I have some privacy now... I didn't really feel like doing my PE. I worked out a bit and edged for a while. I think I'm going to do one more week of PE then take a two week deconditioning break. I think my dong wants that. It hasn't been cooperating when I do my exercises lately...

So yeah... saw her car leaving as I pulled in. Fuck. No PE tonight. I'm starting that decon break now, rather than next week. So I'll measure again in two weeks when it's over to see if I have lost anything or gained or something.

It really sucks. I wanna PE but I know I need a break. Not for injuries, but it's just time. I am still doing kegels & reverse kegels, but not while erect like I was before.

When I come back I'm going to do a half-routine. Half of the amount of everything. I will do that for two weeks, then go back to what I was doing before.

Kegels... Hoozah. And yes, I would consider it a good PI for doing nothing but edging so far this week (and next... getting hard to not PE actually) because my flaccid hang is looking so wonderful. Not as thick as usual, maybe 4.5" rather than .75" but still as long.
