I jelq in all directions. 10 left 10 right 10 down 10 out 10 up. When I do it this way I feel it stretching as well. Is this a good way ? Or it's not recommended ? Thanks
I wouldn't say not recommended, if it works for you then its okay!
Just note that jelqing focuses on moving blood into the shaft, not to stretch it, that is what basic stretches are for.

how long would you say it should take done properly from warm up to warm down?

i see erection quality or EQ is mentioned a lot how can you measure how good it is?
how hard it is?
how long it gets in comparison to maximum erect length?
also erection percentage is there any videos pictures to show eg 50% erect 70% etc
i have read a lot of the introduction threads but not every page so the answer to the above may be here but i haven't found it but i will ask anyway
Im about 40 days into jp90 (dont remember exactly when i started) and ever since day one i think ive been doing more than is recommended but i never got injured. Excluding warmups, my session lasts about 40-60 mins and partly the reason for doing more is because i dont feel sore or anything so i didnt really know if i was doing enough.
In the beginning i would get rock hard erections from jelqing so id have to rest more before starting up. I read that my body, well my penis, will get used to the motion and you wont get such a hard erection. And after about 2-3 weeks that happened and now when i jelq what happens is:
1. watch some porn, get erection
2. start jelqing (usually finish all jelqs then go to v jelqs)
3. as i jelq for about a min or so the erection slowly deflates
4. watch more porn to get it harder
5. rinse and repeat.
As i dont have any pain soreness or anything, and i have some positive PIs like longer flaccid. I was wondering the progressive loss in EQ during jelqing counts as negative PI for poor EQ? Or is that what happens to everyone? I still get morning wood so i dont think ive lost EQ.
When jelqing should you be able to keep the same erection level the whole time? Because when i started my erections got too hard during, and now its doing like a balloon deflating effect as i jelq and i have to "re-inflate." Is this an indicator that i need to go with less volume?
hmm ok. I guess ill try without the porn, i might have to manually stimulate it a bit when im jelqing then if im not getting the visual stimulation. Seems like you really have to monitor your progress rather than just go through the motions. Thanks for taking the time to reply.
