Hi BigAl Sir, I had started doing kegels this is the second week,and I get erection but fades fast,I used to clench the muscle and get erection but same fades fast.I didn't start the stamina routine resting for one week,the redmole to go too.when will I get a same erection when masturbating and ejaculation,I used to get various type of erection. Will I able to do with same level of erection till last . what type of change will see by doing kegels. Kindly mention.

Kegels are meant to develop hardness and ejaculatory control- as well as developing the structures necessary to maintain an erection.

You should be avoiding any frivolous masturbation/ejaculation. This will help you optimize your libido and it should be easier for you to maintain an erection from there.

You shouldn't be kegeling to maintain the erection either- as this could become quite addicting.

Hello community!

I’m a new PEGYM member with lots of questions. If I’m in the incorrect thread, my apologies.

I’d like to know how one would go about fitting multiple types of exercises into their routine without exhausting the penis. I’m currently doing basic Jelqing, manual stretching and will be ordering a bathmate Friday. I’ve been looking into the LG hanger as well as LG ADS. My main question would be, is it better to use all of these incrementally (ie one week hang, next week jelq etc) or interchange daily (ie stretch morning, ADS throughout day, Jelq+Pump at night)???

Welcome to the forum!

It would be best to stick to a particular routine/method for a period of a few weeks to test its effectiveness. Devices have their place, but IMO it would be efficient to get started with a manual beginner routine like the following: The Basic Training Penis Enlargement, Male Enhancement, and Stamina Routine

Once you get to the advanced phase, you can look into alternative methods for enlargement- like devices.

If you're just getting started but would still like to use your bathmate device, you can use it as a part of your warm up and warm down. Use for 5-7 minutes each with very warm water and moderate pressure.

Hi BigAl Sir, I tried to do kegel in flacid state to get erect without touch but doesn't happen.when I tried to get erect by hands it will get erect but fades in seconds,so if continued in weeks should I get results by getting erect by hands and maintain for short period of time.and also able to maintain various percentage for different exercises.I will start stamina routine Monday onwards.when I performs the exercise routine should I want to get erect and maintain erection or do kegel in flacid before proceeding JP90 Routine .

Hey Big Al!

I read over the basic training manual you wrote and it certainly sounds like a routine I'd like to try... In my last post I left out that I've been Jelqing consistently for 6 weeks now and I'll be taking the 1 week layoff this Friday.

Since I've been Jelqing for the 6 weeks already, should I just basically start my 6 weeks over again with this basic routine or would you say I've done enough pre-conditioning and am ready for advanced techniques? I feel pretty durable like I could handle more. I'd hate to maintain a low intensity routine when I should be amping it up.

From what I've read on the forums, it sounds like you may be experiencing negative PI which is normal. It just means you've been doing too much of something and need to scale it down. Also, It's okay to kegal in flaccid state because it's the muscles that support the penis that need strengthening. I'd say Big Al may recommend kegal in erect state to target blood flow and expansion.

This is just my opinion, let's see what the big man says!

Also if you watch porn, stop. It could be causing a mental block.

Porn is like junk food, the more you eat it the more you need it to feel satisfied. Compared to libido and erections, porn is like fuel that your brain now depends on to send signals to your penis telling it to get hard. Don't let porn dull your mind. I quit porn and even though it took me about a month to get back to normal, now I can literally look at myself in the mirror and become instantly hard if I want; I can tell it to go back down too if I want. Complete control now that I've taken my mind back. Good luck!

If you can comfortably exceed the recommendations of the basic routine then you should be OK to move on to the more advanced routine.

If a fully erect kegel is difficult then a kegel at a partial level of erection should suffice for the time being.

Hi BigChed, No I didn't do anything stuff like getting erritatted and I have been masturbating only in Sat and Sun.I watch porn and masturbate,so you are saying I want to avoid porn and without it I want to do. If avoided I can erect for more time you mean that.
