Hi BigAl, I hope it is okay that I ask you this question here.
I have overtrained (hard jelqs/aggressive stretching/pumping kegels) on a 6-1 schedule for about a month and as a result of this my penis has become numb on the top and sides.
Not so noticeable during the day in a flaccid state but very noticeable when erect.
From searching the forums it seems that this is a fairly common sign of overtraining so I’m doing my best not to panic and hope the symptoms will subside soon.
Besides rest - is there anything I can do to heal as fast as possible?
