What about girth work any plans on getting back to girth work?
No,just hanging because it's the only thing I can fit in time-wise. I am only going for flaccid hang and maybe EQ. Don't care about gains any more. This semester I am insanely busy so just going to try do a bit of hanging. I wouldn't even be able to spare 30 minutes for a routine most days,let alone hour clamp sessions![]()
Just ordered a vachanger 3 yesterday, im going to try to do something similar to what you did your first round of hanging. Is there anything you would do differently if you went heavily into hanging again?
Hey Mebs! I just was catching up on your log and noticed you took a break of sorts the same time I did. Sometimes you need to do that. I was out of the gym for about 5 weeks and have gotten slowly back into clamping, but doing shorter sets. I've gradually built back up to 40-45 minutes and will probably stay there.
Really hope you are doing well and bouncing back. Glad to reconnect. Stay well and "hang" in there.
