15/7/15 - two sets of clamped edging with a few ulis thrown in just for fun, plus a small amount of clamped jelqs. 10 mins each.

i noticed when clamped jelqing that the top 1/2 to 1/3 of my shaft is like an iron bar when it's hard! That's where I have gained my 1/8" over the last year. It's very difficult to compress that part and takes a lot of grip strength!

The good thing is that it's only evident when I have a 6+ boner :)

16/7/15 - 2 x 8 mins clamped edging

17-21/7/15 rest days, had 4 days away for our anniversary, fun, relaxation and a goodly amount of sex as well :)

22-23/7/15 - 6 mins of clamped edging, lots of red dots! And 8 mins of clamped edging

24/7/15 - 2 x 6 min sets of clamped edging

25-27 - rest days

Well I have been on holiday for 12 days and being in a caravan had no opportunity to do any pe :(

so so today I started again, just one set of clamped edging at 5 mins, would've gone for two but got the dreaded red spots almost immediately :(

think i I have to rebuild stamina again

12/8/15 - today I did 2 sets of 6 mins clamped edging, also did 3 x 30 sec stretches and 3 x 30 sec bundled

15-16/8/15 rest days

17/8/15 - been using my pump to get a good chub on before pumping, only takes about 2 mins and can be done from flaccid, which fits in well with my very limited time. Then I've been doing 3 sets of clamped edging for 8 mins per set, plus some 40 second stretches with a good amount of tension

18/8/15 - 3 x 10 mins of pre pump and clamped edging, this time though I just edged continually instead of partially. What a difference!!! I couldn't even get my thumb and forefinger to touch around the middle section of my unit, which means e expansion must've been above 6"!

19/8/15 - 3 x 12 mins of pre pumped clamped edging, started with a happy ending on set 1 :)

finished on on a long duration pumping set in the bath 5hg x 20 mins

20/8/15 - did 3 x 60 sec stretches
then only one set of pre pumped clamped edging, for 25 mins! Had a massive Chubb on for about 6 hours :)

21/8/15 - today was just one set of pre pumped clamped edging, for 25 minutes! I'm also planning to do the extended cock ring challenge. Just need to get my groove on and measure accurately for a ring!

Had some major life trauma last few weeks, which is why I haven't been on here at all.

Hiwever I have gone back to just pumping for a while, was getting a bit of a huge vein with clamping so I relaxed off it.
doing 2 to 3 sets of 15 mins pumping at 4-5 hg. Have been doing this for the last few weeks.

Will try try to get my sh*t together and start recording again!

Hi again to all you awesome people. I am back, not really done any pe since I signed out of here last year. However, I am going to kick start my routine again.

i have started this morning on the jp90, did it from memory and forgot to check so did it slightly wrong lol

so I will start properly tomorrow and list my new/old stats and we will see what I have lost (or not) with roughly 1 year on and one year off of pe.

5 x 25 pf squeezes while stretching
10x 10 of 360 stretches and 5 x 100 helicopters

grooving it in slowly :)

I see that you took a year off from PE. Did you lose any of your previous gains or are you still at your most recent stats of 7.5 x 5 5/8?

So I did the jp90 about 3 times, which means starting again.
Measured today
BPSFL 8
BPFL 5
FG 4 (varies greatly so not really bothered by this)
BPEL 7.25 (slight loss of 0.25 - wife would prefer a bit shorter still)
BEG 5.75 (slight loss of 0.25)
MSEG 5 3/8 to 5.5 (for some reason measuring makes te boner go away quick)

so after 1 year on and 1yr 7 months off I have lost a tiny bit.

good motivation to get back on it!!

Restarting my jp90 after 18 months off, lost a little of my gains, most noticeable was the tiny girth increase (gutted :( )
so today is a fresh start,
day 1: 5 stretches with 25 kegels during
10 crank stretches x 5
5 x 100 helicopters
30 wet jelq @ 40-70 EL
10 v jelqs

tomorrow will up the jelq
