Still chuggin' away, lol.. Still at 5 lb too, but I'm going to say I know I gained some of the loss this month I had made with the Malehanger when I stopped hanging last year.. I'm resisting the urge to measure until July!! :dance: When u know, u just know!! I've been doing this for the last 6 weeks..
I'm Fulcrum hanging right now, which is a bit new.. I tried the Rice Sock Duct tape before and all that fun.. But it just never fit right.. Up to this point it has been mostly Straight Down and BTC.. I've never went Over the Shoulder, etc. ether..
So I decided where is it easier to hang fulcrum with the LG I would try a 2.5" PVC Pipe screwed to a dowel.. Bingo!! the angle is steep but not to steep.. And the dowel can be rolled to tweak the angle because it is like a "cam lobe".. Making it more or less intense.. I'm doing this all with 5 lb freakin' pounds!! Tried 6 lb a few nights, and it was too much burn..
I might actually get over the 7" BPEL and maybe get that last 1/4 gain I wanted for insurance by the end of the year!!
