Looking good Mebs, keep it up. I decided to jump back in also. Turns out I don't like losing size.
Interesting Wish , so you've suffered losses in gains? How about you Kickin'? I have done nothing for 8 months, and while my flaccid looks like crap , and I turtle again, my erect lenght has only lost alittle.

I have not measured. I lost a little I would say, definitely. I don't know if I will bother measuring, maybe if I am bored and the ruler is beside me.

Listen to my body more and stop increasing the weight when I hit my sweet spot instead of constantly increasing weight just for the sake of it. My sweet spot was 10-11 lbs, but I went up to 14 lbs and then went back down again because it was too much on my dick.

When you got around 10-13lbs how did the weight feel? I'm closing in on 10lbs and gotta know what to look for.

HEAVY! haha. If you are still feeling fatigue at a weight, I wouldn't keep increasing weight until you don't. I stupidly kept going even when I was getting fatigue and I had to back down in weight because it was too much. You should be able to do an hour set just about with a weight, or 2 hour-long sets a day. You should feel a sore aching in your shaft for the day but it shouldn't be painful. Right now I am at 6.6 lbs only and still getting mad fatigue, really having to grit out the last ten minutes of my sets. I seem to get fatigue at much lower weight than most others though for some reason.

Thanks Party :) It is quite plain for the past few months but there is a lot of good information strewn throughout it if people go looking for it.

Sorry to clutter up your thread, but i think ive read a post of yours saying a second of pain once in a while is normal while hanging. Im having that happen myself and wanted to check if you had actually said that or if i should back off hanging a bit.
