It is saddening to read "Basically I'm done on the growth front of PE is the reason.." (Post #213) :(
I believe you can reach your final +0.5!
Once you are completely healed and move up in weights, like the 20-25 lbs region as you were guessing would yield some gains again.

Anyway, I'm rooting for you, hehe :D

Well the "sting" is out of the bump.. But it still hurts.. Pretty friggin' hard little knot thou... I am stuck with a lot of new self adhesive wrap now (I stocked up), is there anything else that a guy could use it for??? I think I'm gonna re-boot the rest of the summer with GLL's simple beginner stretch and jelq routine and see what that gets me.. I had full on wood here a little while ago and I'm looking pretty girthy right now, so that is a plus..

There was a tiny break in the skin too but that has healed up nicely.. I'm hoping the bump goes away in the next few months..

Just completed a Stretch & Jelq routine.. I'm concentrating more on the side to side stretches, I think I discovered something about the unit I didn't know before.. I'm very lop sided in the side ligs?? Who knew.. My left, I can stretch a fair bit out, but when it comes to stretching the right it will only stretch about half of the left side and feels very tight.. I smell an opportunity here for some growth down the line!!! I'm going to pick on that right side for sure!! :training1:

So far so good.. It doesn't feel like I'm doing anything, but it most certainly is I can tell by the morning wood that it's doing something.. The rest of the summer I will do this and likely Decon over the Fall months (I'm really busy in the Fall work or play).. I wouldn't label me a Legend just yet, lol.. I'm still livin'!! :rolleyes: I'm just fortunate..

Ah, well poop pooo.. :turd: Reading back in my thread here I was this big at the first of last year roughly (2015) that's kind of a bummer.. I've reviewed my own personal log that is daily for me, and because of the surgery in the winter, I've only been able to hang 7 weeks total since the start of 2016... But in all that time off from hanging, I slid back 1/4 or so in BPEL and no more.. Not really that bad.. I'll give it into late Fall before I start up, as I might try out a new for me hanger, the LG...

Ok.. So I guess now that it is in the mail and almost here, I will let the "cat" out of the bag so to speak.. After some deliberations, etc. I took the plunge and purchased a new LG Hanger!! :clap2: I have no real issues gaining Girth.. So, from here out this is going to be an LG Hanger log for BPEL.. I will still monitor Girth but that will be a secondary thought.. AND OCCASIALLY PUMP..

My plan is to wear the "Girth Band" almost all the time while I'm hanging, over night and in the days.. Taking it off in when in the shower or course :rolleyes:..

I'm going to go try the high volume (time) low weight route this trip.. In the past I've been mostly a high weight but lower volume (time) guy.. That has worked for me awesome up to the point last year and that was it, no more real length gains..

Also higher weights really make the surgery I had on the abs hurt like a mutha!!

I sat down with the calculator and figured this out.. I just called it "Work Output".. My previous "work output" number for say 12.5 lbs was 500 (12.5 lb x 40 min= 500)

Now, same thing working up to a 90 min per day session I would crack this "output" at 6 lb.. (6lb x90 min= 540)

So my conclusion is to work up to a 90 min session with 3 lbs first (I will add 10 min per week as possible to the original 60 min until I hit 90 min).. Once there, try every 2 week or so to up the weight by 1 lb.. When I hit 6 lb it will be close to the same amount of "work" as the 40 min 12.5 lb session..

Once I get into hanging like 8 lb or so for 90 min the "Work output" will be close to 720 or more with higher weights.. That is a fair bit more output from what was originally being used..

I also think that were the Malehanger was gripping the shaft, there is potential to gain in that portion of the shaft were the weight is pulling from the Glans area..

SO, 6 days per week.. 3 lb x 60 min starting.. Working to a 90 min session at 3 lb, and moving up when possible.. Sound like a reasonable plan????? :noidea:

THE LG IS HERE!!! WHOOT WHOOT!! :dance: I know I was going to start on Monday but couldn't resist.. I just hung 45 min last night to try it out, and today for the full 60 min.. Nothing even close to a bad thing happened.. Today I filled up most of the chamber which I think is the goal.. Glans are a little bit itchy but it is the exact same feeling I get with the pump, no big.. They were a little bit cool when I took it off but no lost of color and the temp came back in a minute or so...

Also it didn't cause the bruise on the bottom to act up, even light jelqing will bother that.. So far, it gets a 2 thumbs up from MG!! :Cool2:

My first week of 60 min @ 3 lbs has begun!!

Week 1 of the LG in the bag, no issues really I did get a few very, very small water blisters but it was because the pressure was a little bit up there and I'm not taping as recommended for the first few weeks.. Their gone this morn so no bigs.. Soon will be taping up.. Work happening soon and I think this is where it will shine because of the 10 min breaks every 20 min no long needed..

Week 2.. I did start taping up, I have two brands one is the tender tape and the other is 3M waterproof Bandage tape.. This is the one used in the alternative taping method on the LG blog site.. The 3M tape didn't allow for much in the way of expansion even with the pressures being put up there.. BUT, the tender tape does let expansion happen.. So the conclusion I come to is tender tape is good for starting out, but the 3M may come in handy later on at the heavier weights..

So far so good, hanging 4 lbs now.. The 3 lbs was allowing a small air leak but just adding the pound seems to have corrected that as I hold steady at 7 HG for the full 60 min instead of pumping up every 20 min.. Another note is the flaccid looks like it already has some better "hang" then it did before.. I'm working right now so we will see the ease of use is true as they are long freakin' days!!

I had a perpetual boner over the last day so I took advantage of the "Situation"... :rolleyes:

I didn't measure and I'm leaving that for a bit yet as a surprise, but I must say this has to be the longest looking and feel in hand yet that I have ever been.. I would definitely say the 1/4" is back.. And I feel a lot "different" then when I was using the compression hanger.. MG is Back!!!

Just too tired from work to hang in the evenings, the push is on to finish the job.. So I jumped up to 5 lbs and hang over the weekends.. I'll be done soon so I can go back to daily hanging.. 5 lbs feels great with the hanger!! Gets a "10" on the comfort scale so far..

Had to completely quit for the last 2 weeks due to work.. Oh well, I noticed that I'm experiencing some major EQ gains after I stopped for a few days.. Who was the edgit that said hanging causes ED again??? None here bud, only getting better all the time.. I'll measure around Christmas maybe, but I know I grew some back already..

Well not much to report.. There are absolutely no issues with the LG hanger.. Flaccid hang is nice and always there, skin or Glans has no signs of PE at all.. And I look fuller when becoming erect after use..

Things are great, hanging 6 lbs now for the next 3 weeks or so before moving up to what I call the start of working weight 7.5 lbs.. Loving every session with the LG..
