For this last session (5 months) it was 8.5 lb in a steep fulcrum step up.. It took some time there, as my set up put a fair amount of pressure in the glans.. Had to work into it.. Before that, last fall I was at and around 12 lbs.. It was comfortable.. U feel like there is actual support of the shaft as apposed to being tortured haha.. The Malehanger and the BIB is like "how much can I stand today".. I could not wait to get if off me after the 20 min set.. The only plus (if there really is one) is u can hang an indefinite amount of weight with it.. But most gains are made between 10-20 lbs.. The LG can handle that, so.. yeah I'd rather comfort..

Haven't hung in a while but I know were your coming from! :biggrin1: You managed to make gains with LG?

Well yes and no.. I had lost 1/4" off the BPEL when I stopped that last time with the Malehanger.. I gained that back slowly with the LG over the course of the last 5 months of Fulcrum.. I basically think there is a limit to what one can gain at one time..

U need to remember I was at this almost the full 4 years non stop.. So I think I gained what I gained for now, plateaued out so to speak.. LG is a way better unit to use, they both work obviously, one is just more user friendly and has less chance of serious injuries (The LG).. I really wish I had started with the LG, I would had a lot less superficial pains as it were..

Who knows, a year off of length work might actually get me another 1/4" and take well over the 7" mark when/if I start it up again.. I grew like a friggin' weed after I stopped powerlifting steady..

Well basically been the week off, I'm still feeling some deep tissue training soreness in the Tunica.. I will take that as a sign that I've been working hard over the 5-6 months.. Could be good to get the Decon Break in then, and possibly work the girth!!

The way I know of the soreness is when some squeezes when fully erect.. I seem to be able to find the spots that got worked over..

Hello MG, browsing through experience was very interesting. Am I correct in that you've gained over 2 inches in the approximately 4 yrs of PE?

That's correct, I had the length at the 13 month mark.. Solid by 3-3.5 year mark, but there was an unwanted break in there and I lost 1/4" BPEL.. gained it back once I was able to get to hanging again.. Now since there has been no more growth for me I decided I would shut down the hanging for awhile and focus on EQ and having some fun maybe..

Well I started a slow Jelq and clamp routine..

Monday (Jelq)...
Tues (Clamp)...
Wens (OFF)...
Thrus (Jelq)...
Fri (Clamp)...
Weekend OFF...

All sets 10 min long and adding time til maybe 20 min.. This is all I am doing.. I am not getting anymore ambitious or elaborate then this..

So far so good, especially with the clamping.. I've never actually done a lot of it so it's new territory from a training point as far as a structured routine goes.. Holy Hell plump guy last night I was from it!! :rolleyes:

Well, did a change up again, lol.. I know ADHD kickin' in again, haha.. Anyway I decided finally that I will be clamping 3 days a week for 3 sets of 10 min long, or 30 min total.. I was wondering if we have any serious clampers out there that could maybe guide me a bit in this area of PE?? So far the EQ from it afterword is rock hard.. Much harder then it was and I am really impressed..

@Purednb^^^

I bought mine from www.arentwenaughty.com here in Canada.. MasterGauge Air Pump.. It comes with the gauge built into the top and a pump, that is a very good thing..

I broke my pump about 4 months ago, but I had it since 2013 so I got the money's worth out of it, trust me :cool: .. Now I just use the pump that came with the LG Hanger.. Basically a brake bleeder style pump..

The only complain I have about the Master-gauge pump was the Gasket.. IF u go for this pump, u are going to have to buy a sleeve as the one that comes with it is crap, I tossed mine long ago..

www.calexotics.com is the other site that carries it and the sleeve, also I think the pump and sleeve can be bought on www.amazon.com.. It really is a decent pump for the money.. There is a pic of the sleeve I got for mine back in this thread further..

I know it has an oversized cylinder, as it is more geared toward a general purpose pump, but it doesn't matter if u can get a decent seal.. This pump works, and it works well with some practice..

^^^Again, I noticed gains within the first month or so.. I put a fair bit of my length on in 6 months..

Welp, EQ has gone down this week, time to slack it up a little I guess.. That is what I get for adding a 10 min set in there.. :p Should be looking finally at an AP 90 program too.. Get some of the ambition back to finally date!!

Well, couldn't stand it any longer lol.. The LG was sitting there all alone so... I started hanging again!! I want that extra 1/4 to 1/2".. I'll use up the rest of the tape that I have left which is a fair little bit.. And... only a few days away from my 4 year anniversary in the PE game.. Pumped and would like to thank the guys at the Gym for all the help and support over the last 4 years.. Hopefully I can say that again in 4 more!! :party:

Nothing on the western front to report really.. Since I dropped down the poundage with the LG to 6.5, the little guy is nice and plump after the hanging session and the heating pad is applied.. Warm downs are definitely just as important!! Obviously working my way back up in weight.. I think there is enough tape left to get me to mid winter..

Had to make some modifications to the weight bar I made back when I started hanging.. I had to cut 2" off it so it would hang freely again... Because this guy.... Stretches enough now, unless I hold perfectly still it rests on the floor!! :becky:

I can finally touch the floor with the set up after 4 looooong years... This means the BPFSL is up, that means at some point soon, the lil' wanka is going to be over the 7" mark!!! I am Stoked!! :dance:

I'm at a few times a week now, so not really bad but I would like to cut it out completely in a bit.. Cold turkey has never worked.. I would only get a few weeks in then what I call a binge day would happen.. The novelty has worn off a while ago and I know from going without it from before the EQ picks right up after about 3-4 days.. I try to get longer and longer between usages.. It definitely narrows your thoughts, because there are only a chicks I can think of now on my own, where before it could be almost anyone that was mentally fantasized about..

Bumped to 7.5lb for this week.. I hope it will last about 5-6 weeks before going up again.. Surprised but it's still bring soreness (good worked kind) to the table, even after all this time in hanging..
