Journal: 3-1-2011 (Measuring Day!)

w00t! Excited! well first, today was filled with drama, i was able to get past it :). I ended up working in a 10 minute intense workout right after measuring. Feels good. girth felt pretty good today while I was working up an erection. It took a while to calm down after all the hoopla this morning, but it was worth it.

I have to say, i'm a believer in Cool Downs now. takes all of a minute to a minute and a half to do and i stay big plump and squishy all day... Nothing bad to say about cool downs. I highly recommend them!

Did some erect bends, My Jelqs, plus some underhanded Strelqs that I outlined earlier in the thread (first page right under My Routine). friggin lazy bum, but I had to congratulate him for working with me and keeping us on task! And what's also good is that for some reason, he was as excited as me, so he stood up 110% today! Happy! Absolutely no EQ loss from the beginning of my workout. Definitely pay attention to the warning signs if you're at PE, you may be doing some damage to yourself if you dont!

So... what's the results after 1 month?

All Measurements are from directly over the penis

Starting:

  • BPEL: 7-1/4" (7.25")
  • NBPEL:6-1/4" (6.25")
  • MEG: 5-1/4" (5.25")
  • BEG: ?-?/?" (?.??")


1 Month:

  • BPEL: 7-7/8" (7.88")
  • NBPEL: 6-3/4" (6.75")
  • MEG: 5-5/8" (5.625")
  • BEG: 6-1/8" (6.125")


Oh snap! :D I gained a great deal!

So in the course of a month I have gained a little more than half an inch in length (5/8" or .63") and a little more than a quarter inch in girth (3/8" or .38")!!!!!!!!

So I'm super close to the 8" mark (if I measure from the side i'm actually 8.25") but that's not really a "goal" perse. just kind of a check point. I think I may work towards 9" BPEL and 6.25" MEG as an end game goal . I'm extremely happy with my gains so far. Happy PE'ing everybody!

Hey SBE congrats on them awesome gains man. I too strongly believe that cool downs are a must in your PE regiment. In fact I have been keeping track how many times I have done my cool downs. I have also been heating up my perenuim area trying to coax out the inner penis more.

Journal 2: 3-1-2011

I did a BPFSL earlier today... 8-1/4 (8.25") so my BPFSL is still growing a bit but it could just be that rest day I took a couple days ago. Either way it's growing little by little, but i gotta watch that. BPEL was 7-3/4" a little later in the day, so it's all good. that cool down kept me nice and fluffy. I am completely impressed with Cool Downs.

I think I outlined the workout earlier, Erect bends... What's interesting about the erect bends is that it looks like it straightens out for a few seconds then slowly regains its natural curve. I hope i'm not making the curve ore dramatic by doing this exercise. I'm going to keep track of that with photos from now on. Growth and change is so gradual, that you never really notice it until it's already over, lol.

Well, I had a bit of a slow start this morning. Penis was ready, but I wasn't. I guess he can officially call me the lazy-ass today. It's weird waking up and feeling the girth knowing that it's there and real. The "Small girth" problem has all but gone away. I'm waking up full size when I get an erection. I'm still getting used to the idea that I'm no longer 5.25 around, and I can feel it. It really is 5.6" around now. I feel like running down the street randomly slapping people, i'm so happy :).

Today was about 15 minutes worth of intense exercising. I think I'm going to eventually Figure out a day by day plan that can be implemented by anyone who has the nads to do it. LOL I think a 3 on 1 off... 15 minutes the first, 10 the second, 5 the third then take a day off for rest. I'm paying attention to my PIs so I take a day off when my dick tells me to. I try to go as long as he wants me to if it's 10 minutes one day or 15 the next, I go there. I try to at least get a 10 minute workout in. !0 minutes, it seems, is the breaking point in actually getting some expansion out of my penis.

Was working towards making my little guy thicker but I'm happy with making it longer AND thicker :) BPEL was unchanged at 7-7/8" my BPFSL was 8-1/4" (8.25) mostly flaccid. That's up from the 8-1/8" I've been fighting with lately, so I've grown a bit more. I've noticed that now with about 30-40% erection i can stretch my penis up to about 8" which is pretty spiffy. Haven't been logging and don't really care to log flaccid penis size. I figure if i get my erections up in size, the flaccid will also go up. I'm a grower so a 5" flaccid penis (which is pretty forking big mind you, and I'd love to have one!) growing to 9" sometime in the future would be completely acceptable to me :)

Today consisted of no erect bends... I think i just forgot to do them all together. I was still on cloud nine :) Working towards a bigger penis, "...is a core value." -Chris Core.

Aahhhhh! oh no! Woke up feeling like utter trash this morning. I think I caught something last night. Too weak to do anything. penis is super soft and I don't feel like doing anything with it. What a way to start off Month two! Hopefully I feel better tonight so I don't miss a day.


UPDATE:

So he stood up during the day, I took the opportunity to do a VERY short version of my routine. Probably about 3 minutes, because that's all he had the energy for. He thought a woody could sneak up on me and not get notice?! CAUGHT his dumbass! I bet he wont do that again. Flaccid was super stretchy, but I didn't cool down. I ended up "warming down" in a sense because i had to get in the shower. Noticeable difference in flaccid hang in contrast to a cool down. Moar evidence for Cool Down Technology, lol.

Either way, I'm really scared of waking up and having lost all my girth so I want to stay on task as much as possible. being sick and not having frequent and usuable hardons may end up making me cement these gains before before i start to gain more.

Today all the muscle aches are gone and i'm just left with an extremely stuffy head. What that means is that my libido came back a little. Had good morning wood. Relatively good. It was about 60-70% erection. i let it go away while I did something else. When I came back to it, it took minimal stimulation to bring me back to full erection. Still plump as ever :) It's gained much weight as it pendulums slowly to and fro as i readjust. Interesting :)

I did a post workout BPFSL and it came out to 8.5" for a second then dropped back to 8-3/8"...weird, I wonder why it went that far up. It'll probably shrink back after a few days to 8.25 again. I also managed to get mid-workout BPEL, it was a solid and strong 8.00" and that was about 80% erect I knew I could get more in the chambers. this was about 4 minutes into my 10 minute workout today. Ten minutes definitely is a sweet spot it seems. the workouts are intense. I was starting to feel the fatigue right at 9 minutes. I also did some erect bend. Against the cur for 30 seconds. 2 of these erect bends... kinda hurt but not a sharp pain.... just a really tight kind of in comfortable feeling. I'm starting to get stressed out... A lot of pressure on me now from life. We'll see if I have the wherewithal to stick with it this month. I'm starting to lose my mind! I really want to stick with this because I know it works and it can fix a long standing self-confidence issue with me.

Good workout , Good cool down. I feel my penis wondering "what the hell just happened" i barraged him with an intense workout so It's feeling pretty good :).

JEA!... so I noticed a bit of "loss of girth" tonight when I went to PE. I'm wondering if this is time for me to take another break. I enjoyed, thoroughly, the Sessions tonight. I could recall a pretty good erection without much work. and it went down as planned. I did about 5 cycles (80-30, shakes then 80-30 again). Pre Cum was everywhere. I don't know what happened. I don't know but maybe that lost of girth was due to EL gains . That is just my guess I'm not a expert . You should try the vets on that one. Plus everyone has a theory on everything.

dude i wouldn't worry bout the girth drop i just got done with a girth doleop after my length gain. i got it back pretty quicky you should to. you might be overworkin him to. i see any size reduction as a neg pi thats just me though.
