Was not around a computer yesterday so I couldn't update my log but I did as follows:

15 minutes warmup with hot towel
10 minutes of stretching
7 minutes wet jelq
5 minutes v-jelq
edging for about 20 minutes

I have been feeling pretty good the last few days and I am going to be going to a 2 days on 1 day off routine instead. Today is my day off but I wanted to make sure I got this updated. Oh and also I had the hardest and best erection I have ever had during edging yesterday! So that must be an 11, haha I guess I never knew it could get harder than before I started. Looks like a definite plus, and the only thing lacking is my flaccid hang today. Other than that I'm happy and can't wait to measure Monday :).

Good signs all around today:). Flaccid hang was pretty big compared to usual. Kept getting erections really easy today so I lengthened my jelqs a bit to compensate:

warmup for about 7-8 minutes in shower
stretching for 10 minutes
wet jelq 12 minutes (I wasn't overdoing it I just couldn't keep from going hard)
v-jelq 7 minutes (same here)
edging for just under 30 minutes

During edging today I think I had my largest size ever. It just looks bigger and I hope my mind isn't playing tricks on me. When I was semi-hard it looked large as well. My girth could have increased as well because it felt thicker. Keep telling myself not to measure until Monday, haha. My EQ may be at it's max also, it feels better than when I started PE. All in all I had a good day and I hope everyone out there did too! Good luck out there!

Pretty good session today, no setbacks at all except I had to shorten warmup:

Warmup 8 minutes
Stretching 7 minutes
Wet jelq 7 minutes
V-jelq 5 minutes
Edging 30 minutes, went over the PONR but still have a decent flaccid hang

Can't talk too much I have to do some school stuff but I feel pretty good about measuring tomorrow and my EQ is pretty good.

New measurements today! These are my weekly ones and also my first monthly measurement. My nbpel has not changed and it is still 5.5". It may be slightly over but not enough to notice really. My bpel however shot from 6.25" to 6.5" in the last week! Wow I hope I can do that again a few times. My girth went up in all parts making the average raise up from around 4.5" to 4.646" which trust me you can feel. I was disappointed a bit when I measured my nbpel but I got really excited to have measured a 1/4" longer on the bpel! I am glad I stuck with it this long and I am also glad I took a break after overtraining. All these measurements came from this week by the way, since I have been doing a lot lighter of a routine. I am now officially a believer in less is more, lol!

Did my regular session and everything went good today. I think I may have done my stretches a bit awkward because there was slight irritation in the skin. I let my grip move up towards the head and that may have done it. Either way it went away quickly so no worry really.

Warm up with wet towel for 15 minutes
Stretching for 10 minutes
Jelqs for 7 minutes
V-jelqs for 5 minutes
Edging for maybe 25 minutes

I didn't have to fight my erections down during jelqs today so that may be a good sign as I may be getting adjusted to my routine. It was not difficult to get erections when I wanted them though. My flaccid hang has been better but it was not too bad. Can't wait for next week to measure. I know I am being a little excited but I can't help it since my recent gains haha!

Got a good session with no troubles, I had a good flaccid hang today for some reason but hey I'm not complaining. No pain at all during stretches. A little bit of pain inside of my penis at the tip and I am going to research that a bit, unless anyone has any comments I'm all ears.

Warm up with wet towel for 10-12 minutes
Stretching for 10 minutes
Jelqs for 7 minutes
V-Jelqs for 5 minutes
Edging right after but I did not ejaculate at the end.

Feeling pretty good about everything overall. I like my newfound thickness that may have gotten a little more gain as well. The veins are showing up really nice and I like the way it looks. I take it this is from better blood flow.

I had to take another rest day yesterday after my first one the day before. I had no way of warming up and it might help to get some extra rest. I continued my PE today:

Warmup for around 10 minutes
Stretching for 10 minutes
Jelqs 7 minutes
Wet Jelqs 5 minutes
Edging for 15 minutes and I came. I need to be more careful.

Hope this is not a bad sign but I felt a little shorter during edging. Not much but I'll pay attention to it tomorrow. Everything else went fine, My flaccid hang is ok today. Be back tomorrow and measuring Monday!

It may be in my mind but my dick looks bigger than usual when flaccid. I noticed this when I went to use the restroom or something.This is what I did today:

Warmup 10 minutes with hot towel in shower
Stretching for around 10 minutes
Jelq for 7 minutes
Wet Jelq 5 minutes
Edging 15 minutes and I came. Really close to stopping it this time though.

As I am writing this, after edging my penis is hanging really big and it feels great. I am starting to see veins in it even when flaccid which is really cool. I have thoughts constantly about what it will feel like to have a huge penis. Like in different situations what it would feel like. I can see myself walking around with it, showing off the bulge, and so many other things. I simply can't wait! Measuring tomorrow!

I had a rest day today and I also measured. This is what I got:
nbpel- 5 9/16"
bpel- 6 3/8"
eg avg. 4.625"
Well this confused me a bit. My nbpel went up a hair and my bpel went down a bit. This tells me that I lost length but my girth (mostly base) got thicker. I'm going to look this up what I should do this week differently. Any suggestions guys?

Regular session today. Stretching felt great today. It's hard to explain but it felt like it was working instantly. Flaccid hang was so-so and not so great today. I think this has to do somewhat with the cold weather too so I'm not too concerned. This is what I did:

Warmup for 10 min w/ hot towel in shower
Stretching for 8 minutes, not sure if it's worth keeping time on stretching
Jelq for 7 min
Wet-Jelq for 5 minutes
Edging for 30 min- I DID IT! I got to the PONR and stopped it! Wrong technique I guess.

So here's the scoop on the edging thing, I have been doing it wrong this whole time. I have until now kegeled when I started to cum and then felt it overwhelming and just gave in and let it happen. There's a certain point after you start feeling the ponr that feels like you are about to lose it and all you need to do is keep holding the kegel. Duh! I feel so stupid but now I think I can reap the benefits of edging. We'll see if this will contribute to my gains! Today I did it right the first time but tried to attempt it again and came but you live and you learn right? Can't say I hate the consequences though:biggrin1:.

Couldn't update these last two days but here's how it went:
Wednesday- Session went pretty good and I measured to check my accuracy and it looked a little better.
warmup 10 minutes
stretching 7-8 minutes
jelq 7 minutes
wet jelq 5 minutes
Edged for 30 minutes and stopped it once but I came on the second try
Thursday- No need to update here really as this was a rest day but I wanted to add that my flaccid hang was great and it felt really full.
------------ I have a regular PE session today and I'll update when I'm done----------

Ok so here's what's up with me not updating lately. I was getting a new(er) computer and the switch took a lot longer than I thought. Please don't mistake this for not doing my PE though :). I have been going along just as usual. Here is a quick recap of the days I didn't update:
Friday-Normal session
8 minutes warmup
8 minutes stretching
7 minute jelq
5 minute wet jelq
20 minutes edging
Saturday-Normal session
10 minutes warmup
? maybe 8 minutes stretching
7 minute jelq

Sunday-Day off
-This following week I had a strange PI. I was extremely horny the whole time and had a hard time not edging/masturbating everyday. This may have affected my sessions but I'm over that now.
Monday-Normal session + measuring I had the same measurements as last week except my nbpel went back down to 5.5" and my bpel went to 6.5"
10 minute warmup
8 minute stretching
7 minute jelq
5 minute wet jelq
20 minute edging
Tuesday-Normal session
8 minute warmup
8 minute stretching
7 minute jelq
5 minute wet jelq
25 minute edging
Wednesday-Day off, edged in the afternoon

I am really getting the hang of edging lately and I can stop a lot better and easily now. I felt bigger today than I ever had and It felt great. The hang I had afterwards was incredible too. I am happy as hell right now! I will find out Monday whether or not I need to adjust my session or not. Same easy routine as always is doing wonders so far so I am excited and ready to do some PE tomorrow, bring it on!

Wow I know for sure now that if I edge and do not ejaculate in the end I have a really good flaccid hang the next day. Finished with my session a little bit ago and it went well:

warmup 10 minutes (estimate)
stretching 7 minutes
jelq 7 minutes
wet jelq 5 minutes
edging for 35 minutes + stopped in the end

As I said my flaccid hang was great and I am getting my jelqs dialed in pretty good. I love edging now that I finally found how to do them right, haha. Not much more to say here, I'm off to edge for a bit. Be back soon!

Had a day off today and flaccid hang was decent, it's been better but nothing to worry about. I just finished edging a minute ago and did that for 19 minutes. I decided I will try to keep from coming on my workout days and save up for my rest days like today. Still feeling good, I think I'm getting the hang of this, haha.

Hang wasn't too good today, at certain points it was pretty good but others it sucked. I did my regular exercises today:

warmup 10 minutes
stretching 6 minutes
jelq 7 minutes
wet jelq 5 minutes
edging for 39 minutes - I came in the end, oh well

I am really hoping to see gains tomorrow, I could really use some good news right about now. If nothing changes I think I will alter my routine a bit but if I see positive signs I will just stick it out. I need to quit watching porn I think, everytime I measure I look towards 7,8, and 9 inches on the ruler and they look so far away. It is really discouraging, I feel like I should be in that range and I am going to work towards it. I am trying to think positive, I'll just have to see when I measure tomorrow.

-----Didn't get to update or do my session yesterday (Tuesday) because a family member was in the hospital and I was there most of the time. I had to take the day off because I had no time but I am picking up again today. I have some really good news but I will post it when I am done with the session!-----
Ok I finally got to update, I was really tired last night and fell asleep. Monday was to be my measuring day but I couldn't measure it so I did it today along with my session. My nbpel is a tiny bit bigger at 5 9/16", my bpel went up two notches to 6 3/8"! I couldn't believe it when I saw it so I measured a few times and it's really true! My girth feels a lot bigger but when I measured it seems I had no gains in that department. Hmmm. Looking back, this is the first week my girth hasn't changed since I restarted a while back. Still keeping with my easy routine, I am seeing gains so I don't plan on changing them until I don't see improvement:

warmup 10 minutes
stretching 8 minutes
jelq 7 minutes
wet jelq 5 minutes
edging 21 minutes- I came because I actually edged like 2-3 times today and I heard it was bad for you for that long.

Hope everyone is having gains and having fun improving themselves out there! I know I am.

My hang was not too bad today, seems like I have good days and bad days but it is pretty consistent so I'm not too concerned. My session went well and it went like this:

warmup 10 minutes
stretching 8 minutes
jelq 7 minutes
wet jelq 5 minutes
edging I did an hour or two after my session and it lasted 32 minutes + I held it and it feels pretty good right now

My dick feels really big today too I am starting to love edging a lot haha. Once again I can't wait to measure on Monday it's my favorite part of the day usually ;).

My day off was today so I edged for 35 minutes - I came in the end and my hang right now is alright but not as good as it was earlier today. I feel good though and I don't think I have lost any length, if anything I am cementing my recent gains. Either way it sounds good to me. Four days until measuring time, should know by then.

Edging for 20 minutes - Felt good to wait 2 days and then come today, haha.
I had my day off today, my flaccid hang was purely amazing. At one point I was laying on the couch and I noticed how big it was in my shorts so I snuck my hand in my shorts. I wasn't even semi-hard and it looked like it was! I did what anyone would do noticing this and tried to see how big it could get. I of course took this opportunity to do my edging. The only thing I can say is I can't wait to measure tomorrow!!!

It's Monday so I measured today and got pretty good results :).
nbpel went up to 5 5/8"
bpel went up only slightly so I kept the number at 6 5/8". It was only slightly over. Like 6 5.25/8
g f went up to 4.5"!! That's really cool and it's close to being the size of the rest.
m raised slightly too! It hit 4 13/16, I can't wait to hit 5" in girth.
b stayed at 4 13/16 but it's ok, it makes it look more even throughout.
My average girth is now 4.7143.
So this means I had a gain everywhere but in my base girth. I am more than happy with this and I think my routine is doing well for me.
You have no idea what this is doing for my confidence, lol, I am thankful that I have been able to see gains like these. I have no intention to change my routine or make it harder because I would rather play it safe and see small gains at a time. It'll all add up in the end I guess, haha.

For my session today:
warmup 10 minutes
stretching 8 minutes
jelq 7 minutes
wet jelq 5 minutes
edging 45 minutes - I think I have finally mastered edging, haha I can stop myself whenever and I think I owe a lot of it to the kegels I do everyday. For all I know the kegels could be doing a lot for my gains and I know how important they are. All beginners to PE or anybody who wants to improve sexual performance should be doing these! Well I'm off to bed, I'm ready to have a great day tomorrow.
