Had a Fleshlight session yesterday and idk if this is good thing or not.. 8:15 total before I even thought about cumming!? I was up hard and what not.. Lots of feeling etc. but the lil guy just didn't want to go off.. I hope this is not the start of a problem?? Usually can't last more then 3 min in it.. I think I am kegeling too much and not being aware of it at the time, idk.. It's like it almost has to be forced to go.. Oh and like i said to others before.. I don't have and never had and regular committed kegel routine, so it's not something i even do..

EQ is back.. Eb's and flow's like the rest of the human body.. I might have been playing with the ruler as of late, and there might have been some creep........ Wondering if the decrease in EQ has anything to do with a sign of possible up coming growth??

Another blood blister!! GGRRR.. Have to shut it down for the week.. Just goes to show doing everything right there is still a minor risk.. Alas, next week I will start slow again..

Blood Blister spot has healed nicely.. Soon back to the grind.. Hell of a fight to get over that 7" mark, u'd think it wouldn't be that hard to get even a 1/8th.. Soon going to have to really concentrate on a weight loss program (not a lot to go, but summer is coming lol)..

Lol, yup burty!! I've had one of these on the go right from the start in one form or another.. Best way to track, make a chart, lol.. There is a reason for the successes in PE, this is one..

Well I think I am done with the hanging.. I took some parts of the GLL's Stretch routine and I will combine that with my pulse pumping method with the MG pump and see what happens over the next 6 months.. I'm really hoping for a better flaccid hang then I have now, thou I consider myself an in-betweener wiener..


I will be using the GLL Stretch Routine along with MY Pulse Pumping Routine..

GLL’s Stretching Routine (mod'd)..

1. Warm Up.
Warm up with the heating pad first, 10 min on high heat.. *The numbers ie: 6 or 5 or 12 or 3 are short hand the o'clocks..

2. Manual Length Exercises.
Do 3 sets of the following exercises:
Pull straight down 6 for 30 seconds.
Pull straight down to the left 5 for 30 sec.
Pull straight down to the right 7 for 30 sec.
Pull straight down 6 for 30 sec.
Fire goat for 30 sec.
*Repeat for 3 sets.

*Straight out stretches have been removed..

Pull to the left 3 o’clock for 30 sec.
Pull to the right 9 o’clock for 30 sec.
Firegoat for 30 sec.
*Repeat for 3 sets..

Pull up 12 for 30 seconds.
Pull straight up to the left 11 for 30 sec.
Pull straight up to the right 2 for 30 sec.
Pull straight up 12 for 30 sec.
Firegoat for 30 sec..
*Repeat for 3 sets.

Standing, Pull under BTC for 30 sec.
Standing, Pull under left BTC for 30 sec.
Standing, Pull under right BTC for 30 sec.
Fire goat rolls for 30 sec.
*Repeat for 3 sets.
* exercises behind your butt cheeks work well if you put one leg up on a chair and pull the opposite direction

3. Pumping..
-I will be using my pulse pumping method here with MG pump in place of the BM routine.. This routine consists of me doing 2 min sets at pressure, and then dropping the pressure down for the 1 min break.. I will be starting a 6x 2min or (12 min total at pressure) and work to 10x 2min or 20 min total in the pump..


4. Jelqing (Optional For Later Maybe??)
Week 1: 10 minutes in total, 2-3 seconds per jelq.
Week 2: 12 minutes in total, 2-3 seconds per jelq.
Week 3: 14 minutes in total, 2-3 seconds per jelq.
Week 4: ~16 minutes in total, 2-3 seconds per jelq.
Week 5- Beyond, working into 20 min total..
How Often Should I Do This Routine?


Do 2 days on, 1 day off (no exercises), 2 days on, then 2 days off (no exercises).
You can follow this, or modify it-


Monday - Warmup, Stretch, Pump, Jelq*
Tuesday - Warmup, Stretch, Pump, Jelq*
Wednesday - Nothing
Thursday - Warmup, Stretch, Pump, Jelq*
Friday - Warmup, Stretch, Pump, Jelq*
Saturday - Nothing
Sunday - Nothing

Well tried the Stretch Routine just now.. Went fairly quick and was simple which is what I am looking for.. I notice I was nice and floppy for the pump, but instead of the BTC Stretch that I just couldn't do (my ab injuries and size of my thighs wouldn't allow it dammit) I did another 3 sets of lefts and rights.. I think the best direction for me is the left-rights and the 10 and 2 o'clock.. I really felt those, the down obviously didn't do much for me as I was hanging for a long time..

Hey Nerd!! Long time no yak!! lol.. Nah, I'm not seeing any growth from the hanging routines so.. I mod'd the Better Man Clamp here and I'm going to try the door knob/paracord left right stretch routine.. Up doesn't seem to do much and nether does the down angle.. I really feel the side to side thou.. So that might be me ticket.. IF the clamp thing works I'll post a pic of the set up here in a few mins.. I'm at the experimental stage in PE me thinks, lol.. Ether way I am a satisfied customer of the PE game..

Sup dude. cool long. I see you been around here for some time.

Im familiar with GLL, I used to do the length routine, just like the one you posted. Its good routine, i did it for about two months and now whenever i feel like it.

The side to side is the ticket for me I think.. That's the only direction that is going to work a bit for me.. Just finished up and and pulse pump.. I tired the clamp deal, didn't work I kept slipping out of it so back to the manual and an LG girth band helped with keeping me chubbed to get a hold of.. It's a solid stretch routine and one I think the newbies should look at too.. The Ginger chick Nerd came up in a google search.. She was way too hot to pass up, definite avatar material, haha!! :eek:

Day 2 of the "Side to Side".. Me thinks me going to stick with it.. Up and down and straight out doesn't seem to do basically anything fo me, I would say the hanging has something to do with that.. But side to side I really feel it.. Plus since I started the manual there seem to be a little more out there floppin' around when flaccid and that's what I want.. On ward, and out ward!!

Well, got the first week of the new stretch pulse pump out of the way.. Feel great and the EQ has returned to proper shaggin' levels!! I am a fair bit tighter when stretching left side to right.. I figure there is possibly some more growth out of this as the ligs may be tighter on that side then the other.. Right side took more strain me thinks while hanging.. 6 months will tell, nice and floppy flaccid wise right now and that is what I want from this..

I am finding stretching left to right that I am really tight, so I figure when I was hanging.. There must have been a bias on the top and right side ligs, bit if a twist or something.. Or so I would assume.. I figure this could be a good thing and I might actually be able to bag the extra 1/4" BPEL I want!!

Do you have any kind of idea what proportion of your gains are ligs and which are tunica?

^^ Wouldn't know the exact proportion Burty, but I would lean more to 2/3 of the gains are ligs over the tunica if guessing.. That lil bugger is one tough cookie on me I think, lol.. When hanging I feel like there is no more stretch in the down direction, like I couldn't possibly go down another mm on them no matter the amount of weight.. That is why when I stopped hanging awhile ago for that 6 month break, I lost the 1/4", but had it come back fairly quick when I started again.. Stretchy ligs on me I guess...
