Jelq either straight out or upwards, most prefer the former. :)

I jelq in all directions. 10 left 10 right 10 down 10 out 10 up. When I do it this way I feel it stretching as well. Is this a good way ? Or it's not recommended ? Thanks

Try a few different ones see what works best, personally I would avoid buying any off the net, I have in the past and I'm pretty sure what I received was not what I paid for. Also you might want to try starting with a lower dose see how your body handles it, before trying super high levels of the stuff, it made me nearly pass out when I tried some high strength L-Arginine.

If you have a healthy lifestyle you shouldn't need to bother with supplements anyway, why not save your money and start JP90 or another beginner routine. You should read the following before commencing PE though.

Don't forget to always warm up/down and start a log in the Progress Forum to help see what works for you and help stay motivated.

hi there quick question about the beginner workout

how long would you say it should take done properly from warm up to warm down?

i see erection quality or EQ is mentioned a lot how can you measure how good it is?

how hard it is?
how long it gets in comparison to maximum erect length?

also erection percentage is there any videos pictures to show eg 50% erect 70% etc

i have read a lot of the introduction threads but not every page so the answer to the above may be here but i haven't found it but i will ask anyway

Im about 40 days into jp90 (dont remember exactly when i started) and ever since day one i think ive been doing more than is recommended but i never got injured. Excluding warmups, my session lasts about 40-60 mins and partly the reason for doing more is because i dont feel sore or anything so i didnt really know if i was doing enough.

In the beginning i would get rock hard erections from jelqing so id have to rest more before starting up. I read that my body, well my penis, will get used to the motion and you wont get such a hard erection. And after about 2-3 weeks that happened and now when i jelq what happens is:

1. watch some porn, get erection
2. start jelqing (usually finish all jelqs then go to v jelqs)
3. as i jelq for about a min or so the erection slowly deflates
4. watch more porn to get it harder
5. rinse and repeat.

As i dont have any pain soreness or anything, and i have some positive PIs like longer flaccid. I was wondering the progressive loss in EQ during jelqing counts as negative PI for poor EQ? Or is that what happens to everyone? I still get morning wood so i dont think ive lost EQ.

When jelqing should you be able to keep the same erection level the whole time? Because when i started my erections got too hard during, and now its doing like a balloon deflating effect as i jelq and i have to "re-inflate." Is this an indicator that i need to go with less volume?

Erection level fluctuations is natural, but if they are severe then it is probably due to overtraining, the routine is intense enough, as a beginner, be advised to take it easy on your penis, try to be in the positive PIs zone, not just avoid the negative PIs, use the least force you can, and consider the amount listed in the routine to be the maximum you do, do not exceed it, at least for now. :)

Increased EQ means harder erections that are easier to come and maintain.

3. Use a lighter grip, just enough to move blood through the shaft and up to the glans thats all you need, encourage growth, don't force it.

Manual stimulation is okay, and working your imagination is a great replacement for porn! :)

so hey, here i`m after about 4 weeks of doing these excersizes*note i was on vacation 12 days so i wasnt doing them then*and i did not had every day enough privacy so sometimes i did the excesizes 6times a week, sometimes 3 ...and i have noticed a change :))))))))))))))from 15cm to 16.3 maybe even 16.5cm in lenghtwhen bone pressed then it`s from 17cm to 18.5-19cmIt`s awesome i`m more than happy !!!sadly i will have to stop for few days (no privacy)so i wont do these around 2-3 weeks but after i will live again alone, so hey awesome i will continue on this :)

EDIT: and i have drastically lowered masturbation, sex is same... just less masturbations
erm when i will start doing these excersizes again i will stop totaly to masturbate...
and hope for some nice results !!

keep it up :)
