3rd session: slightly over 9"11/32
4th session: almost 9"3/8

The last measurement I’m not 100% sure I measured correctly. I will try again tomorrow

Couldn’t reach 9"5/16 BPFSL this morning but I suspect it’s because the skin at the zero end was feeling sensitive so maybe I couldn’t bone press as hard. After my shower I was able to reach past 9"5/16 by putting the zero end on a slightly different spot and sliding the skin to the correct position.

I reached over 9"11/32 BPFSL on my third then I reached just shy of 9"3/8, although it took many measurements to get there. The marks I’ve been getting have been a bit inconsistent compared to before, maybe because I took that damn break from stretching and it made me forget how to measure properly I.e. how to grab the glans and where exactly to put the zero end. I don’t think it’s the latter as I have a bruise from where I used to bone press and it’s always there.

We’ll see what happens tomorrow.

Ok, I've been PEing everyday for 8 days now, had to do lots of trial/error in terms of consistently measuring max BPFSL, trying to look for that "sore" feeling at the base (actually managed to feel that a little bit when I stretched a little on the sides in addition to straight out stretches), etc.

Starting Date: 22nd March 2021
Starting size BPFSL: 8" 5/8 (21.9 cm)
Starting size BPEL: 8" 1/4 (20.9 cm)

Here is my starting BPFSL pic: . Please note that this is my absolute highest measurement - I measured 5 times today so I can call it confirmed!
BPEL pic will follow in the next couple of days as I get a bit more privacy lol.

My routine so far:
- Hands and glans wash (with soap) for optimal grip
- I stretch my unit 6 times as hard as I can (going a little on the sides too) for 40-45 seconds per stretch

I do this 6 times a day, that would be equal to 36 daily hard stretches + one casual stretch (usually 15-20 seconds) whenever I am alone and think about it and also when I go pee. Every session is one hour away from the other (e.g. one session at 10, next one at 11, etc)

I am also thinking of measuring BPFSL more often in order to not waste time and quickly readjust my routine if I don't see any measurable gain. So from now on measuring twice a day. I will take one measurement first thing in the morning, and another one at the end of the 6th session.

I am pretty sure this thread won't be looked at by many people, but anyone is welcome to share his opinion/ideas in here :)

I'm just starting to catch up on your progress in 3/2025. I'm just starting out and would prefer to just do stretching. I hope to learn from your journey as I go from 5.5" to my goal of 7"+.

Today I was able to reach 9"5/16 BPFSL but it still took some effort to get there. I reached over the mark on my second session.

4th session: over the mark and close to 9"3/8.

This time I made sure I was measuring correctly, and took multiple measurements.



I'm just starting to catch up on your progress in 3/2025. I'm just starting out and would prefer to just do stretching. I hope to learn from your journey as I go from 5.5" to my goal of 7"+.

:) I wasn’t consistent at all back when I first started, mainly because I overdid it. I started taking this seriously from October 9th of last year, and I already gained just over 1/2" of BPFSL without any EQ troubles. Questions welcome!

Today I was able to hit 9"3/8, but just barely. Also it was a bit easier to reach my usual marks

Today I kept losing the grip in my two first sessions. I think managed to get to 9"5/16 BPFSL but I’m not sure, second session was even worse, I couldn’t hit anymore than 9"1/4… I can’t seem to know why this happens, as I always wash my hands and glans with soap before every session for an optimal grip. Anyway, let’s see what happens in the next two or three sessions.

After some pretty inconsistent readings lately, I have decided to confirm the measurements I get during my sessions once and for all by providing pictures, this way I’ll be sure I’m not fooling myself when measuring.
Will start doing this tomorrow!

Just as I thought, it turns out I was a bit too generous with the way I measure BPFSL: leaning forward too much when looking at the measurement. I have felt it could only be that as the zero end was consistently hitting the same spot, I’ve done it so many times, I can get to the same spot with my ruler just by feel. It’s not too bad though, only about 1/8" shorter than I thought I was.

Morning BPFSL: just shy of 9"3/16

Also I got this "before" screenshot of a video that I took back in 2021, when I was about 8"5/8 BPFSL (and when I first started PE) as I thought it would be interesting to visualise the stretched length gain.

I took the absolute best measurements with all of these, and the measuring method always stayed the same. The zero end where the bone pressing happens is kinda hidden because of the stretching hand, so you’ll have to trust me with that 😉

I feel great that I’m now 100% sure of my BPFSL measurements, even though it turns out I fell short by a bit less than 1/8". If anything I can still claim it since my ruler starts with a little gap before the zero mark which funnily enough also is a bit less than 1/8" haha. Also not to mention the conservative angle at which I took the videos. This just made me think I should provide an updated pic of my ruler.

For the next couple of weeks my priority will be to figure out whether I am still gaining with my usual routine, my morning/max BPFSL will tell :)

Morning BPFSL is now right at 9"3/16. Max BPFSL is still a bit over 9"1/4.

Also starting to feel some good fatigue :)

Pretty sure I hit 9"7/32 BPFSL first thing in the morning, I also think I got 9"9/32 on my fourth session. I’ll confirm these tomorrow!

I have been reaching 9"1/4 BPFSL every morning since last Saturday and also get 9"5/16 on my last sessions :)

I reached somewhere between 9"5/16 and 9"11/32 BPFSL, measured twice and using as much force as I could.

BPFSL today:

1st session: over 9"1/4
2nd session: over 9"9/32
3rd session: 9"5/16
4th session: over 9"5/16

A few days ago, I decided to add some shock stretches to my daily routine. Not a lot, just a few a times in between stretches, depending on glans soreness.

Last morning I was able to reach a solid 9"9/32 BPFSL pre shower and a full 9"5/16 post shower. Max BPFSL is now 9"11/32.
