Annnnd surgery denied!!! I am one piss off individual right now!! :mad::mad: Aug at the earliest.. Worse part is having to suffer out work like with it as I don't work behind a desk.. Canada's health care!? LOL...

Well haven't really added to this in a bit.. I have started up hanging again since I have to wait for surgery so for the last 5 weeks or so I've been normally hanging with the LG.. Feels pretty decent, I'm at 8 lbs now for 45 min.. 60 min is just a bit too long as the tissues get too sore.. I can't stay any lower in the pressure ether so I will have to toughen up to it again.. Tissue is really sore and it's deep so I can assume I am breaking down the tunica tissues again.. Would be nice to see some creep growth..

Did the Keto diet for the last 7 days annnnnnnnnnndddddd.. Drum roll... 13 lb off!! I have a lot more willy showin' then even the other week.. I feel a hell of a lot better too, sugars just don't agree.. I'll keep this up for the month and see what I land at while still PE'ing.. EQ was down after I hit the 8 lb, but that is coming back like always.. It's like I keep telling guys EQ has ebb's and flows..

Congratulations on the weight loss! Keep it up!

Can you explain what it feels like when the tunica is breaking down? I'm wondering if I'm experiencing something similar, and if I should take time off or not. While occasionally store, it doesn't hurt. It's more of a mild discomfort and isn't always there.

The best way I could describe the "break down" feeling would be a "deep soreness" but, not sharp or acute pain in the 1/3rd of the shaft next or toward the base.. It's a deep feeling.. IF u have been hanging straight down for a while, and then do a BTC type of hang mid set, up should feel this soreness from the base out the shaft in that 1/3rd.. Or at least I do, another way to bring that feeling to the fore front is to do a light kegel while hanging.. Again, that is just to ID the soreness, u don't do kegel sets or anything while hanging.. U are correct in stating the soreness can not always be felt.. Those are just ways to feel that it has been worked.. Also EQ after hanging won't be 100% all the time.. It's just the nature of the beast..

This diet should almost be illegal, haha.. IF I can drop 20 more off, I will weigh what I weighed as a competitive power-lifter!! I was in excellent shape back then.. Still chuggin' with the 8 lb for another week anyway, then look at going up 1/2 lb to 8.5.. Still can't get over how comfortable the LG is compared to before with the Malehanger..

Just thought I would post an excerpt from the daily/weekly off line log for some of u guys to read and get an idea of how I track my progress and issues if there is any:

"Ok, July 12[SUP]th[/SUP] .. So far so good, EQ is way down and so is sensitivity.. Cut back on the masturbating for now just over doing it with the new weight change (going up), also changed the tape pattern and that seems to be working better during this session.. I will be going with this method from now on as it protects the frenulum area much better then before.. My reasoning before was to allow more expansion in the chamber for grip.. Really that only needs to be the shaft portion behind the glans inside the bell and the silicone, not so much the head.. I will be continuing in this method from here out as it is very comfortable.. And I think I will be able to skip the week break I had planned for the end of the July and continue thru Aug and into the Fall.. The Fall will seen more then one break day, so that will have to surfise until the surgery.. I will hang up to 1 week before, and jelq and pump until a day or 2 before surgery day, keeping the pressures light and just enough to “bulk up” for that"..

Must be a fellow hanger(s) in my area, lol.. The local Walmart is always bought out of tender tape, the rest of the racks are full, haha.. :rolleyes:

In the mean time, I think I will be picking a simple yet effective routine for Clamping 3 days a week.. I'm finding it's really helping with the EQ.. I will be going 2X10min sets to start, with breaks with the bigger man clamp.. I know some have complained about the clamp, but I am using a silicone sleeve from the LG with mine and it's working great.. Ironically when clamped for shits and giggles I measured, I am a 1/4" smaller in the upper 1/3 of the shaft (towards the Glans) then when not clamped.. Can't figure that one out.. Take the clamp off get very erect and I have my full size back, clamp restriction of some sort..

I would also like to report only 1/8" gained in BPEL with ALL the hanging I've been doing for a good 2 yrs now.. I don't care I gained to a very acceptable goal and size, so I think it's time to pack away the hangers for good this time and concentrate on EQ and using the new size, I have yet to bed a women with it and it's making me kind of nervous..

Well same same old for the clamping.. I might actually have just a teeny weeny bit of head expansion going on now.. There is a red band coming just ahead of the coronal ridge towards the tip.. And when erect in the clamp and "pulse myself" I feel the pressure in the glans the most in that spot.. I might actually get the nice mushroom head I was looking for thru steady clamping.. And the EQ is still up there!!

Been awhile since posting in the progress log.. Just taking a break as this is the busy season for me.. I decided thou I would buy a JelqGym and give that a try for S and G's.. It's in the mail..

Have it now, and did a few sessions.. I must say I had doubts, but I am impressed.. 15 min so far, and it seems to be keeping me nice and plump when not doing anything.. Easy to use and the pressures are consistent I can see using it daily without issue..

Hey Master-gauge I just read your whole log for inspiration. I was wondering, do you think you have cemented your gains by now? If you stopped all PE, would you expect a big loss of gains? I'm hoping to make gains like you but it would suck if you lose them by taking a long break
