Hey guys. Happy to say that I have made some more gains. My Non bonepressed erect length has increased to 9.1 inches now and my bonepressed flaccid stretch is is now 10.2 inches. My bonepressed erect length has not changed so I know the .1 gain I made in my non bonepressed erect length is because my fat pad is getting thinner as a result of my cutting diet. Now down to 216 pounds and looking ripped. The .1 increase in my non bonepressed erect length can easily go away if I bloat my self up with a sh*t ton of carbs.
Hopefully with my bonepressed flaccid stretch increase to 10.2 inches my bonepressed erect length will soon increase with time.

My PE training is still an all day through out the day routine done on a daily basis. All of my manual, hanging, and girth sessions are still done Monday through Friday and I wear my ADS for 4-8 hours on the weekends to keep my penis in a steady CREEP phase.

My current routine is as follows.

Morning session: 3 twenty minutes sets of tunica/inner penis hanging with 20 pounds, 15 minutes of bundled stretches, 10 minutes of edging. Wear golf weighted ADS while at work.

Lunchtime session: 2 fifteen minute sets of tunica/inner penis hanging with 20 pounds, 10 minutes of edging, Put golf weighted ADS back on and go back to work.

Evening session: 3 fifteen minutes sets of tunica/inner penis hanging with 20 pounds, 15 minute bundled stetches, 20-30 minutes of wet jelqs, two 15 minutes sets of pumping at 4-6 gs, 10 minutes of edging, then I wear a cable clamp as an ADCs for 1-2 hours to stay engorged while recovery takes place.

I do this routine Monday - Friday. On Saturday and Sunday I just wear my ADS for 4-8 hours.

Hey nice routine dude, do you ever get tired of doing so much PE? I've been doing afternoon workouts too, and try to change it up, etc. Do you think you can keep up this pace for years to come?

Hey pe_ZEN. My plan is to keep this pace up for as long as my schedule will allow. Right now I have everything in place to where I can do my long PE routines through out the day and still have a social life. It has taken me two years of PE to go from nbpel 8 inches to nbpel 9.1 inches. Looking to reach a nbpel of 10 inches by 2011 with my hanging routine and golf weighted ADS that I wear at work and on the weekends.

He PEskeptic. Yeah my neigbor is definently a cool chick. Pretty down to earth and we have alot of fun together.

Saiyen....if you got to 10 inches nbpel, then what? Try to get up to 7.0 midshaft girth? haha ....with your dedication you could do it.

Thanks PEskeptic. Yeah if I reach a 10 inch nbpel then my main concentration will be girth training. In the future when I am all about training girth only I am going to try wearing an ADCs for 8 hours a day with a 60% erection. Imagine an all day clamp device with the same principles as a penis extender or any other kind of ADS device with the only diffence being 8 hours of low level girth work instead of length work.

Hey guys. Last Friday that just past I was going through some old PE threads on thunders and discovered a homemade ADS device posted by follow member bigflip. The ADS device is called a tail peace flex pipe and it mimics the stretching action of a penis extender perfectly. I am surprised that bigflip’s thread didn’t get a lot of feed back because in my opinion his ADS idea was pure genious. The next day which was Saturday that just past I went to home depot and bought a tail peace flex pipe for 5 bucks and have been using it for 1 hours a day before I go to bed. I have to say that this device works pretty damn good and it even keeps your dick at maximum stretch when sitting down as well. The device works by compressing down to 4.85 inches and has the ability to extended to a little over 8 inches. So to use the device you have to squeeze your flaccid penis through the flex pipe while its compressed down to 4.85 inches then apply your wrap or vac head cap. Then you simply extend the flex pipe which will stretch your flaccid penis along with it. I have been using this device since Saturday for 2 hours with a 5 minute break every 30 minutes and I have to say that it works pretty good and is very stealthy if you wear some what baggy pants.

After finding the flex pipe I stumbled on to another device at home deput called a 2 inch steel compression coupling. I have no idea what the device is made for but I am using it as a PE weight in conjuction to my golf weights to make my ADS heavier. The compression coupling weighs 1.62 pounds. I have been wearing it with 5 golf weights to equal 3.17 pounds total for 8 hours a day in between my hanging sessions. With this heavier weight my dick has really been getting some nice fatigue but not to much to where my EQ is effected. I bought the compression coupling for 8 bucks at home deput. The compression coupling I bought is a pretty big size weighing 1.62 pounds but home deput has smaller ones that weigh 1 pound. I’m started to find that home deput is definently a PEer’s tool shop. LOL.

Hey guys. Took a few pics of my ADS equipment yesterday and some edging pics today. Now instead of wearing golf weights with the steel compression coupling, I am wearing two steel compression couplings without any golfweights. The first compression coupling that I got weighs 1.62 pounds and the second coupling that I just bought on Sunday weighs a whopping 1.88 pounds. I am wearing them together to equal 3.5 pounds for 8 hours a day in between my hanging sessions. My dick gets an incredible stretch and stays elongated to 8-9 inches while wearing the couplings as healing takes place from the hanging sessions. I gotta tell you guys the way my dick feels with 3.5 pounds dangling from it all day feels like an all day hanging marathon then an all day light stretch. So far my nbpel is still 9.1 inches, bpel still 9.5 inches, midgirth 5.5 inches and basegirth 6.1 inches. I am schedule to measure this Monday coming up and hoping for some new progress. Still mainly concentrating on length to reach a nbpel of 10 inches before I start mainly concentrating on girth in the future. Also now my bodyweight is down to 213 pounds. Fat pad is getting thinner and waist line is trimming down nicely with this low carb high protein diet. This week my strength in the weight room is suffering a little because of the low carbs but it’s all apart of the nature of dieting to get ripped.

Because of the intense but controlled fatigue that I’m getting with the compression coupling ADS, I have cut my hanging sets in half from 8 sets a day to 4 sets a day. I have also cut out my 30 minute wet jelqing down to 10-15 minutes. My Monday through Friday routine now looks like this.

Morning session: 2 twenty minute sets of tunica/inner penis hanging with 25 pounds, 15 minutes of bundled stretches, 10 minutes of edging. Wear steel compression couplings for 8 hours.

Lunchtime session: 1 twenty minute set of tunica/inner penis hanging with 25 pounds, 10 minutes of edging, Put steel compression coupling ADS back on.

Evening session: 1 twenty minute set of tunica/inner penis hanging with 25 pounds, 15 minute bundled stetches, 10-15 minutes of wet jelqs, two 15 minute sets of pumping at 4-6 gs, 10 minutes of edging, then I wear a cable clamp as an ADCs for 1-2 hours to stay engorged while recovery takes place.

I do this routine Monday - Friday. On Saturday and Sunday I just wear my steel compression coupling ADS for 2 hours then I wear my FLEX PIPE ADS for 2 hours as a form of active recovery. Down below are a few pics of me wearing the two steel compression couplings equaling 3.5 pounds together and a few side angle shots of my edging session after my lunch time hanging session.

I actually just bought a Gold extender on Ebay for $60 because they were so inexpensive. I like the feel of it even though I have yet to get the grip of the silicone cord completely right. Very easy to wear under clothes.

There's no way saiyan, I will go ahead and say it for squid. Maybe in sweats around the house, but not in jeans or slacks to work!!!
