I don't know but maybe that lost of girth was due to EL gains . That is just my guess I'm not a expert . You should try the vets on that one. Plus everyone has a theory on everything.

I'll check it out. I did some researching and some people say that their girth shrank just before it got larger during their workouts. I'm trying to watch what he's doing so that he doesn't pack up and leave me. :(

dude i wouldn't worry bout the girth drop i just got done with a girth doleop after my length gain. i got it back pretty quicky you should to. you might be overworkin him to. i see any size reduction as a neg pi thats just me though.

Yea, i think that's what it is. When you're putting too much strain on it, it may retract to keep itself together. I dunno. just sounds interesting

My girth gains are anythin but consistent LOL! they're ever changing. shrinking and expanding all the time... I haven't really deviated from my original workout that much. 10-15 minute time frames sometimes five is what i do to make sure he's getting a good expansion and getting a strong workout. Good expansion is excellent for your girth...

I've been been doing underhanded "Strelqs" for a while so they're helping with my girth and they're working for me. you can really feel the tension as the base and throughout the shaft. Basically the strelq combines a Pull/Stretch with kegels and a jelq.

with a moderate EQ, you underhand OK grip at the base, as well as pull as hard as you feel comfortable with just under the head then "Jelq" up the shaft while you Kegel. I do anywhere from 5-8 seconds worth of Kegels while slowly going up the shaft. you can feel the tension in the base and in the shaft if you do it right.

I dont know if this exercise exists or not, but it just seemed like a natural progression for me. Experimenting with what gave me the best "stretch" feel while exercising. hahaha

This is probably the FASTEST i've ever kicked a cold/fever/flu. Practically a week and I'm nearly 100% better. I stand by Echinacea, Bilberry, Zinc, and smashing whole jugs of Orange Juice! Drink lots of water too:)

Well yesterday was the rest day and I had a good time. He got hard here and there, the girth kind of came back by the end of the night. This morning had no morning wood, but a nice chubby flaccid that was a bit erect. squishy but not really... a lot bigger than a normal flaccid.

This morning though, the girth felt pretty substantial. I pulled the strawpaper super tight just below the "Glans Penis" just to get a reference. I think I'm still cylindrical, but I may be getting conical with flaring at the base due to CS enlargement. The girth measurement read 5.5" I don't know what that means, it felt thicker but my MEG is supposed 5.63. I was a little disappointed in the measurement, but Whatever... just enough of a slap to keep me motivated, LOL!

BPFSL was 8.25 this morning no hesitation, not bounce back. A few tugs and it went up to 8-5/16s. BPEL during exercise reached 8 for a split second but that wasn't at 100% erection. The problem is that my BPEL should be 7.875 at all times. This morning it was struggling to get past 7.75... I'm not overly concerned, but I gotta watch to make sure that's still growing. If it stops growing, I need to change what I'm doing.

My workout lasted about 10 minutes today, Did the whole gamut of my workout exercises, which is pretty much two types LOL! My Jelqs and my Strelqs... i do them randomly sprinkled in between each other. Whenever i just feel like i want to tug on the head while jelquing i'll do it. I just do whatever feels right at the time. Cooldown just for Girth's sake. cooldowns help you stay fully engorged and fluffy. girls like fluffy things :)

Soooooo BPEL i 7-7/8 forgot to get my BPFSL, but i'm sure it's 8.25. Woke up with no wood... Interestingly, though, i got like 40% erect as I arose from bed. The routine went for about 20 minutes today. I was trying my best to get the most expansion out of it. I don't know when I had my last break, all my days are running together, that's why this log is so great! Apparently Sunday was a break day...

interesting. I was able to get and maintain near 90% erection the whole time, having to manually reduce the erection (mental disgust) in order to get the lower EQ jelqs in. Working the erection back up to 90 without a single thought was easy for the first 8 minutes. i had to start referring back to my memories of past flings to get back to 90 at around the 9 minute mark after thirteen minutes he was having trouble with 80% with stimulation. It would get hard and stay hard but not higher than 80%... It's all good, that's the way it supposed to be!

I'm really starting to think I'm getting a conical shape. I couldn't help it I had to look at the girth because the 5.5 was bothering me. Apparently my actual MSEG is 5.75 what I'd been calling MSEG was actually upper shaft girth and that was 5.5... I have no clue where i measured to get that 5.625... I need to standardize that. Base girth is hard to screw up LOL and that is still 6.125 i THINK... I haven't measured it since the first. Let me figure that out. Okay just found where I was getting MEG LOL! right at my circumcision line. which is 3/4 the way up the shaft... Interesting. move just .5" down the shaft to actual Mid Shaft and EG is 1/8" bigger (5.75) Between the Circumcision line and the head is 5.5" Interesting. Soooo now i know where to measure. and I now have more "information" on my penis...


How do I stop the conical shape? do more lower EQ Jelqs to get the "Baseball Bat effect?" I don't want a bowling pin and I don't want a basball bat... I want a can of Red Bull!

Hm. That is something that has been discussed before. I think somebody suggested jelqing from a bit lower than midshaft and upwards. Not sure.

UYN, I noticed something today while exercising. Kegels Contribute. I'll explain in the Joural

So woke up with no woods... but it sprang to life a lot faster than I expected and it wouldn't relent. While doing my routine, i noticed while I kegel'd I was only pumping up the penis below my jelq point. so everytime I Kegel, I expand everything below my jelq point.

I felt the lower CS expanding when I did this. This could be the reason I'm swelling up at the base (not swell in the injury sense, swell in the growing sense). I had to see what the cause of my coning out was, and I think I may have narrowed the spectrum a little. NO wonder he was lazy, i was working it harder than I thought i was! Sorry little dude!

Girth was extremely thick today for some reason (didn't take any measurements) Yesterday was the last day for girth measures. Going clean until April! I cannot get my index and thumb to hug my guy and touch around the back without some tricky thumb angling and some squeezing :) I'm trying to get to a point where I have to do the same with my middle finger and thumb! :D

BPEL is bouncing around like heck, but I'm sure that's mostly my fault. It's kinda hard to remember where to put the ruler. My normal spot is sometimes tricky to find...you have to feel it. I'm super close to the ligaments so i generally lose about 1/8" inch when i get on the lig. That can send me up a damn wall trying to chase where My extra length went, but it's all good :)!

Today, quite a bit after working out and the "expansion" had receded I recorded a BPEL of 8.00" on the dot for a couple seconds, then the erection subsided a bit and came back down to 7-7/8" Pretty good movement. I guess with that revelation, I have pretty well gained .75" in 5 weeks. Pretty good progress, i suppose. I need to keep up this momentum in order to not fall into a point where he wont grow anymore. :(

Anyhoo, I'm insisting on keeping it up!

For my EG I also go below my circ scar right now it is sitting at 5.81''

I'm jealous I can't wait till I hit the 8'' Bpel like you did!!

How many days do you PE?? Mine is 3 days on 1 day off . I added a extra day because I wasn't getting the expansion I wanted my dick wanted more.

On the conical shape I really don't know but I'm sure there is a thread on it some where.

Danner! Sorry i didn't respond last night! My schdule is actually haphazard. I pay attention to my dick. when it's tired, i leave it be. When he wants to go, I'll give him a work out. he's pretty good at sticking it out for 3-4 days at a time. so I try to go 4 on 1 off. at least that's the pattern that's developed.

I was completely out of it yesterday so it was a forced Rest Day!

Today much different! Woke up with moderate wood and an incredible need to pee LMAO! shouldn't have drank so much water.

Anyhoo, Today i tried to go the 15minutes and did for the most part. while working out, the "expansion" was a little dramatic. It was friggin huge. It grew like that because I'm focusing on mid to upper shaft now, i can only assume. If i can get the girth to match on the top and the bottom again, that would be great!

Forgot to do my BPFSL, pre workout, but it felt SUPER long while I tugged on it to get some blood into it. Don't know what it could/should be, but It could have been stretching out to 8.5". i don't know, it felt really stretchy though. BPEL during the workout was 8-1/8" :D. After my cool down it was super thick. I'm a pretty round/fluffy guy so for my penis to actually look "big" on me in the mirror was a shock. it really did look "thick" and big, even relative to my body! I'm quite happy with the progress so far and I'm sure once I hit 8.25" BPEL (which is my unofficial final goal) i'll keep going. I think it'd be cool to have 8" NBPEL (around 9.25" BPEL for me) but i'm not setting that as a goal.

I'm just going to stick with it until my girth reaches my upper limit of 6.5" that way it can fall back down to whatever is the closest comfortable size my d*ck is happy with.

accidentally took two days off... Tomorrow is back to work! I hope i haven't lost anything. haven't even really had time to look at my little guy, let alone exercise, in the last couple days.

Cool downs are great. over the course of a week i noticed that I gained more sustained Girth growth. Length came on at the same rate, but cool downs really help with making girth stick.

Easy Come, Easy Go!

This last few days has been so hectic and slightly tiring i haven't had a chance to look at my little guy, so much as even work out with him. He's been lying in wait, almost hibernating... I'm trying to tell you, the fugger is lazy!

Well, after two days, I was worried about losing some... Weird thing is I did lose a bit of girth but with a few light jelqs last night it came back mostly Length was still pretty solidly at 7.75 at medium EQ, got it up to about 85% and i hit 7-7/8" again, but girth felt really thin, again. Means I have to be on the wagon ALL the time, dammit! Hard time with EQ last night... I felt like I needed Cialis just to jelq.

Oh well, Getting back into the mix, BPFSL surprisingly was still pretty decent! 8-3/8" (8.375"). This morning BPEL was pretty consistent. 7-7/8" (7.875)... Girth meh... It blew up quick with a few jelqs though. eventually it'll come alive without much provocation.

Tried to get into a TP roll today. it was a tough fit, but it went on (EQ of about 75%). I Uli'd and got it pumped up, tried it again, wouldn't fit over the head :) Working towards absolute antiquity of TP rolls for means of measure (too many big words all at once? *facepalm*)

alright... So I decided I wanted to see if I was as attractive as the "mega hollywood" stars... I think I'm much more attractive than those guys but I can't tell because I'm fat, so I'm trying to see if I am... Jumped on the elliptical machine for about 15 minutes (low to high to low intensity) this morning, Legs were Gum! i used to run 3 miles a day, how'd the Elliptical turn my legs to gum in 15 minutes?? Wild! I'm going to mix both that and P90X back into the fold I know P90X helped me build muscle... a whole lot of it too. Let's GOOOOO!

Now enough of that, On to the PE

Pre workout length looked particularly small, but i've been battling with my "time of the month" if you will. I just have no sex drive around certain times. Especially happens in the spring and the fall. I don't now why, but my EQ was pretty weak. It was stiff but I could fold it over on itself. looked short and skinny. almost back to its normal self, really (7.25x5.25). i pulled out the ruler and it read BPEL 7.75" so it didn't shrink in length. I guess that's what happens, we get used to looking at it.

I actually got distracted and didn't pay attention to the time. I started somewhere around X:20-ish something. but ended at X:40. It could have been 20 minutes it could have been 18, or 15... I got lost. I was more focused on trying to get my EQ up so i could do my girth exercises, as I felt thin again. Note to self, Be more diligent on this... That hour time difference is f*cking with me.

Interesting thing was Pre Workout BPFSL was 8.5" on the nose and moved up a bit when i tugged a little harder. That's cool! 8.5" on the BPFSL just before i started to get a little happy and that caused it to come down the ruler a bit lol.

Anyway, nothing spectacular to report, just another day. I'm just aiming for a healthier penis... 8.25" is another check point. then maybe 8.5??? who knows. 8.75 would be nice... 9? i don't expect to see that any time soon, but it would be nice to get there.

Interesting nugget, I always was a little gun shy about Magnums. I can fit and use them but I always feared them slipping off during sex. they apparently they fit on me, like they do on everyone who's under 6" midshaft. with a bit of bag below the head (up there with the shaft) There was no slippage though at all. I like the super form fitting air tight seal of normal size condoms though, I could go completely flaccid and a regular condom would stay on.

Everybody's Working for the Weekend!

GREAT SCOTT, had massive wood this morning. I don't know why, but it was a welcome surprise. the downside to that was that it was in fact, back to normal girth-wise. I couldn't help it. i had to see because it just looked so long and felt weird. Came out to be 5-3/8" just above OE specs. Someone came and stole my new penis in the middle of the night :( LOL!

After about 5 minutes of jelqs, the girth was back again... Bigger than ever, really. It actually is getting a bit difficult to do my 90% erect jelqs... My fingers are having a hard time clamping down hard enough around the base!!! they do not touch no matter what I do until i start squeezing pretty tightly, then they touch. i have to clamp down pretty hard in order to reach the first knuckle on my thumb with my index finger... in fact i don't actually reach it until i've come up the shaft a bit more. this might get dicey if I'm shooting for 6.25 mid shaft. at 6.25 midshaft i can guesstimate I'll be 6.75 at the base, or thereabouts.

Oh well, nothing to worry about, I got a BPEL pre workout and it was 7-7/8" so It's still doing its thing right there. I'm not too upset about it. I'm in a particularly good mood right now for some reason... Probably that exercise routine i just finished! :D I'm going to lose this weight. Working for my Weekend Body! I think PE makes me more aware of my overall health and I really couldn't thank you guys enough for this site and great community!

Thanks a lot Danner! My Routine hasn't changed much, at all from my original. Only added cool downs. I still only exercise when my little guy wants, and try to do what he says. 15 minutes is what I shoot for but lately it's been only 10minutes. I'm going for the 15 minute interval tomorrow as I did this morning :)

I based my Exercise on the idea that the Jelq does both, but at certain Levels do you get different types of stretches. I just decided to work WITH my body and it's arousal cycle. Get super hard, get some girth exercises in, when he gets stretched and worn out, she gets softer, that's when the length exercises kick in, but i've not changed my motions, I still do the same thing, but the little guy just reacts to the stress. Get him standing at attention again, and do it all over :)

As for the photo... well I figure why not, I added a picture to my album. Had to photochop the contrast... Sucks, flash was being a butthole on my camera. I'll probably get a better one at the end of the month.

haha, no no no. I think my tally would unhinge himself, slap me and walk the hell off if that were the case. Getting cock-slapped by your own penis could be a pretty humbling experience, I would imagine.

My routine mixes a Uli with a Jelq and a stretch all in one motion (I still wanna name it!), then normal Jelqs, then "helicopters". It all goes with the Arousal cycle of your body. When you get hard, you will lose some EQ when you're rough on him. that's what you want.

So, basically, Erect (My Combo Jelqs)-> Semi-erect (Normal Jelqs/Stretches) -> Soft (Helicopter Ballistic Stretch)-> Stimulate back up to Erect (Combo Jelqs) etc. do that for 15 minutes. you may only get one cycle in before the 15 minutes is up, you may get in more than one cycle.

It works for me:D

Okay, so I woke up without a trace of Wood, but i think i know why, so oh well. Had a good time on the Elliptical, Going to mix P90X back into my workout routine next week. Feeling good :)

So, post shower Pre-Workout i had a bit of wood, but my BPFSL was shortened o_O... 8.25 well really it was 8-5/16" I think it was the small amount of engorged flaccid i had going on. Just enough to hold me back, damn you Engleangle and your Meditation tricks LOL!

BPEL pre-workout I think was 7-7/8" it was creeping closer to 15/16th this morning though, so I'm happy about that. 10-15 minutes is definitely the zone where I get the most stretch. I just pulled off another BPFSL and it was 8.375 (8-3/8") creeping up on 7/16th:D

Last night, it was feeling reallllly thick, so I'm thinking the girth is still packing on. We'll see on measuring day, April First... Hopefully the fooker doesn't have a sense of humor and decides to sandbag me, on size, that morning, lol.

Hey EA, well, the weightloss... well let's just say I lost motivation for a while. So I'm still at my same "weight", but I'm more toned/slimmer than I was before. I started doing more Cardio to up my weight loss in conjunction with my Muscle building. We'll see where I am halfway through April.

Garrrr hate the interruptions. People ruin my days all the time! leave me alone! Anyhoo, I have to see about some family issues so I didn't get my Elliptical activities in, I only got about 10 minutes of PE before being interrupted (via phone, thank goodness). So annoying >.< LOL!

Woke up to no morning wood. LOL wood is so inconsistent for me. I probably should look into it, but I'm sure it's a mixture of stress and not getting much sleep...plus i tend to crank one out before I go to bed so My T-levels are low during the night.

Last night, though, I noticed something interesting. BPEL was 7-15/16s strong and If i kegel'd it was just above 8"! yay! just barely past the 8" mark on a completely reduced, non-workout erection... I'm going to call it 7-15/16ths though. Not an 8-incher yet. but I'm getting REALLLLLY close :) Girth was normal. Didn't feel huge, but it wasn't that small either. I guess par for the course could describe it.

Starting to wonder if I'm going to reach 9" before I reach 6.25-6.5" of girth. 5/8th by 3/8s growth ration. so, for every .625" in length growth, there's a .375 growth in girth. I just did a growth Ratio of my previous gains and if that precedent is a marker for where I'll be, well...

my growth Ratio is 0.55 i think (with my current routine). So if i grow 1.75" in length, I should grow just under an inch in girth, which would put me at 6.22" in girth wow... I've got a long way to go LOL! Daunting but I think I'll stick with it. I mean who doesn't want a 9" penis??? :D

To Add:
I should mention, that is 9" BPEL, so for me it would be like 7.75-8" NBPEL if I don't lose this fat pad, lol.

Well that was unexpected. Got asked out for drinks by a girl i know from school last night. Apparently she thought I hated her when we first met, LOL! She thinks I'm really cool and a nice guy. Interesting. We'll see where that goes. She's got a "Badonkadonk" for real! :eek:

Anyway, to the point. Woke up with impressively good wood. Probably 75-80%. Worked it up 100% and started out on my 15 minutes. I ended up going the whole fifteen minutes. actually i think I went 17 minutes. but either way, I was able to go the whole time. I think it's time for a rest day though. We'll see

BPFSL today post workout (since i didn't get one pre-workout with a bone wagging around in my boxers) was 8.625 (8-5/8")... I got excited for a minute then realized, I'm sure that's a bit inflated due to the workout happening really close. No biggie. it's probably still 8-3/8" all day :)

BPEL yesterday was 8" dead by the end of the night no tweaks no jumps no shuffles. no Kegels either. If i kegel'd it went up to 8-1/8" it was close to 100% erection too so I know that's just about all he had in him :D. We're moving on now, which is good!

Girth is Killing me though! It is so in consistent and I can't tell if it's growing or not. It's so worrisome, LOL!it feels big sometimes, then it feels small. "Just keep plugging away at it" as GTO says and I'll see some results, i hope.

Tomorrow is definitely a rest day :)
