Journal: 3-1-2011 (Measuring Day!)
w00t! Excited! well first, today was filled with drama, i was able to get past it

. I ended up working in a 10 minute intense workout right after measuring. Feels good. girth felt pretty good today while I was working up an erection. It took a while to calm down after all the hoopla this morning, but it was worth it.
I have to say, i'm a believer in Cool Downs now. takes all of a minute to a minute and a half to do and i stay big plump and squishy all day... Nothing bad to say about cool downs. I highly recommend them!
Did some erect bends, My Jelqs, plus some underhanded Strelqs that I outlined earlier in the thread (first page right under
My Routine). friggin lazy bum, but I had to congratulate him for working with me and keeping us on task! And what's also good is that for some reason, he was as excited as me, so he stood up 110% today! Happy! Absolutely no EQ loss from the beginning of my workout. Definitely pay attention to the warning signs if you're at PE, you may be doing some damage to yourself if you dont!
So... what's the results after 1 month?
All Measurements are from directly over the penis
Starting:
- BPEL: 7-1/4" (7.25")
- NBPEL:6-1/4" (6.25")
- MEG: 5-1/4" (5.25")
- BEG: ?-?/?" (?.??")
1 Month:
- BPEL: 7-7/8" (7.88")
- NBPEL: 6-3/4" (6.75")
- MEG: 5-5/8" (5.625")
- BEG: 6-1/8" (6.125")

I gained a great deal!
So in the course of a month I have gained a little more than half an inch in length (5/8" or .63") and a little more than a quarter inch in girth (3/8" or .38")!!!!!!!!
So I'm super close to the 8" mark (if I measure from the side i'm actually 8.25") but that's not really a "goal" perse. just kind of a check point. I think I may work towards 9" BPEL and 6.25" MEG as an end game goal . I'm extremely happy with my gains so far. Happy PE'ing everybody!
