I have started P.E. earlier this week for the first time and after reading some suggestions I have decided to start a log to track my progress. That would make my first day December 28, 2009. my starting dimensions were as follows:
nbpfl- 3.5"
bpfl- 4.25"
fg- 4" (base)
nbpel- 5.5"
bpel- 6.25"
eg- 5.25" (base)
I have never been happy with my size and I think my confidence would grow a lot as well with more gains. I believe I am hovering around average but it still seems small to me. I am 6' 1" and 160 lbs. 18 years old if that matters at all.
I am hoping to achieve something around:
fl- 5"
fg-4.5"
nbpel- 8.5" (not certain though)
eg- 6" avg.
That being said this may take a while but I will stay persistent!

Alright since I started earlier this week I have not measured, taking the advice from others. I am currently doing JP's beginner program. Today is my first rest day as I am doing the 5 days on and 2 days off. I feel pretty good about the routine and I have not had any soreness or negative PI's. This is kind of disappointing because it may mean I am not working hard enough. Now that I am on my first of 2 rest days I feel even worse about it. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can or should do on rest days? I'll do whatever it takes to help me see gains the soonest without injury.

Not having any negative PI's is good. I've noticed during PE that less is more. Though I know what your saying; it would be 'good' to get some neagative PI's to find out what your limit is. Just stick to JP's routine and you'll gain.

On rest days, I just do some light JAI stretches and helecopter shakes when I go to the toilet.

It's been a week since I started P.E so I decided to measure, though I didn't expect gains really at all. I got:
nbpel 5.5" (no change)
bpel 6.25" (no change)
eg 5" this one seemed to even out my base and mid girth as my base was 5.25" and mid was 4.75"
nbpfl 3.5" (no change)
bpfl 4.25"(no change)
fg 4" (no change)
One thing that did concern me a little bit was what I think is my loss of EQ. At first I got really angry because when I got an erection my stats did not measure up at all. My nbpel was 5" for example. I'm happy now that I worked at it and got there though. It just took a bit of time to get there.
I warmed up for 10 minutes with warm water. (took too long in the bathroom and got rushed out)
Did stretches in every direction for 15 minutes (estimate) I used a shirt for grip and it was easier.
Wet jelqs and v-jelqs for 30 minutes total. Didn't get aroused as easily so that is a good sign.
Edged for 20-25 minutes afterwards. I took measurements during these.
Looking to make a rice sock for ease of use in the future.
Kegels throughout the day and during jelqs for a total of maybe 300.

Interrupted a lot during my P.E. today. I had to stop maybe 3 times and then start up again. Other than that everything went well.
I think I got 10 minutes of warm-up in all, warm water, I had parents knocking on the door
Stretching 10-12 minutes
Had to wait about a half hour between stretches and jelqs, not sure if that is too long
Jelqs and v-jelqs for a little over 30 minutes.
I did edging after this for 20 minutes but ejaculated on accident, going to try to minimalize doing that so I can maximize gains.
150 or so kegels during the day.
Does anybody do kegels during edging? I read about it but I'm not sure of it's usefulness.

No interruptions and the session went pretty well. I had a little bit of pain in the head of my penis during jelqs but it went away pretty quick. Stretching did not leave as much redness as it has previously. I did not notice it hurt really until it DIDN'T hurt today. I edged and stopped myself for the first time and I am going to keep going without ejaculating until every 3rd day or so. I read that it is a good idea to reward yourself and that it is bad to go for periods at a time without it. I have yet to make a rice sock or get baby oil (which I hear is good to use) so I need to get on that.

No pain today! I am not sure what I did wrong but I made sure to use less grip and it seemed to work. 5 days on and 2 off is still working well and I have not felt any soreness. One thing that I changed today is using time instead of reps in jelqing to be sure to not overlook good technique.

12 minutes of warmup
10 minutes of stretching
30 est. minutes of jelqs in all ( I did 5 min of wet jelq, 3 min of v-velqs, 3 sets of these)
Edging for 30 minutes, maybe a little more.

My flaccid hang is feeling really good and my erections are harder than ever (no doubt thanks to the kegels) In that positive light I can't wait to start seeing gains, I am resisting the urge to measure every day for obvious reasons. Next measurement comes monday so we will see.

The flaccid hang was good all day today again. This may be a very good side effect of PE since my confidence has a lot to do with my short flaccid length and not just erect length. Jelqing is getting easier every day it seems because I can go longer without getting an erection. Session went well.
10 minutes of warmup
10 minutes of stretching (just guessing, I did it in every direction)
30 minutes of jelqing, both regular and v-jelq
30 minutes of edging and I did not ejaculate

I'm on off days the next two days and the end of my second week will be on monday so I'll be measuring then too. I plan on doing JIA stretches on off days maybe. I say maybe because I'm not sure if I should be doing them. Some people say you shouldn't do any exercises on off days so I'll be doing some searching. If anybody has any input or comments please don't hesitate, I am all ears since I am still a beginner.

My second week is up and I am starting my third week today. I'm not going to lie, I am pretty disappointed because I have had no gains. I have been telling myself that I can't be expecting any yet but I can't help but want to see something change. So this was my routine for the day:

21 minutes warmup (a lot more than usual!)
10 minutes of stretching all directions
30 minutes of jelqing both variations
30 minutes of edging then 40 minutes of edging a while after that
100 or so kegels throughout the day

The extra warmup time seemed like it made stretching easier but it did not affect jelqs. Hope things get better by the one month mark because I am not doing so great in the confidence department.

Hey man, don't be discouraged regarding low gains. Most of your initial gains are happening on a microscopic level, and erect length gains will be the LAST thing you will see, if you are consistent enough. I too was initially expecting more, but it turns out that killin' your penis is not better for growth. You have to find the perfect balance with your penis. He will tell you. Listen to him! :) Does he get morning wood? this is often a really good sign that things are going well.

Never thought about that for a sign of doing good. Guess I'll pay more attention to that now. If you don't get morning wood is it possible I am working too hard? Because that is what it sounds like. Thanks though, I haven't given up hope yet because I want this really bad, I guess I will keep working at it until I get gains. Not that I will stop there though, haha.

I am going to be replacing my regular JIA stretches with a little 'routine' by JP. It consists of dry jelqs, helicopters, and circle stretches. I started it today and it added no extra stress or soreness and should help my flaccid length a bit.

Kegels in total were about 100

Took me a while to get an erection when I started edging. I used baby oil today and it was not too bad. I will continue to use it and compare it to the lotion I was using.

After some reading of the articles here I believe I have discovered my recent problem. My EQ was getting progressively worse and it was harder to get erections. I have since found out that I have been experiencing obvious negative PI's. The biggest being no morning wood. I encourage anybody that reads this to do some research before starting PE that's for sure. I am waiting until I start getting morning erections to start exercising again which I feel may be tomorrow. This morning I had a chubby and that gave me a little hope.

I have completely stopped my routine for 3 days now ( starting Thursday and it is now Sunday)
I have been doing 50 to 75 kegels a day since stopping.

These negative PI's could be why I have seen no gains so this has given me more hope than ever. I will first try letting off on intensity before trying to change the routine.

3rd week is over now and I have not had any gains. Sigh. Still on break from exercising. I tried edging today and my erections are coming a little sooner but my morning wood is not back yet. Hopefully I can start PEing again soon because I can't wait to turn my luck around and make some gains.

nbpel- 5.5" maybe slightly shorter
bpel- 6.25"
eg- front-4.25"
middle-4 5/8" (around 4.63")
base-4.75"
This makes the average girth 4.5"
(also if anyone reads this my girth has been wrong since I started because of measuring the wrong way. This is the right one so I will use this for now on.)

I am also considering the 2 days on 1 day off method instead of 5 and 2 like I have been doing. Good luck to you guys I hope you are having a better time with this than I have.

Im no expert, but maybe you should try jelqing less. I started with JPs routine and after the first week i was sore and decided to take a break. Now I am doing 10-15 minutes of jelqing, making sure I use a light grip and that each jelq counts. Im also going with a 2 days on 2 days off rather than the 5 on 2 off. Anyways, just something to consider, maybe youre overworking it?

edit- btw we have similar measurements, I am 5.7 x 4.5. Good luck, i cant wait to get over 6. Ive also been exercising a ton, im about 25lbs overweight, and im sure i'll lose some of the fatpad. Get in shape if youre not!

Yea there are so many variables it is hard to tell what to lessen, the intensity, time, or frequency. As soon as I get my morning wood back I will try a little less of everything and keep working up until I find my "sweet spot". Our size is similar and I wish you the best of luck. Have you considered starting a log? I hope it helps me find what I did right and wrong plus it would be cool to hear from you when you hit 6" because I would love to hit that mark.

No morning wood, guess i'll give it another day...
Erections are coming a lot easier but they are not very hard so that may mean I am getting closer to being recovered.

I feel much better today! Woke up with morning wood this morning and did my routine early today. I let my grip off a bit to where it feels like a handshake. I shortened my routine to this:

5-7 minutes of warmup, I tried a hot towel this time and felt about the same as water
10(?) minutes of stretching, I did this regular but did not count minutes
7 minutes of wet jelq
5 minutes of v-jelq

This is roughly half of what I was doing in the beginning but I want to work my way up with intensity instead of overtraining like I already did. I had my flaccid hang back so I think this is one of my positive PI's. Had regular erections throughout the day which strangely I missed recently, haha. I am glad to be back doing PE and I feel good, I just have to remember not to go too hard.
