Workout today is slightly different for a Wednesday. Only because Monday was stretch only PE and I did Tuesdays PE at 4am or something. Is as follows:
Stretches:
30 each direction.
5x2 each direction circular after each set.
30 second hold in each direction.
2 sets of 4 seconds per direction flaccid bends with 4 rotations each way after each set.
Jelqs:
NO MINI/V-JELQS!
200 overhand, 200 underhand. 3 seconds, hopefully around 60% erect.
NO Stretches!
Kegels! Woot! That be it!
