No lies. Only as accurate measurements as possible. And two months, not one. Not an inch either. Half an inch in length and .75" girth. I'm losing weight by my dong is getting fatter, lol. I don't remember exactly, but I didn't gain too much in month one. Month two has been most of my growing... Girth first actually... kinda strange, but either way all's good. I do have a feeling that the wall shall be hit soon. I'm taking a week off this week. Next week I'll start back again.

Okay, new measurements for today as follows. Yay for experiments!
FL: 4.6" (I guess yesterday was a fluke, LOL)
FG: Same
BPSFL: 7.7" ish... kinda weak flacid measures... was very cold in my car after work.
NBPEL: 7" WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
BPEL: 7.5" SICK NASTY!
EG(Mid): 5.25" YIPPIE-KIY-YAY-MOTHERFUCKER!
EG(Base): 5.9999999-6" Kinda started losing it while measuring, so gonna say 6"

EQ was about a 9-10. varied a bit.

I'm growing quite the cock here. Hot damn. 7" NPBEL. .5" Length and .25" Girth from my first goal. WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! And like I said before... I could give two fucks about flaccid length. Christ, I would love it to be teeny tiny flaccid and big bertha hard. Either way all's good. Surely this can help take my mind off my ex. Although the way I feel towards her now is I wanna stick it in that big round perfect ass of hers. HAHA.

Also tried Edging for the first time today. Didn't work out all that well. As in I need to get that timing down.... I almost had it... getting close to the PONR and slowing, then I tried to do a Kegel before and slowing down... Ended up timing it all wrong and got myself pearl-necklaced.... Try again tomorrow!

That almost always happens to me, so I have basically given up on edging.

My routine is fairly well laid out in my log... I really, really don't want to post it, so just read through the thing. It's a bit convoluted at first, but it's all there. I started VERY, VERY, VERY light, but I had also PE'd previously in my life... so I knew what I was doing and put in more advanced exercises earlier. DON'T DO THAT UNLESS YOU KNOW WHAT YOU'RE DOING!

I just want to add... I know my gains seem pretty damn good. I'm totally happy. I mean, with all I'm going through right now, it's just great to know my peeper is growing up... big n' strong. And I'm not gonna post any pics btw. Why would I lie? No reason to here. Also, edging... do it do it do it do it. I swear it has been helpful to me. I don't do it enough to truly effect my gains, but I do it enough to make myself able to dry orgasm at least once a session. Fun, fun, fun!

OH! I have been doing at least 20 minutes of bed fowfers or whatever before I sleep just about every day. Try them boys... feels great.

When I edge, I focus less on climaxing without blowing my load and more on the hardness of my penis.

If you want to last a long time, don't try to peak your orgasm up to a 9 and then come back down. You should bring it up slowly and try to plateau your arousal level between 8.5 and 9. This will keep you hard during the edging. And it will also make the gap between 8 and 10 feel a lot bigger.

Just keep it steady up around 8.5 to 9 and you'll maintain maximum hardness without blowing your load.

Reason for stretching only is due to lack of being home this week. With new years, family stuff, and everything going on I just am not gonna have time to do my regular workout. I am doing my full stretching regiment, plus 150 kegels and 75 reverse kegels. Also doing JAI stretches throughout the day and bed fowfers before... well, bed. I may actually do this for two weeks just so my measurement days stay on track. I feel like after gaining a good bit it's time for a light break to confuse the body anyways.

So decided on doing this week long thang, then measuring, just to see if I gain/lose any from not keeping up my regular workouts. Why not, right? And, met another goal. Down to 195lbs, and that was pre- :turd: .

Time to post the measurements after my 'week off'... week off from regular routine and stretching only... bleh, what a shitty end to the year... anywhoo gonna keep up the measure two days in a row thing... after this week back to normal routine and measuring every two weeks again. Stats are as follows.
FL: 4.65"
FG: 4.125"
BPSFL: 7.8"
NBPEL: 7.1"
BPEL: 7.6"
EG(Mid): 5.125"
EG(Base): 6"
EQ" 11 lol... 10 but like rock fucking hard.

You've done a lot of impressive growing in a very short period of time and your EQ is extremely high.
It looks like your end of the year was pretty damn good (in the PE world).

NP97, good to hear your gains are going well.
I too have started noticing ribs on my penis. As of now I can only feel them but I am sure they will be visible within a month or two.
Good to know that someone who is still in the beginner's 3 month program is making some gains. very impressive.

Now that the Holiday's are over, I am back to maintaining a steady workout.

PS: Congratulations on weight-loss. I know how hard that is.

I'm just gonna say, any length I got (minus flaccid) after this week was due to EQ. Haven't been that hard in a LOOOOOOOOOOOONG time. End I decided to do some edging afterwords... I think that put me at like a 20EQ. Haha.

Measurements... pt 2! FYI. It's like -5 degrees with the wind... I'm freaking cold. Thank god my laptop was left on and the bottom is super hot, lol.
FL: No change
FG: No change
BPSFL: No change
NPEL: 7.125"
BPEL: 7.65"
EG (going to measure three areas and take the average from now on): 5.3"
EQ was once again a 10... although I think it was better than yesterday, I did do some edging while measuring today.
Either way... new measurements next week... then back to every two weeks to keep my normal schedule up.
And, like I stated previously, back to my normal routine now that this holiday BS is over.

Routine for a while is as follows... Just another FYI. I jelq at whatever erection % my peeper seems to want to that day. If it's harder, I do a lighter grip; more flaccid, I do a tighter (only slightly) grip. Of course 100% erection means no jelqs... along with totally flaccid. Going to use either baby oil or Vaseline, depending on if I do the entirety of the routine in the shower, or go back to my room and do it after the stretching. All depends on privacy.

Warm up (shower) 5-10 minutes
During warm up, 150 kegels 75 reverse kegels
20 directional stretches in each directions (reps, not holds) with 5 circular both clockwise and counter after each set.
30 leg slaps
6, 5 second internal stretches along with 6 more 5 second holds (straight up, pushing up on 'internal' penis as well).
15 second kegel holds/stretch in each direction followed by 5 second holds with a reverse kegel in each direction (don't want to :turd: myself)
20 helicopter twirls in each direction
100 mini jelqs
200 jelqs with palms facing out (as per my usual, 1 jelq is 1 hand)
30 v-jelqs (1 v-jelq is 3... so 1 in each direction for a total of 90)
200 jelqs with palms facing in
30 v-jelqs (from side)
4 sets of 15 second ulis
Break for a sec with a rubdown
4 sets of 15 second horse squeezes
Break for a sec with rubdown
4 sets of erect pressure squeezes
Massage and cool down with cold rag
Edging session if in the mood.

Now for today I will skip all the squeezes and ulis if I feel fatigued, but I have done this before, so it should be all good. Next week I'm 100% upping a few things. 200 kegels and 100 reverse. Also, the kegel holds will be 20 seconds and reverse will be 10.

Did my workout kinda differently today. I tried doing it at about 4am... since I was up anyways with nothing else to do. Well, got my stretching done, kegels, and when I went to jelq I became rock hard. So I figured I would do all my squeeze exercises first. Got them done.... boner never went away. So I decided to get to bed and just do the jelqing portion of my routine when I get up.
I got rock hard... again... at first I figured I would just do some higher erection % jelqs... then I decided I didn't feel like injuring myself, so I'm just gonna stop. Got out of the shower.... and low and behold I get another rock solid boner when I go to do it again. Long story short, no jelqs today... Getting my squeezes done with my penis that hard... wow. I swear, wish I had a woman there to see it. Was fucking BIG. I wanted to measure... but nope, not 'till Saturday.

Also, I have been like horribly sick today. My throat feels like hell and my nose is running almost as much as my ass... So it has been a very fun day for me. Especially since I have been trying to sleep it off, but I can't sleep or someone wakes me up. But anyways... been doing bed fowfers all day basically... penis just feels warm constantly.

Got my full routine in today. I did not edge afterwords... too horny, I knew I would just cum if I did it... so I waited like 15 minutes, then just jacked it. Either way did everything listed... great freakin workout. Kinda spread it out and did it differently though. Warmed up with bed fowfers... not the same, like shower more, but it was around 2 am... so yeah.
Did kegels,
Next all my jelqs,
Then the squeezes,
After I did the stretches.

Kinda different... but I was kinda hard to start, so rather than wait for it to subside, I figured I would do the exercises that you can do with a partial erection.
