Self improvement:

Many people define it as, getting richer, taller, bigger, more endowed, or even hugely endowed!

I haven't heard of someone looking to get smarter, or have something good to share with a very special someone.

In my opinion we need to grow smarter brains and bigger hearts as pillars to a better personality that can handle the aforementioned improvements.




Just a morning thought, everyone is free to view self improvement as they wish.

Self improvement to me is more of a mental thing. Yea all the things mentioned may improve your looks, health, ect... But they still improve your mental state. You start feeling more confident and better about yourself which show through to everyone around you.

This is good stuff man! I have made this plea before. We're so caught up on superficial these days... what's on the outside, we neglect what makes us worthwhile.

The inside is where it matters... Work on being more compassionate, more understanding, stronger against attacks on your character, stronger in the face of adversity. Work on educating yourself beyond what you thought possible.

There's so many other ways to better yourself other than getting "more physically attractive", getting a big penis, or getting lots of money.

In this short relationship of just a few months I have tried to break up several times. I am known as a runner yes I know this. I hope that the reason we are disagreeing is because I give a sh*t and that is why its happening. I have heard and read when you care you will work things out. The fact I can relax after my outburst and then have a civil conversation is new to me. Usually I just end it. Lets see what happens with this one.....
The good news is its not a waste of time. If it ends I will have no regrets.

Don't want to start a new thread. But in this link What do werewolves eat i seem to recognise the face under the heading Are werewolves undead. Now i'm not being funny (this is a serious question) is that the face of pegym's founder? because i'm sure i've seen that pic at pegym before.

Edit: With every click of the link it switches the faces around. So his face may be under a different heading and sometimes it can't be seen at all.

I'm sure wiki answers are using his pic because i spot his pic on lots of random wiki answer questions. And no im not drunk.

Unfortunately it changes with every link click (for me anyway). But googling a random question on wiki answers his face often pops up. His face is smiling, wearing glasses, wearing a polo necked t-shirt. But no big deal, probably isn't his pic anyway.

I'm sure in the past i've seen a Dr Ric advertisment and he's quoting pegym founder Aaron Kemmer and next to the quote is that pic. So that's why i thought that pic was the pegym founder And i've just checked Dr Rics advertisement and it's not their now but i'm sure it used to be.

I keep thinking about making a sturdy hanger out of a bunch of layers of duck tape.... Just to see if it can be done. The tensile strength of the cheapest duck tape is about 14lbs, so it should work. After that I'll see if I can make one out of string, then try plastic bags, coke bottles, and printer paper. No reason why, just to see if I can do it. I want to see how cheap I can make an easy to assemble and comfortable hanger for those who can't afford to spend a lot on PE. Something a little better than the sock hanger.

I have a dumbass flip phone (no data package). :bad: I am world's worst IT on a personal level. LOL. No worries here.

However, on my work phone:

I never use a password. I use the pattern recognition screen. This actually foiled a police case on a busted drug dealer. They could not break it to get to his contacts. LOL.

No stupid pictures EVER! And always turn off GPS. Oddly to save battery. GPS is a major battery drainer.

The one thing I could promise my wife when we got married, is she will never be an arm chair quarterback widow. LOL. The most I'll watch is an occasional Cubs game.
