So, yeah... unless I have time to measure on Monday, well... yeah. So I'm going to test those squeezes for another two weeks before posting about them. I just want to be sure they are a worthwhile exercise. Either way, slightly longer routine this week.
Kegels: 100 reg, 50 reverse (each at about a second). 20 5 second reg holds. 10, 10 second reg holds. 5, 15 second reg holds... long as possible hold. 20, 3 second reverse. 10, 4 reverse. 5, 5 reverse. Long as possible hold (M,W,F)
Stretches: 20 directional x5 w/ 5 circular each way after each set. 20 second holds each direction w/ extra 20 straight out. All done w/ extra hand at base. All bundled as well (Twisty)
Jelqs: 20 minis, 200 overhand, 40 minis, 40 v's, 60 mini, 40 side v's, 80 mini, 200 underhand, 100 mini. 1jelq=1hand. Trying for around 40-70% erect.
Squeezes: Experimental & experimental head.
