17/8/15 - been using my pump to get a good chub on before pumping, only takes about 2 mins and can be done from flaccid, which fits in well with my very limited time. Then I've been doing 3 sets of clamped edging for 8 mins per set, plus some 40 second stretches with a good amount of tension
18/8/15 - 3 x 10 mins of pre pump and clamped edging, this time though I just edged continually instead of partially. What a difference!!! I couldn't even get my thumb and forefinger to touch around the middle section of my unit, which means e expansion must've been above 6"!
