My Ultimate goal is 9" EL, 6-7" EG. Shoot for the stars so she can be seeing them ;)


Starting:
3.75" FL
2.5" FG
6.5" EL
4.5" EG


As of 11/22/09
3.8" FL

4.5" EG

My next measurement (every two weeks) is this week coming up. So I'll post that, then afterwords it will be every two weeks.

oh yeah, measurements are not BP. Just put the ruler next to the penis and measure. For girth I use a string or floss or whatever is handy and wrap it around, mark it, then use the ruler. Gotta get a tape measure, lol. And I do my workouts 5 days on, 2 days off. Sat and Sun are my days off. Work out every day that I work my peeper as well. Routine changes weekly (adding a bit more on). Started with warmup, stretching for 5 minutes, 150 jelqs. after two weeks i added some extra stretching (making it about 8 minutes worth) and up to 300 jelqs. After my next post (so one month after starting my first step up in workouts) I will up it just slightly more, then keep at that for at least 6 more weeks, then I'll add some more advanced teqniqes. MINDSET.... I WILL GAIN! Helping me, should help you. Come on guys, lets have fun fucking up the statistics for 'average size'.

EDIT: I also wanted to add that my quick girth gains were most likely do to a bad measurement. I am at 5" now, but I think I was closer to 5 before and measured wrong. I know there have been gains, but not half an inch in one month. It could happen, but believe me, it doesn't look THAT much thicker.

EDIT TWO!: I started real light with kegels the first week (30 total). Now I'm up to 3 sets of 25 during warm up. Number will go up soon. Start slow, finish strong!

Just re-measured flaccid girth 'cause I figured I measured wrong before. Squeezed it tight for some reason... who knows. Anywhoo update on it as follows:
FL 4.15"
FG 3.25"

Other stats the same still.

Adding a slight change this week, not much but still. Going to add timed stretches along with the regular ones. Also varying in intensity when it comes to stretching. Some intense, some more gentle. Going to add a kegel/stretch exercise as well. 10 second kegel hold while doing directional stretches (holding the stretch at a medium intensity) See how it feels afterwords, if it feels good, great, if not i'll stop. will reply with update after workout.

Well, great workout. I did what I said above. 10 second holds at medium strength in all directions. Up, down, out, left, right... after my 10 minute warm-up(shower), that is. Did high-intensity stretches in all directions (15 each) and low-intensity circular pulls (5 each) after each set of 15. Slapped penis off each leg 30 times afterwords to ensure blood flow. 150 of what I like to call mini half hard half jelqs. Kinda strange idea, but I wanted to try something different. (btw I consider 1 jelq 1 hand... 150 would mean 75 with each hand). Basically taking one hand at base to keep steady (around 50%-60% erection) and jelqing from mid to glans. it was dry jelq also. Then did 150 3 second wet jelqs with OK grip facing away from body, then 150 more with OK grip facing towards. Afterwords griped at base and head for 20 second holds (2 sets). Massaged and cooled down for another 5 minutes. Felt great and hangin' low like a horse right now! no measurements till next week, but feel awesome.... gonna do this (although may cut out mini jelqs depending on fatigue level) for the next 4 days.

TOTALLY FORGOT! During warm-up I did 3 sets of 25 kegel in addition to the longer holds during stretching exercise.

Also tried Edging for the first time today. Didn't work out all that well. As in I need to get that timing down.... I almost had it... getting close to the PONR and slowing, then I tried to do a Kegel before and slowing down... Ended up timing it all wrong and got myself pearl-necklaced.... Try again tomorrow!

Two dry orgasms while edging! Edged about 2 hours after my PE (had junk to do in-between). Kind of a strange feeling, but awesome at the same time. Was about a 20-30 minute session.

Well... dry orgasm feels much like a wet one. Not nearly as good as the wet orgasm after two dry ones though. EQ goes down a tiny bit afterwords. For me it went from a 10-6.... but I was switching porn videos at the time. After the second one it went from 10-7. I'm sure that varies from person to person. But had I been with a woman at the time, I can tell you that EQ would have stayed up a bit more ;)

Just want to add.... can't wait for measurement day! (Sunday... two days rest... also good) I feel like I'm going to be grinnin' like an idiot when I measure myself. I swear.... I must be doing something right. Here is my 'Pre-PE Workout Workout'.

6:30am Get home from work
7:00 Take Recreate pill for weight loss
7:30 Eat some food (fruit or sandwich.... protein too 'cause I need muscle buildup)
7:45 Take hydroxicut for muscle gain and weight loss
8:15 Work out body with cardio (sprints with brisk walks in between), then lower or upper body lifts (depending on day)
9:00 Grab a small snack like a nature valley bar or yogurt
9:15 Warm some water for tea (green or herbal... doesn't matter to me)
9:45 Hop in the shower and get routine done... plus a 10-30 minute edging session afterwords.
Before bed do some yoga stretches.

The pills are experimental... doubt they have done anything for me... PE wise... but weight loss wise I have lost 7 pounds last month and put back on some muscle, so I guess it's working. Although I think I may have gained a pound of cock with how fat and heavy it feels all the time!

Bleh... bad workout today due to time constraints (slept in, going out tonight, have to go to the bank, have to call credit card company due to weird charge on it, gotta go look for a job....). Missed my lower body workout today too.... oh well. Got kegels and stretches done at least. Goody. No jelqs in due to time... oh well...

I'm not quite sure why I measure on my second day of rest... maybe I feel like measuring a day I actually do my PE is cheating. I know my flaccid hang always looks awesome afterwords... so that's unfair. Oh well... Gotta add this. Lipton Green Tea w/Citrus + Captain Morgan's Mango Parrot Bay is fantastic. Try it. I'm drunk off it right now!

5 days on 2 off seems to be working great. If I need a day off, I take it and don't feel as bad as I would if I were doing 1/2 on and 1/2 off. Had my one crappy day day this week (yesterday) and all seems well. SO looking forward to measuring. Whether I gain or not, I have a feeling I'm still gonna be happy. Fact that I can sorta dry orgasm now. Not down to a science yet, but either way it's awesome.... Although I think there will be some nice gains.

Gonna see if there will be a difference in measuring today and tomorrow. Stats are as follows:
BPFSL: 7.6"
FL: 4.5"
FG: 4"
NBPEL: 6.875"
BPEL: 7.3"
EG (Mid): 5.175"
EG (Base): 5.75"

Now if these go up more tomorrow (after 2 days off) I'll be freaking psyched. I can only hope...
!NOTE! All previous girth measurements were at mid, I measured base this time as well because it looked kinda fatter, and it was.
