I was hoping the infrared lamp would help you with your girth gains. At this point though, you've got a big D, so you just have to keep consistent with your girth training. Eventually, you'll get the gains you seek.
In what sense? I found that when I used just the vacuum cone that it would always slip once I started getting serious with the weights. Up to 10 lbs was always fine, but 12 lbs+ it was too difficult to hold. I way preferred using just the vacuum cone to any other combination. Got the best fatigue. I honestly didn't notice any difference between the two vacuum cones, so used them interchangeably. I never suffered any injuries. My glans got a bit battered up and got incredible fatigue in my shaft, and the off temporary ED from doing too much, but no real injuries.

1. How hard did you suck air out? Or does it even matter at all because there is no more vacuum made after glans blocks air hole.
2. Did you have any gap between tip of glans and bottom of cylinder when hanging? When I suck air out head is against bottom but when I apply weight there is little gap.

I was hoping you could answer a few questions regarding combining Phallosan with hanging.
Knowing what you now know, would you have incorporated hanging sooner into your Phallosan routine?
What would you say is the optimal hanging time in conjunction with PF?
And finally, when you did hang, did you use the same weight throughout your set or did you start off heavier then "ride the fatigue" by lowering the weights"?
I currently hang a total of 3-4 hours a day plus another 5-8 hours of extension using PF for a total combined time of 8-12 hours.
I'm sort of following your theme of using low weight for longer hanging time but I think I need to start cutting down on my hanging time due to privacy issues so I want to use heavier weight but at the same time don't want my dick to "turn to steel" so to speak.
Yes that was helpful and makes perfect sense, thank you. Did you do manual stretches yourself prior to hanging? And after hanging did you strap into the phallosan to heal in that extended state or just let your penis rest?
And finally, what about incorporating other exercises like jelquing and bathmate to induce fatigue?
P.S. Your sweet spot of 8-12kg sounds like a hell of a lot of weight to me (26 pounds!!!)
