ty a lot for fast response, i have started with this routine it seemed quite good, and one more question if i do these workouts.. are the gains permanent even if i stop with the routine ?
my bad it is 17.9 if i press it to the bone.. it seems nice to me i saw people gain 3 inches in 12 months.. it`s incredible, keep up with the forum luck to all :)
and i`m training mma, so i do take proteins and creatine, vitamin bombs.. does that help something because i saw that vitamins are good do to while someone is doing this excersize

Your English is better than mine, don't worry! Be careful with how many vitamins you take, things like vitamin A can be toxic if taken in too high amount. One multivitamin a day should be sufficient! And your exercise will help too!

Your English is better than mine, don't worry! Be careful with how many vitamins you take, things like vitamin A can be toxic if taken in too high amount. One multivitamin a day should be sufficient! And your exercise will help too!

yeah i know how to take wich vitamins.. but ty for warning tho :)

sorry i dont understand this what are the kegels ? i was searching but didnt found a video ... ?
and the V jelq is not exactly clear for me -.- :(

To locate your PC muscle, lightly place two fingers behind your testicles.
Now imagine that you are urinating and want to stop the flow. The muscle that you squeeze internally to stop the flow is the PC muscle. Practice stopping and starting your urination a few times so that you know where this muscle group is located.

Kegels are internal muscle squeezes, there are no video demonstrations for it. :)

You may time your stretch holds for 25-30 seconds each. :)

is it possible to PE stop the natural grow of penis ?
if you guys understand what i`m talking about
i dont really know how to explain

No PE won't stop your natural growth! :D

Everyone gains at a different rate, it depends on many factors, but with patience and proper technique, you can get there. :)

With Dedication and the right exercises.You could definitely reach or even pass 8".

Thanks. What I do is I start off by stretching in every direction then helicopter spins then I do 10 jelqs in each direction that's adds up to 150 then helicopter then cool down. I also do random stretches after I pee like a quick stretch etc

If i feel tuging at 12 o clock (straight up ) you recommend me to do my exercise straight out and straight up , this isnt AGAISNT the tug :S

You can ignore the LOT theory, stretch in all directions. :)
