Overhand and CC style .
100 - Static Stretches .
100 - Sac Pulls .
200 - Overhand and Base Pull Skin Stretches .
100 - 2 hand Squeeze - Pull - Bends .

Jelqs are stretches and pulls .
Goal , more blood in shaft .
Squeeze - pull - bends do the same .
So I'm gonna do more squeezes .
And less jelqs
