Well I think I am done with the hanging.. I took some parts of the GLL's Stretch routine and I will combine that with my pulse pumping method with the MG pump and see what happens over the next 6 months.. I'm really hoping for a better flaccid hang then I have now, thou I consider myself an in-betweener wiener..
I will be using the GLL Stretch Routine along with MY Pulse Pumping Routine..
GLL’s Stretching Routine (mod'd)..
1. Warm Up.
Warm up with the heating pad first, 10 min on high heat.. *The numbers ie: 6 or 5 or 12 or 3 are short hand the o'clocks..
2. Manual Length Exercises.
Do 3 sets of the following exercises:
Pull straight down 6 for 30 seconds.
Pull straight down to the left 5 for 30 sec.
Pull straight down to the right 7 for 30 sec.
Pull straight down 6 for 30 sec.
Fire goat for 30 sec.
*Repeat for 3 sets.
*Straight out stretches have been removed..
Pull to the left 3 o’clock for 30 sec.
Pull to the right 9 o’clock for 30 sec.
Firegoat for 30 sec.
*Repeat for 3 sets..
Pull up 12 for 30 seconds.
Pull straight up to the left 11 for 30 sec.
Pull straight up to the right 2 for 30 sec.
Pull straight up 12 for 30 sec.
Firegoat for 30 sec..
*Repeat for 3 sets.
Standing, Pull under BTC for 30 sec.
Standing, Pull under left BTC for 30 sec.
Standing, Pull under right BTC for 30 sec.
Fire goat rolls for 30 sec.
*Repeat for 3 sets.
* exercises behind your butt cheeks work well if you put one leg up on a chair and pull the opposite direction
3. Pumping..
-I will be using my pulse pumping method here with MG pump in place of the BM routine.. This routine consists of me doing 2 min sets at pressure, and then dropping the pressure down for the 1 min break.. I will be starting a 6x 2min or (12 min total at pressure) and work to 10x 2min or 20 min total in the pump..
4. Jelqing (Optional For Later Maybe??)
Week 1: 10 minutes in total, 2-3 seconds per jelq.
Week 2: 12 minutes in total, 2-3 seconds per jelq.
Week 3: 14 minutes in total, 2-3 seconds per jelq.
Week 4: ~16 minutes in total, 2-3 seconds per jelq.
Week 5- Beyond, working into 20 min total..
How Often Should I Do This Routine?
Do 2 days on, 1 day off (no exercises), 2 days on, then 2 days off (no exercises).
You can follow this, or modify it-
Monday - Warmup, Stretch, Pump, Jelq*
Tuesday - Warmup, Stretch, Pump, Jelq*
Wednesday - Nothing
Thursday - Warmup, Stretch, Pump, Jelq*
Friday - Warmup, Stretch, Pump, Jelq*
Saturday - Nothing
Sunday - Nothing
