I have started P.E. earlier this week for the first time and after reading some suggestions I have decided to start a log to track my progress. That would make my first day December 28, 2009. my starting dimensions were as follows:
nbpfl- 3.5"
bpfl- 4.25"
fg- 4" (base)
nbpel- 5.5"
bpel- 6.25"
eg- 5.25" (base)
I have never been happy with my size and I think my confidence would grow a lot as well with more gains. I believe I am hovering around average but it still seems small to me. I am 6' 1" and 160 lbs. 18 years old if that matters at all.
I am hoping to achieve something around:
fl- 5"
fg-4.5"
nbpel- 8.5" (not certain though)
eg- 6" avg.
That being said this may take a while but I will stay persistent!
