BPFSL is now just shy of 9"5/16 on my first session and almost 9"3/8 on my last session, measured consistently over several days
I’m starting to think BPFSL gains go like this with me: when I feel like I’ve been stuck with the same marks for several days it feels like it’s impossible to go beyond the marks, provided it already takes quite a lot of force to even get the ones I’ve been stuck with. Then it feels easier to reach and I get higher readings at max stretching capacity.
This is how I check for measuring mistakes:
- I make sure the 0 end of the ruler is pressed against the pubic bone and pushed against the shaft in the same spot every time I measure (same for BPEL measurements). Sometimes the skin in the spot where I usually put the end of the ruler hurts when I try to measure so I position it on a slightly different spot and then I slide the skin to get to where I usually press the ruler against the pubic bone.
- I make sure my eye is positioned correctly over the tip of my unit. I also tuck my chin when doing this.
