Am more ill today... wow, getting worse... Chills, sweats, chills, sweats, coughing, sneezing, running nose, headache. WOO! At least no vomiting or diarrhea!

Anywhoo.... Tried to do my routine... Said fuck it... My EQ is like a 6 right now. I was seemingly fairly hard when I woke up, but it was like 5" or something.
Did my stretches and kegels...

I'm gonna go die now.... bleh.

Hope you get better soon man. I just got over being sick myself. PE kinda goes out the door for a bit lol.

I'll say this. Being sick, my flaccid hang has been quite poopy. BUUUUUUUUT the flaccid girth still has looked about the same. Very chode-like right now. Not turtled or anything, but still.
If I helicopter for a bit it goes back to my normal look.
Anyway, going to attempt my full routine today. I think it should be fine, now that I'm finally starting to feel better. Gonna do the whole thing in the tub, I think. Anyway, I'll post the results later.

Glad you are feeling better NP. I know I was sick as hell before Christmas. It's tough to get motivated to do anything when you feel like a freight train has just run you over.

Well... did nothing yesterday. Did some of my stretches... and by some I mean I did my normal 30 JAI throughout the day. Did both kegels and reverse. Gotta measure today and tomorrow, then back to normal two week measurements. I'm honestly thinking I'm gonna see a decrease, but that's due to me still being kinda sick and my EQ still being poop from it. Also, wanted to add it's cold as fuck in my room. Did some helis to make my flaccid normal, but it went shrinky dink on me when i went to measure it.
FL: 4.5"
FG: 4.125"
BPSFL: 7.75"
NBPEL: 7"
BPEL: 7.5"
EG(Avg): 5.3"
EQ: 8... so I'm just gonna keep with last weeks stats. Bleh. SICK IS SUCK! So unless tomorrows measurements are better (as in my normal EQ)... I'm just sticking with last weeks...

I know. I figure by Monday I should be good and healthy to get back to it. 4 months in and damn good results, so I'm pretty fucking happy about that. Like I said before, PEing previously in life (and injuring myself doing it.... bleh... stupid pay sites) definitely helped me gain faster. Started very slowly and worked my way up to the point I'm at now.
Honestly, I'm looking at these last few weeks as a deconditioning break... Holidays and being sick...
So next week I will be back to my normal schedule and follow it as closely as life permits... We'll see how well I can handle it, based on +/-PI's...

Did some edging... I think that fixed any EQ problems I was having. Went back to being a 10298907843014 EQ. lol. So second measurement tomorrow, as usual. ACCURACY!
Kinda funny how the LENGTH seems to improve on the second day every time while the GIRTH stays the same. Oddity or breakthrough? Most likely being harder=bigger erection, and I seem to be way harder on second rest day than first.

Stats:
FL: 4.625"
FG: 4.125"
BPSFL: 7.75" ish. Kinda had mild chub while measuring... so it didn't stretch as far as normal...
NBPEL: 7.125"
BPEL: 7.5"
EG(Avg): 5.33"
EQ: 9ish. Varied.

Well, I'm kinda horny now... lol Edging time!

Measure on my days off. Saturday then Sunday for accuracy and in case of EQ differences. I try not to measure while edging because that would just seem like I'm lying. Lol.

Just my opinion, but wouldn't you want to measure when your dick is at maximum capacity, like during an edging session? To me anyway, that's the size you're going to have when you're fucking a girl, so that's what seems important... Just my opinion....

1. Somewhat. Seems to have helped make my erections stronger at the very least. Feels great to do after workout as well.
2. No, bed fowfers and stretches throughout the day

4. I got it done in the time it took to watch LOST (minus edging), so about 45 minutes
5. I have done both (edging afterwords as well). Lately I have been giving a massage, then edging to warm down. On a day where I don't feel like edging I wrap a cool rag after massage. If I do my whole workout in the shower I warm down in the shower. Varies.

Been doing pretty good so far. Got my routines all 100% done. Yesterday was a lower erection % routine, while Monday was normal. Today I have done my stretching already... although if I feel good enough later I'm going to do the rest of my routine as well... Feeling damn good right now.
