I have tried to do these stretches/kegels but replaced the jelqing with 15 min bathmate for 3 days so far. Seem to be a good idea. What do you think?

Yes, JP90 or any of the beginner programs are designed to condition your penis for the advanced exercises to come.

Pretty much the same thing as pooping…While a kegel is pinching one off, reverse is pushing one out…
