Hi Big Al, I took my first day of rest after 12 days of training my routine is more or less like this:
Warm 5 Min Jelqing 20 Min /
Sqeezing 15 Reps + V Jelq 2x15 every sqeezing
Edging 10 Min
Warm down 5 Min
Kegeling 3 times day 200 reps per session + Revers 200 in the balance sheet.
The second day training is different:
Warm 5 Min
Stretching Side to Side 150 Reps
Jelqing 20 Min
Edging 10 Min
Warm down
I noticed an increase of one centimeter already in these days and also in girth..
Do you think it's too much 12 days of training in a row?
Training is very much about experimentation, and you should understand that you recover and grow from rest.
If the routine you're following is static (meaning you don't add reps, intensity, etc. each session), then at some point your penis won't be forced to grow.
If you feel you can train 12 days in a row without the need for rest then you may want to challenge yourself more.
Look Big Al, I am following a static routine that then static is not because I add intensity in the final minutes of the training .. I will follow this routine for at least 90 days. Then I will change .. Today is the day of rest, the flaccid penis is longer and swollen with a bit of baseball bat effect .. good?

Premature ejaculation could be due to being very aroused, a lack of conditioning for lasting longer, and/or anxiety.

When doing specific workouts like stretching or Jelqing and variations which are the parts of the penis that will expand first ?
Are the inches taken first obtained from the stretching of the suspensory ligament or from the development of the penis chambers or tunics?

about the stretching i'm not circumcised, I'm doing it with the gland covered, could it be okay? I see points with very thin skins that are going away is it normal?
There is a difference in growth between circumcised and uncircumcised?
