Well if you're girth keeps changing, at least it gets bigger sometimes right? meaning eventually it should stay that way? Didn't your BPEL kind of go up and down too?

Rest Day today. Spent most of the day trying to get this Piggyback ECU to work, so I'm annoyed. I think there's something wrong with my wiring. if not the wiring then the Unit is defective... crapola.

Anyhoo, I went and tugged it a bit a little, didn't feel particularly stretchy. I should say not anymore stretchy than normal. BPFSL was 8.5" or just short of it really maybe 8-7/16th. It was more than 3/8s but less than 8.5" a little more than 7/16th. lol "tall-ish short-ish heavyset thin guy!"

I had a very hard time getting 100% erect... too many distractions and people walking around, lol! the BPEL hit 7-7/8" though, with about 85% girth felt "normal" in a sense. not big or small, but I am noticing that at lower EQs my girth is considerably less "girthy" than at higher erection levels. even small levels of change make girth much more profound. interesting. oh well.

Hopefully by the end of the night i can calm down enough and get a full 100% on so I can see what the day has brought me :)

Hey so uh, idk if you changed your routine from the first post on this thread, but those jelqs seem vicious. And I do nott mean that in a good way lol. I'm not criticizing you in any way (who am I to criticize anyway, I have 0 gains lol) but do they hurt at all? Haha, I feel like those would really hurt. Do you use a tight grip? And you're using a lube right?

Oh yes, definitely, they're quite intense. Actually A lot more intense than some people may like.

Definitely an "Extreme" level maneuver. Above "Advanced' it's more for the seasoned PE'r. I've been at it on and off for about 6 years. a month here, 2 months there, My Penis is conditioned to withstand this level of pressure.

The good thing about this level of intensity is that you do it for 5-10 minutes and you've got a GREAT deal of work. I found out 20 minutes was WAY too long as that caused a bit of Overtraining. 20 minutes a day is far too long to do this exercise routine.

As far as hurt... hmmmmm it doesn't "hurt" per-se, you definitely feel it stretching though. There's no doubt about that, you can feel the pressure in your penis. When you're done you're aware of your penis as well. you feel it as though it's another part of your body. If you go too long/too hard, you'll feel a bit of a dull soreness. Sore is good sometimes, but any SHARP pain is ABSOLUTELY wrong and you must stop immediately.

I honestly don't recommend this routine for anyone who's not been doing PE for less than 6 months, or who doesn't know how to watch their PIs. This is a routine that is very hands on in more than one way. It requires your attention while doing it, and it requires you know your penis and your ability to follow what he tells you.


No, i don't use lube, personally. Nothing against it, it's just that lube requires too much cleanup time (i don't have that kind of time). I'm circumcised and my circumcision is pretty loose so I have enough skin to slide it up and down the shaft without any hangups. I'm one of the lucky ones, in that regard.

To Add:

Update on status of Rest day shenanigans. it is definitely a solid/strong 8.00" at 90% erection. a light kegel showed 8.06" (8-1/16")Girth mid shaft is now just a bit thicker than my thumb and index finger touching. if I lean my thumb down and flex at the knuckle I can touch my index finger, barely... 11 days until my next measure, Hope I don't disappoint myself. I'm actually behind schedule for this month! I think I lost time when i got sick that one week and then the time lost with life, LOL!

To remind myself measured last month at BPEL: 7-7/8" x MEG 5-5/8" (7.875"x5.625")

So this morning I roll over and have semi-wood. no reason why, though. I thought i had figured it out, oh well. thoughts of a girl popped in my head early in the morning and sent me right up to over 100% LOL! so hard it was hurting... Good, I guess. I broke out the ruler and it was 8-1/8th (8.125") it looked like in the dark.... Not bad!

I haven't been paying attention to flaccid hang lately. Generally it's long and low unless i'm being really active, or stressing out.

Got started on my standard routine. did 12 minutes today. half way through I did my "girth check" with my index finger and thumb. It was too thick to touch them, Mid-shaft; with every angle touch trick I had! I had to squeeze a slight bit to get them to touch! :) that's mid-workout girth though so No biggie. girth in the morning was thick too though, so all is going according to plan :D

Mid Workout Length got up to 8 and 3/16ths with about 80% wood. Post BPFSL is 8.5" a weak 8.5" though. it's not as stretchy as it could be but it's also post workout so the material is still really pliable. Anyway, it's working well enough. Post Workout BPEL was a strong/solid 8-1/8" with about 90% wood.

Keeping an eye on my PIs, i haven't really had any issues with random Wood. I get those all the time, unless I'm stressed out and then it's not happening, lol.

I just realized.... 8-3/16s is 1/16th away from my "overall final goal" for length o_O... i wanted 8.25 BPEL. wow.... Guess I'll just keep the train running. I kinda like the Idea of 9.00 BPEL :)

To Add:

I've noticed I've been doing more stretch/jelqs with higher EQ than I have been in the past. I don't know if it's makin a difference, But I want to catch back up to myself from last month! more than a .5" gain last month, I think if i can get to 8.25 by the end of the month I'll have kept up my Pace from last month, excluding the week I was sick. woohoooooo!

Wow. no Morning Wood, Interestingly enough, hahah. when i got up though I had a random stiffy that wouldn't go away. so I amped it up and got a BPEL... 8-1/8" cleanly! Very good :) girth seems to be consistent right now, blows up nice and big.

Had a bit of scare with my curve. It looked like it got MUCH worse, but it was just a low EQ growth curve. Straightened out when I got higher erection quality. Lazy f*cker just loves to lay around and lean over.

Girth is such a slow growth process I can't really tell if it's much bigger than it was 2 weeks ago, but it's quite a bit thicker than it was when I started, i know that for a fact LOL!

BPFSL was 8.5" exactly a little closer to 8-9/16ths actually. it was very stretchy. felt nice :). While working out the girth got so big it was kind of alarming. I'm happy it's stretching out, but wow. nothing bad to report yet. I actually did a BPEL mid workout an it was 8-1/4" strong, actually may have been 8-5/16ths! That's with the expansion happening. That's pretty good!!!

I know for a fact that I've never seen 8.25" on the ruler, so I'm beyond a shadow of a doubt that this is working now LOL. you never know, could be a trick of the mind, you thought you saw bigger numbers... can't believe i'm out of the 7s!... Well sort of. I just entered the 7s with my NBPEL.

I think my NBPEL is now 7.25-ish. pretty good NBPEL i think :)I'd love an 8.25" NBPEL :D got a ways to go before i hit that though :)

I intend to shatter the myth that fat guys have small cocks... one girl at a time LOL! :D

I guess today is day three since rest...

Ridiculous! This little goober is so confusing! he gives me wood randomly and without reason! No wood this morning. but he came online almost immediately after waking up. Got a BPEL then and it was 8-1/16th. Moving closer to 8-1/8"

Actually did a bit of a change up today. 15 minutes, and Added in some of Engleangle's Exercises to increase girth a bit. It actually feels REALLLLY big once I start doing my jelqs. It doesn't grow to its full girth in the morning I don't think. It's so much thicker than "stock" that i don't really notice it until I start jelqing and then it gets much thicker almost immediately (sounds like my girth problems before). I need to re-evaluate my view on my girth. I'm not sure what it is right now. It's all over the place.

Post workout BPFSL is... whoa... 8-5/8" with 30% erection! It actually stretched up to 8.75" (8-3/4") for a quick second :eek:

Session Sucked today. Multiple Factors led to its complete failure, but It was just that... A massive fail. Couldn't really stay focused, and couldn't maintain EQ for most of it. did a lot of Low EQ Jelqs for about 10 minutes. Woke up with super wood though. Interesting.

BPEL this morning was 8-1/8" (8.125")... It's still growing, so that's good. BPFSL was right around 8-5/8s (8.625). My NBPEL is starting to get long. this morning it looked like I had a porno peen for the first time to me (from my angle). it was long, but that was because the girth was smaller too. I think I'm dead set on reaching 9" I really want a 9" BPEL! can you imagine?! 9"... wow!

Everyone gets them days just don't let that bog you down I get them sometimes I just keep gioing . It was just not my day to do PE but I Still do it.

Look you are still growing keep doing it. You will get that 9'' BPEL if you keep doing what you are doing !!!

Taking the day off today. Lots of stuff to do, but mostly because yesterday was so distracting and bad, plus the variations in girth are confusing me which means he's probably tired. I'll have to get some "progress stats" today later on today. Kind of working my brain out with stuff today.

BPFSL was 8-5/8" (8.625), BPEL was 8-3/16. (8.187")

So. Out of curiousity I decided to do some EoRD (End of Rest Day) progress stats!!!! Had a really hard time getting started. Stomach has been turning for a while now, still kind of stressed out.

He was super limber so I stretched him out. he got about 40% before I could grab the ruler. at 40% erection, he stretched to 8.5" (BPFSL usually loses about 1/4" to 1/8" with erection. At 40% i can say it's closing in on 1/4")

Here's were the surprise was... It took a while but I got it up to about 95% erection. Don't know why my Peenface wasn't cooperating. but when he got up to size, He made me proud!

Tonight, 3-25-2011, He registered his first Inch gain! (well more than an Inch!!!)

BPEL 7.25" (+1.0625)

8.31"

8 and 5/16th

I don't want this to be a rest day, but I'm incredibly nauseous. Think it may be something I ate. Gonna give it a few hours, hopefully i can fit in a bit of exercise before I have to go. I have a tank stomach most of the time. I can eat anything. if I turn green, i ate something really wrong. I don't know what though.

No Wood, of course.

Okay, i think i got it figured out. Manually got rid of the stuff in my stomach and figured out what happened. Drank WAY too much water last night while I had something on my stomach. Stomach acid was stalled by the large amount of water I drank plus the food, i think.

Still nauseous. Did about 2 minutes of routine before I got sick to my stomach. who knew Kegels had that profound of an effect on the gastric system. Anyway, I guess I'll have to do a bit here and there. Not doing too well with the EQ, LOL! 8-flat BPEL just now with a super flexible erection. BPFSL was down too 8.5

Got a little harder a little later on today. Just did about 8 minutes for a grand total of "10" minutes today. Not sure it's as effective as one 10 minute session, but at least I did them.

I've been feeling a little better, The shivers and some of the nausea is gone. Now i've just gotta get rid of the muscle aches and stomach cramps LOL! Probably wasn't just stalled stomach acid after all. Apparently there's a stomach bug floating around. I must have gotten it!

BPEL with about 75% erection was 8-1/8".... 85% was 8-3/16th." Couldn't get 90+ because of the cramp distractions. But what's good is that I've not lost anything. :) a 60% erection had me at 7.75 LOL! i remember when that was 90-100%! That's awesome!

Girth was HUUUUUGE for some reason. well not "HUUUUUGE" but damn near LOL. it was much bigger than it had been for a while. 5 more days :)...

FAWK my stomach is hurting :(

To Add:

man I just started feeling a marked improvement from earlier. Even had a massively hard erection... Growth is going kinda fast. I'm not mad at it, but jeeze... I just hit 8-3/8" BPEL!!! wtf? 1.125" bigger than stock

Feeling REALLY good this morning, in comparison yesterday morning! Still a few stomach cramps, but I'm all in all in much better health :) Time to go all in on that little guy who had a bit of a rest yesterday.

I got in another session last night near the end of the night, about 5 minutes with high EQ. so Overall I did 15 minutes yesterday. Woke up this morning nice and stretchy!

Got 20% erect before I could grab the ruler. but it reads more accurately than 40% BPFSL was... 8.75 :D YUS! almost a 9" BPFSL! i'm going to make it to 9" BPEL one day! :D Jeeze seems like it was only just last week I was BPFSL'ing to 7.5 and excited about it! So far so good!

BPEL this morning, i don't recall clearly. I think it was 8.25 to 8.31. I wasn't at 100% Did about 12 minutes worth of my routine. Doesn't feel particularly stretched, but guess he feels worked a bit. It's starting to feel big and starting to "look" relatively large from my angle. not huge, but it's starting to look more "average" from above than it did before. Standing NBPEL from above is 6.5 is Standing NBPEL from the side is 7.25 I've got a massive fat pad :(. I do NBPEL from the side because in all fairness, "she" sees that as well so that counts, LOL! Layin down my NBPEL is a good bit bigger.

Either way, keep the game moving. I wonder if i'm going to hit my "maintenance" stage before my birthday! What a present
