown but more just an extra stretch to do. Easy as pie and I just kinda fell asleep with it inbetween my legs... no suppose to, but hey, it felt good, and I know as a stretch that's not such a big deal.
Had those weeks man. They suck but you are bound to have them. Life ultimately will get in the way. I just try to make up for it with an extra good session, but not necessarily extra intense.

It should be all good. Would be nice if my hand is 100% healed. I think I'm gonna take off from kegels but do some very light stretches in the shower on my two off days. VERY light. Need to heal.

So stretching at random points during the day seems to be very beneficial. I was taking a crap like 3 hours ago at work and did about 30 JAI stretches. Now, after cleaning piles of snow off my car, my hang is still great. Keeps turtling down as well. Deffenately going to keep this up. As to the light stretching for yesterday and today (only because my workouts this past week were less than stellar) all I did was 10 quick pulls in each direction, 10 circular stretches and 2 internals. Just trying to get that thing nice and stretchy. Ribs are there, so this is a positive.

I started getting these too NP. JohnSmith tells me they are good signs of the tunica being stretched out. I guess he heard this from JP awhile back. I think it's a good thing. Mine are right in the center of my dick at the base, but progress up about an inch of the shaft. They're starting to get bigger and move to the sides.

Snow? OMG yuck! What parts do you live at? I guess the NE got shallacked yesterday. It was cold here too, about 65° :p

Thank ye kind sir. Just want to add, I just guzzled down a delicious Saint Nikolaus Bock from Penn Brewery. Love that sh*t. Yay Christmas! Hot damn brothas... I got a good feeling about next week. I'm hoping for some more length, as my girth is currently outgrowing length... not that that's a problem, just want to keep my length at least an inch bigger.... dunno why

And we got 5-6" snow out here.... were only suppose to get 1-3"...

Wow... Goddamn, I really needed a good workout here and I sure as sh*t got one! Feels tired, but good tired.
125 Kegels; 50 Reverse Kegels while warming up (about 5 minutes)
Directional stretches (sets of 20) w/ 5 circular each way after each set
Internal stretches (6 for 5 second holds)
100 mini Jelq
150 jelqs
50 v jelqs
150 jelqs
4 ulis
4 horse sqeezes
4 sets of erect pressure squeezes
15 second kegel hold/ stretch in each direction (forgot to do it earlier, so pain in the ass with lube)
1-2 minute massage; 2 minute cool rag cooldown


Ribs are getting quite visible, so I think I'm doing something very right. Going to continue my experiment with measurements this coming weekend. Saturday and Sunday to see if there is a difference with measuring after more rest.

Wow, that certainly is an intense routine there. No wonder you have a tired feel to you. Hey, just read that you are in the Pittsburgh area. In the actual city? I was actually born and spent 2 years of my life in Oakmont. I don't really remember any of it because I was too young. Familiar with the area?

It looks more intense than it is. I actually do those mini jelqs just to warm up for the others. I do them at about half-mast and fairly quickly. Jelqs are 2-4 seconds depending on erection %. Ulis and horse sqeeze are for 5-10 seconds depending on how I feel. Stretches always feel good to me. I feel like I could do like 132498471234713470110 and not even be tired.

I'm in the suburbs, but a whole 15 minutes away from the city. And I know of Oakmont. I don't live there but it's about a 5 minute drive from me. Just gotta go across that bridge that smells of the sh*t it process at night. Always loved that. Driving my (then) girlfriend home down 28 at night. Passing near the Hulton Bridge... windows open having a good talk then the smell of rancid feces leaks in... you try to shut the window, but alas, the smell won't go away. Thank the lord they only do that at night. But anyway, yeah I know Oakmont. I helped park rich dudes cars out there during the US Open a few years ago.

Yeppers. I was there for that! The women are coming to Oakmont this coming year for their U.S. Open. I'm hoping to make it to that too!

I might go to that, only because it's so close. I don't even like golf that much, let alone woman's golf... maybe I'll just get another temp job out there.

Anyway, routine was same as yesterday, but added 10 more sets of V jelqs... broke it up in between jelqs... so 200 jelq, 30 v, 200 j, 30 v. Worked out well.

Edit... I fudged this up in my other post... I actually did two sets of 200 jelqs. also did not to reverse kegels today.... but did 150 normal rather than 125.


Wow, ribs are becoming VERY well defined. Good news, good news! Noticed when I was going tinkle. Good things are on the horizon.

So I have decided that, at least officially now, Wednesdays are going to be my stretching only day. At least for now. It seems to keep happening anyway, so I figure why fuck with things. So my workouts on Wednesday will be..... 20 stretches in each direction, 5 circular after each set of 20, 15 second kegel/stretch holds or whatever, then 6-5second internal stretches... along with 125 kegels and 50 reverse kegels during warm-up.
Pulling on my ding-dong now and damn... it feels stretchy and very gumby-like. Good sign, I think.

NP, when you say 20 stretches in each direction...do you literally mean, you do 20 individual stretches in each direction which would equate to 100 total stretches (20x5 directions). How long are your stretching holds for each direction? If so, wow, that's a lot of stretching, lol. But it's apparently working...I'm getting those defined ribs too. Mine are starting to climb up my dick towards the head.

I can relate to the rib increase. Just over two weeks and it's quite noticeable. I have to admit I think it looks pimp-ass, especially with the increased vascularity.

I do 20 in each direction, not really a hold, I keep a constant stretch going and just pull at it more and more each rep. I worked my way up to that. Want to add I woke up with a really meaty flaccid today. Looks awesome. And after my stretches just now it looks even better.

Continuing my experiment of how much rest helps with growth.... EQ not too good... lots on mind. It was about an 8.
FL: 4.75"
FG: 4.125"
BPSFL: 7.625"
NBPEL: 6.95"
BPEL: 7.3-.4"
EG(Mid): 5.2"
EG(Base): 5.925"
(So, like I said, this was with an okay EQ. I had to get myself hard again after every measurement. I guess that happens sometimes... Either way, we'll see how tomorrows looks...)

FL: 4.6" (I guess yesterday was a fluke, LOL)
FG: Same
BPSFL: 7.7" ish... kinda weak flacid measures... was very cold in my car after work.
NBPEL: 7" WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
BPEL: 7.5" SICK NASTY!
EG(Mid): 5.25" YIPPIE-KIY-YAY-MOTHERFUCKER!
EG(Base): 5.9999999-6" Kinda started losing it while measuring, so gonna say 6"

EQ was about a 9-10. varied a bit.

I'm growing quite the cock here. Hot damn. 7" NPBEL. .5" Length and .25" Girth from my first goal. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! And like I said before... I could give two fucks about flaccid length. Christ, I would love it to be teeny tiny flaccid and big bertha hard. Either way all's good. Surely this can help take my mind off my ex. Although the way I feel towards her now is I wanna stick it in that big round perfect ass of hers. HAHA.
