Oh dear, back to square one. After exceedingly poor EQ and lost gains over the past year, I'm going to try back at the PE. I'm embarrassed about how I have been unable to stick to it. Let's say I have a reason to get back into it, with repeated bad incidences of low libido, lost erections, and poor EQ. Not fair on the girlfriend. Anyway, hopefully I can stick to it.

Welcome back.
You have been an inspiration, and the fact that you got silent suddenly, was a bit sad. Hope you find the kick to keep grinding :D

Thanks Ehhhm, greatly appreciated. I always liked this forum and PE, so hopefully I can get back into it. I've pretty much lost all my gains from years of inactivity though, which is sad.

Such a big loss seems strange and contradict the widespread theory, that as you grow, you cement old gains, and only newer gains will be lost, if you don't cement at the end of your PE.
You have spend years on PE'ing, so theory states, that you should only loose gains from the last +6 months.
Besides being saddened by the loss of EQ, is the loss in length really that much?

Welcome back Kick. We missed you! Sorry to hear you have lost some of your well deserved success. Will you repeat PF and hanging or try something new? Have you considered the P Shot, Gainswave, Stem Cells or Ultrasound technology?

My girth is back to the start - 4.5". I've lost most of my length gains, I've not measured it but I can't imagine it being much over 7" bpel (starting size - 6.7"). I was nearly at 8.5" at one stage. It could largely be terrible EQ too though.

Hi, Azmike. I don't know what any of these are. Do you have any links to threads about them? I sold my phallosan ages ago and don't have my hanger or pump here (I moved), so probably not. Jelqing, ulis, and clamping probably :)

Girth, yes. Length, I've lost a lot, but it could be EQ related. I'm going to wait a few weeks to improve EQ before breaking the ruler out.

In my opinion, "cementing AND maintenance work" , are like the front & back of ones hand; you can't do one without the other.

Look up the word atrophy.

Welcome back Mebs !

Yup, agreed. I tried to maintain PE, and was under no illusion that I would keep all of my gains without any additional work after quitting. Here's hoping a lot of it is just EQ-related. Thanks for the welcome back, Dangler. Good to see you :)

Hey Kick!

Good to have you back. I’ll bet with a little work, you will get back most of your former gains.

Just a note to the others: a little jelqing and stretching in the bathroom every day goes a long way to maintaining gains.

Good to see you. Yes I do think maintain work is needed especially as you age .

Hey Mebs. Always great to have you back here conversing with the meebles.

Funny, you say you lost all gains. I haven't PE for over a year and have maintained all my gains. So, there is a trick I don't know or my procedure was different, or something to create such a dichotomy of results. I know it doesn't help you currently, but worth further discussion down the road. What does cement gains?

Hey not2big. Thanks, it's good to be back. Hopefully, I can stay consistent this time around. I'm amazed about how I did it previously for so long.

Hi Peg, nice to see you're still here too. Yeah, the whole ageing thing really sneaks up on you. Only when you see unexplained ED or terrible EQ, you realise the need to get back at the PE!

Hey ZZMan, thanks for the welcomes. I'm feeling the love on here :)

I literally didn't do any PE, jelqs, kegels, nothing. So, I'm guessing it's largely EQ issues I've been facing. It's been gradual as I mentioned to Peg, as I didn't care about my size, but as a result I lost EQ and often had ED too. I'm back at PE for neceesity, rather than vanity (previously the reason for doing it).
