Workout today, just took all supplements, so going for a run then lifting in a bit. Hopefully will be able to fit my PE in before anyone shows up for the open house.
Gotta say, my new multi-vitamin.... wow that tastes like ass. Plus, big pills are hard to take when you have whitening strips on...

Also, I think I had a decent girth gain somewhere along the line. My dick LOOKS smaller, but my hand doesn't go around it as well as even a week ago. As I have always said, if it looks smaller but isn't (I checked the length out of boredom when jacking off the other day, still at 8".) then it's getting fatter. Maybe these new squeezes I'm trying out (which target specific parts of your dingaling... more info in the coming week) are doing quite a bit. I haven't done a single normal squeeze exercise, but have been doing these new ones every now and then. If I actually gain girth when I measure I'll post it up, if not, then I'm going crazy and I will probably quit doing those... Most likely will be the former, not the latter.

Mkay, workout went very well. PE was so/so. It felt very good but I couldn't get everything done due to time constraints. Damn, people should be here any minute. Did my stretches, squeezes, and jelqs. Jelqs were 200 dry plus 40 dry mini. Done around 40-60% erect. Either way, workout went well. Flaccid hang is okay. Generally not as good when doing dry jelqs. Either way...
Icy Hot smells wonderful.

Mixed things up a bit today. Did my stretches, kegels, flaccid bends, squeeze tests, and edging already. No DO's due to being lazy. I didn't really want to cum, but it felt good, so I said 'fuck it.' Now I'm just giving myself some time before I hop in the shower and jelq. Already lifted today as well, so I'm trying to give my arms a bit more rest so jelqing doesn't destroy them. Will hop in there in about 20 minutes and get them done. Still the usual 300 normal, 200 mini, 60 v-jelqs.
Measurements this weekend, and next week I'll post about my new squeeze, which seems to be working quite well from looking down at my little guy. I'm also bumping my jelqs up to 400, minis at 300, and keeping v-jelqs the same for that period. Also will re-incorporate my other squeezes along with the new one. So 4 sets of erects pressure squeezes; 4, 1 minute ulis; 4, 30 second erect squeezes.

As in? Sleep, 6-8 hours a day, usually... Body workout? 2 days between specific muscle group workouts. PE? Wednesday is a light day with Saturday/Sunday off. Kegels on 3 days a week as well.

Yesterdays jelq session was phenomenal. I got today's workout done as well, although I may do some quick stretches in the shower before I go to work. Yesterday was one of the better jelq sessions of my PE career. So in the last two weeks I think I have had no bad sessions, only missing one due to illness. I can tell that my dong is bigger around right now. We'll see this weekend.

curious to see how your measurements are progressing. You may be just about at your goal girth since you're feeling thicker! Can't imagine how good that must feel. Keep us posted.

At the goal? No... I take my average girth, so it's somewhat off. My base girth is close to 6.25" whereas the top/mid is about an inch less than that. HOPEFULLY that will catch up a bit. The different squeezes I have been trying are to target that specifically... so we'll see if it worked a bit or not. Also, the mini jelqs... I have been actually doing them more slowly than before so they actually do something now. SO... yeah, we'll see on Saturday!

Ahh the average. That certainly makes things a bit more difficult! Either way, normally when you're feeling thicker you're doing something right. Keep up with the squeezes and you'll be changing that goal girth in no time. I'll check back with you on saturday to see how things measured up. Good luck NP

Thanks bro. It's kinda easier for me to tell what's what with the base being so much larger. If I have a good erection I can't wrap my fingers around the base. The fact that they hardly overlap now is a very good sign for improvement. I'm thinking my top girth bumped up from 5.18" to 5.25" I HOPE the mid is at 5.4", up from 5.3".

And I was wrong about my base girth... last measurement was at 6.3" Not that big of a difference to the eye, but that does make a difference when you average in everything. As I have stated before I have no idea what my original girth was. I started measuring at the midpoint... and I started with a crappy measurement. So we'll say that my original MEG was 4.85" about. Top, probably 4.75". My base was always larger... I think it was around 5.5-5.75" starting.

For my own remembrance... I wanted to add in a list of all the crap I put in me daily (supplements).
First of all, I have a dietary supplement I bought and haven't been using much. Recreate... It's basically a caffeine pill that has a few things in it the positively effect your metabolism.
Omega-3 Fish Oil. Giant Eagle Brand. 2,400mg 2x a day. Purified, so no mercury.
Ginko Biloba. Natures Bounty brand.... 120 mg + a bit from my multi-vitamin. I know it's in there, I just can't find how much on the box right now. Kinda mad I can't see it on there since it is a listed ingredient... Either way...
L-Argine. Natures Bounty. 500mg + 1g from my Multi-vitamin. Like I said, mult-vitamin is a beast. And a wallet destroyer. 50 bucks for 30 days, would have been cheaper to get 60 days worth, but I didn't have 70 bucks.
Multi-Vitamin. GNC Mega Men Sport. Now, I'm just going to list some of the stuff in there I know to be helpful with PE RELATED stuff. 100mg of Green Tea extract, 25mg Zinc, 200mg Ginger Root. It also has at least 100% of all letter vitamins (a,c,k, etc.)
For workout related things it has a good bit of other healthy vitamins I don't feel like listing. Along with L-Glutamine, which helps with nitrogen balance and helps with protein synthesis. In other words... great to take so your big freaking protein shake doesn't go straight to the stomach.

wow, you were almost an inch bigger at the base then mid shaft?? I seem to be the same girth everywhere (4.80) I'll check back on saturday.. Also glad I checked back on your progress, reminded me that I need to pick up more Omega tommorow.

Haha, that stuff is key for circulation. I don't know or care how important it is for PE. My Ginko and L-Argine are my only PE specific pills I take. Everything else is for health and weight loss/muscle gain. The side benefit of making my dick hang low and wobble too and fro is nice as well.
Anywhooo.... full session today... busy day actually. Gotta study for a final, take it, work out, PE, sleep and then maybe ask that girl at my work out. We'll see if I have the stones tonight or not.

As to the base girth.... yeah, it's a fatty down there. I don't know if I would want that the entire way around. Like I said, if I can get to 5.5" MEG and TEG I'll be super stoked. I'm getting close with the mid, still a bit away with top.

Wonderful workout. I think I may have had a breakthrough moment. THINK I may have figured out a really good head exercise. It also may not work and hurt later... we'll see. Either way, fantastic workout. Jelqed around 50-70% erect. All stretches done, new squeeze done and coming along very nicely. I'll post about that, maybe this head exercise, and re-post my other girth exercises in elsewhere on Sunday.
My dingaling (which I generally refer to as my Italian Sausage) is looking like that right now. It's a good... 2, 3 hours after I finished my routine. Stilling hanging low and very thick. Feels very heavy as well. More vascular lately as well. All good signs. One more workout this week then off for the weekend.

Measurements. Have to not be at my house today, so I left early to get a bit of sleep. I had some erection issues... shitload on my mind, not feeling well, the works.... so I gave up on measuring girth. Do that some other time. Any consolation, I can DO anytime I want now :D
FL: ~5"
FG: ~4.75"
BPSFL: 8.315"
BPEL: 8"
EG(Avg): ?
EQ: 7-8

So, yeah... unless I have time to measure on Monday, well... yeah. So I'm going to test those squeezes for another two weeks before posting about them. I just want to be sure they are a worthwhile exercise. Either way, slightly longer routine this week.
Kegels: 100 reg, 50 reverse (each at about a second). 20 5 second reg holds. 10, 10 second reg holds. 5, 15 second reg holds... long as possible hold. 20, 3 second reverse. 10, 4 reverse. 5, 5 reverse. Long as possible hold (M,W,F)
Stretches: 20 directional x5 w/ 5 circular each way after each set. 20 second holds each direction w/ extra 20 straight out. All done w/ extra hand at base. All bundled as well (Twisty)
Jelqs: 20 minis, 200 overhand, 40 minis, 40 v's, 60 mini, 40 side v's, 80 mini, 200 underhand, 100 mini. 1jelq=1hand. Trying for around 40-70% erect.
Squeezes: Experimental & experimental head.

Yeah, very sick. Did half a workout today and it felt bad. So nothing.

Oh yeah, my ding dong hurts. I got super bored early Sunday morning. So I began to do my routine anyways. Didn't use enough lube, sore base. Yay! Should be good by the time I PE early in the mornin'.

Oh, for anyone following I wanted to add... no I did not puss out asking that girl out. I kinda showed up to work late and she was gone. Haven't seen her since... but she should be there when I work tomorrow.
Either way, I saw a picture of her in a bra and pants only. Wow... Insta-boner. Thank you facebook.
So tomorrow, going to at least see where she stands on this. Body language and such. I guess I'll go in with my smaller shirt that shows of my arms and tattoos better. Haha!
